I came into Paradise last week kind of on a whim looking to see what would be the safest car for our family since I'm expecting in 3 months. Mike Stiles helped me out, I felt really comfortable with his suggestions and didn't feel I was being pushed like you normally do at a car dealership. I recently purchased a used vehicle for my graduating son at Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula. I drove from north Orange County because Paradise had the best deals but left with a totally different feeling. Robert Kasprzyk was my sales rep and Mark was the floor manager who oversaw the deal. The professionalism and personal touch both gentlemen displayed was very genuine and I left with a sense of trust and family. When the used vehicle (Camaro stick shift) didn't work out because my son struggled with it, Mark assured me they would take care of it. Robert then called and had me bring the vehicle back, whereas we put together a whole different deal that put my son in a new automatic Camaro. Needless to say, my son is walking on air today and I'm sleeping at night knowing that he's safe and happy with his new Camaro. Robert Kasprzyk stuck by my side and made sure the deal got done within the parameters I had originally offered. The finance department and the Sales Manager all got involved and everyone worked together to keep my son safe and put him in the car that he loves. Paradise Chevrolet cares about their customers and it showed with their "let's get it done" attitude and teamwork. I have purchased many automobiles and many dealerships over the years. My latest experience in the purchase of my Cadillac XTS was actually pleasant! I attribute the pleasant experience to Craig McKenzie and also the gentlemen who I worked with on the financing whose names I do not immediately recall. Craig was knowledgable, and patient. He asked the right questions which lead me to select an ideal solution to my wants and needs in my new automobile. There was absolutely now pressure in the process and after the conclusion of the sale Craig went above and beyond in making sure that I was familiar with the many features of the new car. This was my first time at a car dealership, and I am so happy to have had Margaret Gunn there to guide me. She was so patient as I sat in numerous vehicles and wandered the lot. I when to Paradise first because of location on my route. After speaking to Robert I felt that I had a friend who would be able to work with me on any deal,( but to satisfy my need I went to 5 other dealers) to see what they had to offer, ie: (cars, people, service). when it was all said and done I came back to Paradise to see Robert and was met by nothing but friendly people and servicemen the other 5 dealers either had me wanting to run away or acted like they didn't care about my purchase. Best Used Car Experience EVER!

Found Paradise Chevrolet through an online ad for a 2011 Chevy Volt that I liked. Took a "drive" (78 miles) out to see it and take a test drive on a Saturday afternoon, before hitting up Pechanga Bingo. Got paired up with Ian Couzens (and his lovely accent) which was a God sent!

Ian was VERY knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and just a GREAT person to be around! You have a question, Ian knows the answer! If you are looking for a used car, check out Paradise and Ian. Although the Sales Manager and Finance Manager were also very friendly and helpful, especially on Easter Sunday, Ian went above and beyond to help us get acquainted with our "new" (to us) car!

Peter did a good job BUT I am really unhappy that you charged me just because the source of the oil on my plugs could not be identified. I have a real intermittent hesitation problem with my wife's Trax and have better things to do then take it in to be serviced. I was told to bring it back to see if the dye in the oil woudl help identify where the oil was coming from - WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR THIS VISIT THEN - YOU TOLD ME TO BRING IT BACK!!! I still recall a bad experience too with my Volt in that even though it had factory AND and extended warranty, you charged me for a drive train problem and I really had to fight to get you to even come half way with me on the charges for repair - it was a drive train problem - IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FULLY COVERED!!!!

I went into Paradise with my parents in search of a new Silverado and from the start the staff treated us like family. I cannot say enough how satisfied with the service we got. They gave us everything we wanted and were very patient and exceeded our expectations. Rudy Rivera hands down one of the best sales men we have worked with he did everything he could to accommodate us; overall the whole dealership was well put together and well managed. Because of a recent promotion, I found myself in a pinch to find the right car for me in a short amount of time. Over the course of a month, I found myself researching cars every free moment I had and visiting almost every dealership in town, from Temecula to Carlsbad. Although I found a few great options, the employees either became too pushy or the price just wasn't right. I'm in Sales, so the last thing I was looking to deal with was a "Salesy Salesperson." I had a car at another dealership that I was going to purchase, but a friend recommended Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula and I promised him that I would stop by before making a commitment. With the thought of just taking a look, and being completely sold on another car, my dad and I went into this dealership. We were greeted with a warm and friendly man named Paul, who assisted us throughout our tour. He was so relaxed and was actually the complete opposite of everyone I had dealt with prior. I remember telling him, that it seemed like we had met before. Paul was so gracious and kind.. worked with us for over 4 hours... debating back and forth on whether or not this was the right decision. He bent over backwards for me, overcoming every objection I threw at him. Paul and the entire team at Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula are the reason why I chose to purchase my car at their location. I am huge about culture and the culture at this location is unlike anything you will ever experience. I am from San Diego and I have been looking for a very specific car. I found one I was looking for at Paradise and made an appointment to see that car an hour later. I drove an hour in traffic to get there, and I took a test drive. The car was fine. We were out for 30 minutes and the second I got out of the car, they told me it was sold. They made an appointment with me without letting me know that I might not get the car. Then, they tried to have me look at another car with more mileage that cost more money. Totally terrible service.

