Peter did a good job BUT I am really unhappy that you charged me just because the source of the oil on my plugs could not be identified. I have a real intermittent hesitation problem with my wife's Trax and have better things to do then take it in to be serviced. I was told to bring it back to see if the dye in the oil woudl help identify where the oil was coming from - WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR THIS VISIT THEN - YOU TOLD ME TO BRING IT BACK!!! I still recall a bad experience too with my Volt in that even though it had factory AND and extended warranty, you charged me for a drive train problem and I really had to fight to get you to even come half way with me on the charges for repair - it was a drive train problem - IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FULLY COVERED!!!!
