Check-in process was absolutely awful, slow and inefficient with only 2 staff checking in 50 people. In general the resort is well maintained and the staff are generally helpful. Best thing to eat is definitely the pizza and pasta place. Bamboo restaurant asian fusion food, on the other hand, is probably the worst asian fusion food I ve ever eaten in my life. I probably will not be staying here again.

This was an emergency 1 night stay due to a cancelled flight. Customer service extraordinary, and extremely well organized. Room was beautiful luxury, spotless, and comfortable!
Just did a weeklong vacation here. What a great team of people? Amazing food, Jeanine and Eddie at the front desk deserve awards! We were leaving in short notice and did not eat yet. They packed us a picnic dinner!!!! The food is amazing - lovely restaurants. My only bone is that the location is 3 hrs away from the mountains. If you want the rain forest, this is not ideal. The food, beach and turtle nesting, snorkeling, etc., are unparalleled.
Just finished up our honeymoon at the Westin. The grounds and facilities were great, everyone was friendly and always willing to help. Iguanas would roam around the pool bar and eat pineapple slices if you weren't paying attention to your drink. Very friendly atmosphere. The food left a little to be desired, if you are going make sure you make reservations at the restruants days in advance, we were only able to go out once because we forgot to make reservations and had to keep eating at the buffet.
We have just returned from our wedding at The Westin Playa Conchal. The wedding day was perfect and beyond our expectations. Our wedding planner Heidy took care of every little detail and made everything look exactly as I wished, from the bouquets to the table settings with roses and drift wood. The Westin is a beautiful place for a destination wedding!
Definitely not the best view resort I ve been to, it has a lot of activities and foods, drinks are all included which is why we booked. Personally I rather pay for it than to be included. The quality definitely needs a upgrade but if you like the inclusive things it is the place for you
My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. It was an amazing trip! The beach was not sand, but small seashells. We went snorkeling, fishing, and took the sunset cruise, which dropped us off at a little restaurant on the beach. The people eating at the restaurant were eating the fish that we caught that day! Amber jack and tuna were mostly caught. We fed everybody! They did not charge us, of course! There were flocks of green parrots and howler monkeys in the trees! My dad lives not far from here in on Lake Arenal. We will be back soon!
Visited here recently with about 180 people and it felt like 5 of us. Awesome attention to detail. Special shout out to our building attendant Jairo Vargas who needs a bonus. He was magnificent from arrival to departure, 5 stars to him alone! Recommend getting the upgrade to gold bracelet. Most of the food was great but I was not a fan of the seafood restaurant nor Fiansanella which was incredibly slow! Don't go there and expect to leave within 2 hours. Highly recommend the excursions, particularly the Mega Combo tour. Make sure to do the $20 beach massage. Shout out to Gabbi! Watch the rocks to the right of the beach bc the sea urchins are plentiful and they hurt. Lots more but you need to experience it to understand my review.
I absolutely loved my stay here - the staff from beginning to end were accommodating and genuinely willing to help. Me and my fiance kind of fumbled the taxi ride back to the airport and the man who was working the front desk was able to find us a last minute ride no problem. I would 100% recommend. Beautiful beaches, friendly staff, wild life everywhere... basically it's perfect!
Everything was good except this 1 guy at the gate who was a total novice. He wouldn't let me in the resort even though we booked ahead with a day pass. I had to wait around for almost an hour to meet up with my frirnds. And when i talked to the manager the manager did nothing to rectify the situation.
Rookie hospitality, needs improvement. The place has potential though.
We lounged by the beach or pool for 5 straight days. When not at those locations, we enjoyed great restaurants, restful afternoons, and massages on the beach. Before arrival in CR, we felt a lot of pressure to explore all the far-away volcanoes and rivers. But once at the resort, we were totally content to stay on property and fully relax, unplugged.
The resort is like any other all inclusive resort that you ll find in Central America, with a little bit better service. I only ate and drank at the resort and I have been terribly sick with gastrointestinal issues since I left the resort, so that will be my negative review. I couldn t eat at all the last day I was there because I was so sick, and I have now been home for two days and I am still sick.
We traveled as a group of five. Family of four and a grandma. It was the best vacation that we've been on. The all-inclusive aspect was nice, we enjoyed the restaurants, found a lot of variety, and having access to the bars was awesome.
