I have purchased many automobiles and many dealerships over the years. My latest experience in the purchase of my Cadillac XTS was actually pleasant! I attribute the pleasant experience to Craig McKenzie and also the gentlemen who I worked with on the financing whose names I do not immediately recall. Craig was knowledgable, and patient. He asked the right questions which lead me to select an ideal solution to my wants and needs in my new automobile. There was absolutely now pressure in the process and after the conclusion of the sale Craig went above and beyond in making sure that I was familiar with the many features of the new car. I would not only recommend Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac to friends, I would specifically recommend that they contact Craig.