Excellent service. My paint was falling off in strips and sheets on my 2013 Silverado. The body was out of warranty so I open up a case with GM customer service. They pulled some strings got it approved. instead of just painting the parts that needed repair they tested the paint on the entire truck and found that it was too thin everywhere so they repainted the whole truck free of charge. The people they are so nice I will definitely be back to buy a new truck when it's time. Great products, great people!

I bought a new 2012 Chevy Volt there a few days ago and the experience was better than any other car buying I've done to date (and this includes my great experience buying a 2011 Nissan LEAF)! I had a great experience at Paradise Chevrolet from the moment I called. I spoke with Felipe Rodriguez and talked briefly about purchasing a Silverado truck. Felipe was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly, so I enthusiastically made an appointment for next day.The following day I arrived at the dealership and was cheerfully greeted outside, told them about my appointment and was immediately escorted to the service desk in the lobby. Felipe really listened to what I said and helped me choose the right model Silverado for my needs. I decided on the truck I wanted and was introduched to Steve Burchfeild, who immediatelly went to work with the finance team. After our test drive Steve informed me that I was approved for financing, even with my credit issues. I was very impressed and they got me through the finance process with no difficulty as well as quickly.They also were kind enough to give me a spray in bedliner as part of the deal. Terry Gilmore was also overseeing the deal and told them to make sure to take care of me. It was great to shake his hand, I never felt so well taken care of and Felipe Rodriguez is a great person to do buisness with and I want Mr. Gilmore to know it.I would recommend Paradise Chevrolet to anyone, and the free oil changes for life just makes the deal even better.

I asked for someone to help me and my family in spanish so everyone could understand everything we had to know about a truck a chevrolet silverado z71 and the guy that came to help was rude he asked if we have a house and where we work how much we can pay monthly and how much money we make . He told us that he was very busy helping other people and said that we can't afford a car like that and left .. He didn't know we wanted to pay cash for the truck.. Now we are planning on buying the same truck but in a different chevrolet dealership..

I brought my 2005 Buick LeSabre to the service dept. Friday because the front passenger power window quit working. They called me later that day to let me know the regulator was broken and that the total price to fix it would be $599. I said "no thanks". Then I went to AutoZone, bought a regulator and motor for $75 and replaced it myself. I'm no mechanic, but it took me just 45 minutes to do the job. How can you possibly justify charging $599?

This is my third vehicle purchased at Paradise over the last 8 years, the experience gets better and better each time. Not one salesman came to help me with car I was looking at. I looked for a sales guy and they were sitting inside. As I was leaving one guy came to me but I had been there for too long to want to do anything there. I did go on a test drive because I had driven that far to see the car I wanted, I enjoyed the drive and will probably buy the car, just at another location because if they dont seem to care. Maybe if I'd been looking at a Cadillac it'd been different.

My service rep was Tyler (or it started with a T). He was kind and respectful. He addressed the issue I brought the car in for and told me exactly how much it was going to cost and it was done promptly. Overall, an excellent experience.

It should not take over six hours with an appointment to get your oil changed. We had an appointment for another vehicle we are for sure cancelling that and going some place else.

Every time I come to Chevy the atmosphere is always really good everyone who walks past always greats me with a smile or a hello which is awesome. While I had an appointment for periodic service, while in route, my water pump failed! My car arrived on a flatbed, and I arrived a short time later. My service representative, Jeff Hunt, while newly assigned met me on arrival and immediately began to discuss the scheduled service and addressing the replacement of the water pump and evaluating an overall review for any added repairs. I left confident that my service and repair requirements would be accomplished with the thoroughness that I'm accustomed to! And the end of the visit, my vehicle was returned to me with the service and repair completed to my total satisfaction!

Bought a Chevrolet Volt today here. I have been doing my Chevy service here for over 20 years. I reached out on the internet, their internet sales team got right back to me - then I got busy for a few weeks - but when I reached back out, they made me an appointment. Steve Birchfield handled the whole process from test drive to handing me the keys with the exception of a short signing meeting in their finance and insurance offices. He was a wealth of knowledge and believes in this brand and this car in particular This was also easy. Great people, great dealership.

We started looking a vehicles a month ago and were really not sure what we wanted. We were also dealing with some not-so-stellar credit. Our looking time was very limited due to our work schedules. We started by shopping on the website and were paired with Lance Orosco.

It's a month later and our new Cruze is sitting in the driveway. Lance was fantastic about staying in touch and listening to what we wanted in a vehicle. The finance department was able to put together a deal that we could work with.