About two hours from the rain forest, lots of activities to take advantage of, and a lot of wildlife around.
Talk about wow. You get what you pay for at this resort. Lovely staff and a nice room. Make sure you try all the restaurants (reservations needed for dinner), each is delicious and unique. I didn't visit for sushi and pizza, but boy was I glad to have tried it! They also have more traditional Costa Rican food, which is delicious. Pools are big and clean, and beach access is always open. Make sure you grab a chair early!
Great holiday made a cake +wine for my wife on her birthday made a first class holiday even better the service by all staff is the best we have ever had.
A wonderful resort tucked into the lush Costa Rican greenery in Playa Conchal. This resort is expansive, you utilize the golf cart shuttles to get where you need to such as the numerous restaurants. The resort also boasts the largest pool in Central America. The resort is all inclusive at different levels based on your budget. I spent the extra money so nothing was off limits which was worth it. The staff here we're all wonderful also. More often than not, they are always willing to do whatever needs to be done (within reason) to maintain the happiness of the customer.
This resort is amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make your visit memorable and the resort is shrouded in natural beauty. I have seen iguanas, monkeys, and geckos just walking around. The rooms are beautiful, the pool is unlike anything I've ever seen, and the beach water just outside the resort is clear blue. Highly recommend!
Aldo Ramirez Mini bar service was the best. He was very attentive to our needs and went beyond and above in assisting us. He is a true example of how customer service should be. Thank you Aldo for making our time memorable. We will definitely be back The Millsaps
Such a beautiful place. So much food and drinks available. And they don't try to push you to do anything. They have activities fitness pool activities the beach. It was a great vacation and a truly exquisite resort. Worth every dollar.
This place is amazing, it is the best service i have ever seen in a resort like this. Food was great, place is beautiful and the staff is just amazing. The changes over the last year are making it one of the best places to go. Definitely worth it.
Just got back from this beautiful resort. The rooms, restaurants, pools and staff are top notch. Many adult & kids activities poolside. The only downside is the beach is a public beach - it is right off of the Westin property, but no beach chairs, umbrellas or drinks! If you have any food sensitivities or allergies, this is the place for you. All of the restaurants have Gluten-free & vegetarian options. If you have a nut allergy, they will make your food separately. My daughter actually had a peanut cross-contamination at the breakfast buffet and became sick. They have a doctor right there at the resort who took great care of her for very little cost. Shout out to the restaurant manager Mauricio who was amazing. I will definitely be back.
The resort was absolutely beautiful! The staff was very friendly and they were very professional. We always felt safe and taken care of by their hospitality.
My husband and I just came back from spending 5 days in the resort, we had the best of times, the property is beautiful and tranquil, it is pretty big but they have small shuttles that take you places if you prefer rather than walking. They have caring staff, always helpful always with a smile. I misplaced my favorite shirt and they did everything possible to try to find it, I ended up finding it and I am so appreciative of their effort... big THANKYOU!! to the staff. There are 9 restaurants the food was excellent as well as the service, very little wait on food. No wait in the bars either. There are activities for children and adults within the resort, and they have a good selection of excursions that you can book right there in the lobby. We went on the mega-combo tour that is an all day activities, the highlight is the zip-line, which was a double-cable very secure protocol. Wildlife is fun to watch in the resort grounds: monkeys, iguanas (big ones), herons and blue jays, etc. They have nightly shows and dancing after that. Highly recommend!!!
This review is only for the spa. We booked a couples massage in advance. (Look out for special deals on their website!) We had a very professional and relaxing massage. The spa facilities are great--bring your bathing suit if you want to use the spa pools and hot tubs. The spa is about 7km from the property entrace so allow extra time.
This resort is off the hook. So worth it. So many benefits worth experiencing. Highly recommend this location. Costa Rica is an amazing country and so well worth it.
My family very much enjoyed our week stay in early June. The hotel was an easy flight from Houston, and was not very crowded when we visited. We were basically only people in pool area, and service was great!
