While I had an appointment for periodic service, while in route, my water pump failed! My car arrived on a flatbed, and I arrived a short time later. My service representative, Jeff Hunt, while newly assigned met me on arrival and immediately began to discuss the scheduled service and addressing the replacement of the water pump and evaluating an overall review for any added repairs. I left confident that my service and repair requirements would be accomplished with the thoroughness that I'm accustomed to! And the end of the visit, my vehicle was returned to me with the service and repair completed to my total satisfaction!