A few keys: - rooms near main pool a must - food is fairly good everywhere - pools are large and well staffed - hotel staff is great with good personalities - spa is top notch, or good $20 massages by beach vendors - Swiss tour desk at hotel is fantastic if you want excursions
A few negatives: - getting towels a bit of a task, must check out and check them back in, depending on where you sit, that's a 5-10min walk - room service was always only 80% correct with order
Best resort EVER! The friendliest and most charming staff. We got horribly sunburned the first day and got upgraded to the adult only side and it was so luxurious. Definitely worth paying for if you are visiting. We booked through Costco travel and it was amazing to have a Costco employee at the resort to book our excursions. The resort is clean and beautiful. The howler monkeys are loud but it is a great experience. Mango trees all over, help yourself. The food was great!
Are you kidding me? I can give you 1 star without having been there. Trying to book a honeymoon vacation. Titanium Elite member, I thought this could be a good place. What a disappointment to even start the process. Reservations department was horrible: I couldn t hear the guy, it was so loud and disturbing on their end. He didn t answer any questions. I was looking forward to book a premium vacation. I can t even get to talk to anyone there. Do you not have someone in reservations who is actually there to help booking you business?
Sadly, Playa Conchal was in the middle of a drought when we visited. It was definitely hard on that part of the country. We also unfortunately experienced a mass epidemic of stomach sickness. We were there with a conference of over 200 ppl and over half of the event went home with gastrointestinal issues. The resort gift shop and the resort doctor all ran out of any type of medicine to help so we were asking guests from all over the resort for any relief.
Service wise, the staff was fantastic. We had a great experience the first two days and then the last two days we were all sick.
The beach was a beautiful place of comfort during the times we could make it out there. There are a lot of local vendors outside the gates of the resort as you walk on to the beach that can be a little pushy but just say "no." and they'll leave you alone.
The staff is the best I've ever encountered. Food is good and the beach is amazing. The place is the best for families who want to relax but also have lots of activities for the kids
I am writing this review to make sure people choose this place when going to Costa Rica. This resort is located on the west side of Costa Rica on the Pacific. It took about 45 minutes to get here from Liberia airport. I am traveling with my almost 14 yar old son. As we entered the gated resort area we were instantly taken by the immaculate grounds and beautiful landscape. Our room was not ready and this was the only issue at all - an extremely minor one. In fact the woman saw I was with my son and suggested if we were willing to stay in one room that night and switch the next day that she could get us closer to everything (pool, most restaurants and activities as well as the beach). So we agreed and are so happy we did! The room is a junior suite and is great. Two beds, a couch, table, mini fridge, tv, patio, etc. Very clean as well. Only thing I found a bit odd was there was no door on the bathroom. Only a frosted glass door on the shower and toilet. A little issue if you want privacy but we were ok with it. The staff here is as good as it gets. Beyond friendly and accommodating. Everyone genuinely seems happy to see you and go out of the way to make sure you have anything you need. Special thanks to Cinthia the hostess. On our first night we had no reservations to any restaurant (note that as soon as you get here, make reservations to each of the different restaurants. All are excellent and worth a visit but book up quickly). We walked in to the Latin restaurant and she got us a table. We then saw her almost every day. Each time she greeted us with a huge smile and asked us how we were doing, what we were doing, how our day was going and if we needed anything. Just a pleasant, sweet person who made us feel welcome. Everyone here is also like that too. Since this resort is huge you will most likely take one of the many shuttles buzzing around. We didn't always because the grounds are worth walking around. There are exotic birds, butterflies, lizards (one huge one that chills by the stores every day), monkeys, cats and wildlife all over. The pool is fresh water and just massive. The swim up bar is great and there are some ping pong and pool tables as well as other games available. There is direct beach access too. Right on Playa Conchal. You'll get hit with vendors but they're polite and if you just say no gracias you'll be fine. I purchased some gifts and my son and I each got a 1 hour massage for only $20 each! I wasn't going to until I met a couple on the resort who did and loved it. Well worth it in my opinion and my son's! If you plan on doing anything like jet skis or ATV (we did) go find Erik Garcia on the beach (I added a pic of him with me and my son) . He will hook you up for a fraction of the cost of most. Nice local person who knows Costa Rica. We also booked an excursion (Buena Vista Mega Combo) and a snorkel trip through the Costco desk they have on site here at the hotel. I'll review separately but WELL worth it. Note that if you plan on excursions - as you should - they will be anywhere from a short bus ride to four hours on a bus one way. And expect to pay $$$ for some of them. If you just plan on hanging around the resort the whole time, you will not be disappointed. Plenty to do, see, eat and drink. There is even a bar with TVs to watch some sports too. So overall I can say it doesn't get much better than this resort. Food is excellent, accommodations are first rate and the staff is world class. They even called my room a few times just to see how we were doing. Come and visit. You won't be disappointed. I will miss it here! One last thing - learn the phrase "Pura Vida" when they ask you how you are doing!
Fell in love with the little stray kitties there. They are so sweet. I would order room service for them.. they were so skinny. One of the kitties got attached to me. She'd sleep on our patio & whenever I'd come back to the room, as soon as I called for her she'd come running out to greet me. So heartbroken I couldn't bring her back home with me. I hope people are kind to them & I hope they get fed properly by others as well.
Service was pretty awful. I've stayed at other Marriott and JW properties and the service here doesn't even compare. The staff seemed generally unhappy to be here, they don't smile and lack the spirit to serve. The rooms are nice and clean, the beach and pools were also nice that's why I gave it two stars. Service, food and lack of transportation around the property left much to be desired. We're by the ocean and there is hardly any seafood options. On average we waited in the hot sun 10-15 min for a bus to cart us around and the properties is too large to walk.
Grounds are beautiful! Staff is extremely friendly, courteous and go above and beyond. The food ranges from 4-6 out of 10. You would think what they are charging for all inclusive it would be more options. The quality of food and liquor is quite average. Order a extra shot in your drinks. Also lacking in entertainment. Overall good, but not for the price point.
Great service. Extremely clean rooms as well as public and pool bathrooms. Great restaurants all having their own theme; most of which have outdoor seating. Warm weather and sunny, but there is quite a bit of wind which actually feels good. Scenic as well. My first time at an all inclusive and I was not disappointed. Most relaxing vacation I've had and I was sad to leave.
Came here for our honeymoon, was blown away by everything: food quality, accommodations, friendliness of staff, day activities, drink quality, restaurant variety, and the beach!
First of all, they made our stay especially special by decorating our room with flowers, delivering wine, chocolate covered strawberries, and upgrading our room. All staff were soo friendly. Cocktails were the best we have had at an all inclusive resort by far. Had great day excursions that were not marked up in price from what the locals were offering.
We are already talking about going back, as this best of many other all inclusives we have been too. We offer our highest recommendation.
We Arrived in the afternoon, we were greeted by a very corteous concierge, refreshing drinks offered, they took care of our accommodations, it is a very big hotel, golf carts provided for all sorts of transportation, to the beach, to the buffet, to the night club, is well distributed and placid. Good and tasty food, all inclusive, don't start your diet here.
Great place to stay. Loved the week I spent here. Beautiful beach and resort. The staff were amazing and respectful. Great variety of restaurants to choose from. Pool area and pool bar was very enjoyable. Definitely recommended this place
Rooms need a lot of love (bugs, out dated, stinky, old, just run down). Food was TERRIBLE. We were there for 2 nights and had one decent meal. 3 stars instead of 2 because the service was good and i quite enjoyed the golf course, even though the green fees and rental clubs were extremely over priced.
Good food, no beach chairs. Room phone didn't work most of the time, so no room service. Which was included in all inclusive. PeolPe are definitely what make the stay memorable.
This is our second trip here and we LOVE it. The royal beach club rooms and pool are fantastic. The two concierge guys at the RBC are awesome! We HIGHLY recommend Erik Israel...he's a tour and excursion guy that operates on the beach..very low prices and trustworthy. We did all our tours from him and had an awesome time!! Did the private catamaran, ATV and zip lining from him. Best price on the beach. ..
Wasn't anything over the top. Rooms seemed standard, odd location choice for the TV. Food was OK, Bar service/tenders was great. Beaches were good. Clean and maintained well. Nice, but just an OK resort, nothing especially fancy.
Bring your own towels. The towel service made no sense at all. They give you cards which allows you 1 towel per person. If you fail to return the towel you don t get the card back and there is a $50 charge. Also this is not a true all inclusive resort which they failed to explain at check-in. If you want a decent cup of espresso you will need to purchase it from the 3rd party business within the resort. A large bag of Lays potato chips cost $10.00 USD. The staff is friendly enough but likely under paid. I would say this is also not a resort for couples, stick to the all inclusive adult only resorts if you are not traveling with children. This resort has an adult area but it does not compare to the experience of an all adult all inclusive. The food was sub-par, drinks hit or miss. The showers had bad water pressure and we had a couple nights where the temperate of the water was luke warm. Pretty much a cold shower. The one thing I know for sure is that I will never visit this resort again.
The only good things I have to say is they made a really good Coquito, the transport around the resort was very responsive, the staff very helpful and welcoming.
The staff and service was a 5! They were friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was a 4. I was quite surprised how good the food tasted for an all inclusive hotel. Only downside is all restaurants had the same kids menu and the fish options were so-so. But why I gave a 3 overall rating is the following. 1. We lost power 2. The fire alarm went off 3. There were ants in our room 4. We lost water and could not take a shower. 5. I got a UTI probably due to their pool and it was so bad I needed antibiotics. So overall I would not recommend this hotel and I will not be returning. Especially for the nightly price we paid.
All you can beach, all you can swim, all you can drink, all you can sleep, all you can have fun and just enjoy, with various restaurants and spas, just relax, enjoy and get pampered, living the dream;-)
The facility, food & weather are outstanding: But the best part of Playa Conchal Westin, is the culture. EVERY staff member we came in contact with, was AWESOME! Derek (family center), Nelson & Andrea (family pool), and Ines (photographer) are exceptional representatives of your brand. Some companies strive for perfection, but these folks acheived it. See you next year. Tom & Colleen Norton
Cons: MOLD in rooms. Looked at 4 different rooms and all had mold in the shower. Mold is a nuro-toxin! Let's break that down: neuro=your brain, toxin=poison. Restaurants- service and food were completely inconsistent. Ordered a pizza for lunch at the Italian restaurant, one of the best pizzas I've ever had; two days later same order was basically inedible. Received scallops that were raw. While service was always exceptionally friendly we often waited to be noticed, get refills, place orders, and only one restaurant had wait staff that asked "how is everything?"... Hostesses did an exceptional job at every restaurant! Mini bar in room was stocked differently everyday and we had to call for items. Maintenance came in to install a shelf in the middle of the day. Fine, but management should have called the day before to okay day and time of installation with guests! 90% sure adult pool bar cut alcohol with water as drinks were beyond weak. When we stayed here two-and-a-half years ago the experience was absolutely flawless! The rooms were clean, no evidence of mold. The service was impeccable! 2.5yrs ago this was a 5 star resort! This time it felt like we were staying at a 2.75 star resort. Price point: for the level of cleanliness in room and service received the price point is extremely high. Pors: you're in Costa Rica! The location is beautiful. The beach is clean and beautiful. Costa Ricans are friendly lovely people!
Thank you, Fernando and staff! Everything about the resort was AWESOME but your attention to detail and customer service stood out. Eating breakfast and lunch there daily was one of the best things. Although the restaurant is a part of an all-inclusive, you could not tell. Service was impeccable from the greeter to the manager. And to top it off, the food was delectable, tasty and flavorful. We had the best time. Thanks again.
Service was great, we were upgraded to a bungalow closer to the beach/ main pool.food at buffet was good but not what i expected from a 41/2/ 5 star hotel. First time in costa rica, very beautiful . The reason i give it a 3 star only is because for the price you pay 495.00 US plus tax the value is not there and the bungalows have no place to put your clothes. I went with my two daughters and we were unable to remove our clothes from our suitcases. Management did call to see how are visit was and they know of the lack of closet space and are addressing qhen building new bungalows.price and lack of closet space is why i gave it a 3.5 star. If is however a beautiful resort. We were treated with sightings of spider monkeys most days we went to the pool.tamarindo is about 15 minutes away and is a lot more affordable.
Would be a 4 star, but unfortunately at the pool, an employee made us and another couple move our stuff to another set or chairs AFTER we had been there for a couple hours. This was due to the fact that another customer had placed hotel towels on the chairs early that morning in an attempt to "save" them. That should not be allowed. You can't get to the pool at 9 am to save them until later that afternoon. Total BS.
Beautiful property. They have achieved a harmonious balance between nature and human establishments. Self contained. Everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation.
Great service and place, really nice staff. except for one big problem... The food. Good food but availability is horrible. Need to book dinner restaurants as soon as you get there for the next 7-10 days in advance otherwise you simply cannot eat there. Pain in the ass to have to schedule your days around the 4 hours and 3-4 day a week availability of these restaurants. There are only like 3 different restaurants that serve as several different "restaurants" which convert to different names throughout the day to allow the resort to advertise more restaurants than they really have. If you find yourself hungry at a strange point in the day, good luck. You can order off of a very limited room service menu that is decent at best. I wouldn't mind as much if this was a privately owned resort but Westin and Marriott are extremely rich and you can feel the greed while you are here. Overall great expertise but the food and restaurant setup is what brings this from a 5 star to a 2.75 in my opinion. Costa Rica and their people are beautiful but Marriot needs to work on this one. Disappointed
My wife and I experienced inclusive at its finest! Staff was excellent upon check in explaining all the adventures we can schedule. Our room was luxurious with great room and maid service. Just steps away from the beach and plenty of activities and entertainment to keep you busy. Golf course was in great shape! Food is amazing and so is the service! Can t wait to go back!
I stayed May 31st-June 4th, and had an amazing time! The staff was very friendly. The food was amazing. The grounds were very well kept. I would recommend this to anyone and would love to go back. There are so many activities you can partake in by the pool.
Excellent clean and generous resort. Staff go out their way to please you. Excellent pool and pool bar, very generous on the alcohol in drinks. The food in the restaurants is great and large veriaty , room service and shuttles are all available and fast. Room are huge and clean and feels like a VIP for everyone! I wish I could return here again in the future. Once in a lifetime time experience
Beautiful resort. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating and enjoyable to talk with. The pool is amazingly large and relaxing with the beach just steps outside the gate. The food was all very good, particularly the Catalina restaurant. Tours were easily booked and and free activities onsite such as snorkeling and kayaking were fun. Love this place.
Great hotel on the beach, excellent service and excellent staff, excellent suites , the grounds are beautifully maintained. The beds are comfy, room decor modern. Food great at seven different restaurants on premises that I tried. This is an all inclusive resort.
The jet ski rental company employee sprayed my wife in a chair with a jet ski, missing her by 2 feet, Beaching a jet ski. Then said to me "what are you going to do about it?" And "I'd punch you if my boss weren't here" "go back to your country white boy". I told hotel security, and they said it's a public beach, and wouldn't do anything about it. But 20 minutes later, the head of security came out, called police, and, turns out, the jet ski rental company was illegaly owned by locals, and removed. During all of this, security kept asking my room number, I wouldn't give it to them, because they probably where friends of the problem people. This is not a safe hotel, walls keeping locals like this out where 3 feet tall everywhere. Children are in serious danger, locals can grab them from the pool anytime. The illegal vendors just outside the 3 foot walls are prostitutes posing as message therapists, and illegal travel guides asking for payment of a tour, and disappearing when it's tour time. Hotel security is in cahoots with these vendors, and won't do anything for you unless it gets out of control, but it might be too late.
Beautiful place. The service is excellent! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms were very nice. The wildlife is amazing. Howler monkeys in the trees right outside your room. Coati everywhere (although they can be pesky at times). MASSIVE iguanas everywhere. Really cool stuff. The beach, while not part of the resort, is quite beautiful. It's not exactly Grace Bay or anything, but it has its own unique charm.
Awesome rooms. Very friendly staff. The food is amazing and the room service at any hour with good menu items make a huge difference. This place makes you worry about nothing, they got you covered. Highly recommend can't wait to go back!
What can I say? This place really surpassed expectations.
We chose this resort as it seemed family friendly and good for kids but I usually get a little nervous around the quality of 'all-inclusive' resorts but I need not have worried.
First of all it is really great for kids, there are quieter areas of the pool that they can play in away from the occasional rowdeyness of the bar area and there are lots of pool toys that they can play with.
The food is quite simply excellent. I nearly added 'considering it's all-inclusive' to that statement, but it wouldn't be fair, it's just great food. You have a choice from a rich variety of restaurants and some really nice cocktails too!
Where this place really excels though is in its team, every member of staff we encountered were kind, courteous and breathtakingly helpful to us and the kids. I can't thank them enough.
Probably the best vacation we've had as a family and it's mainly due to the quality of this resort. Excellent.
Incredible resort. Incredible service, fantastic food with a white sand beach. Couldn't ask for more. We paid a little extra for the gold package. If not traveling with kids it's a great idea.
Absolutely wonderful environment and people. Could not think of anything else that they have not already thought of or done. Truely All-inclusive resort!
