We went for service on our truck everyone was helpful friendly and focused on giving us what we need - the wait was not long at all - the waiting area was very clean someone was constantly cleaning a great experience

I contacted Paradise Chevrolet via the internet regarding a 2500 HD. I was contacted via phone that night even though I had requested email contact. I spoke with this rep regardless and told her what I was looking for. we finished our call with the understanding we would talk the next day. The next day I'm contacted by Dave English via internet and I actually have him call me as I'm confused as to whom I'm suppose to be dealing with. He tells me that I will be dealing with him. I tell him what I'm looking for and we go back and forth during the day. He is at this point of no fault to him able to locate or provide what I want and tells me that he will call me the next day. The next day comes and goes with no contact so I call him the day after next to see if he is still trying to help me. He is on the golf course and says he will get back to me the next day.
The next day he actually calls and says he is unable to get what I want and rushes at my own fault me thru a special order. I just need to come and drop a grand to hold it.
The next day I find a 2020 at another dealership that is set up perfectly but I'm not thrilled with the color. I call Dave English and tell him I want to modify the truck to mirror the one at this other lot and then I will come down and put down the deposit. He tells me he will get back to me. Hours go by into the evening so I send a text asking if had put the order together. He tells me that he has not gotten to it that he was with a customer and would again get back with me the next day. . Really, a customer thought I was a customer. Apparently not an important one.
Dave English sports all these past sales men of the year awards on his page, did nothing for me.
He should have just let the original sales person Iris handle the sales as he is too busy. I wont be buying a truck from Dave or Paradise Chevrolet.
Just another bad car buying experience..

So the next day after getting an apology from the dealership I received a one line question from I believe Dave English. All that needed to happen for a deal to happen was get one thing right and it was done. Apparently he did not pay attention yesterday or take notes as he got it wrong.

Becky made buying my 2019 Camaro simple and easy! She put so much effort and time into making sure I was happy and got the exact car I wanted. Thanks to her I was able to drive away from this beautiful dealership in a beautiful car! Thank you!!

Tedd is awesome best customer service in all inland empire Chevrolet's I have personally delt with.

First OFF, their cars are OVERPRICED by THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS,

so where do i start,

Basically the following is why they get 2 stars and why i removed 3 of 5 stars.

-1 star is because they DO NOT budge on their prices, we bough 2 cars totalling of $78,000 and only got "lowered" $1,000-$2,000 (if that). I was in the selling business for 7 years, and i know how much they buy and sell things for (which is sometimes 3 times more than what they purchased the car for.

-1 star is for their TRADE IN prices. they wanted to give us $12,000 for a 2012 Camaro 2SS valued at min. $17,000 trade in value (kelly blue book) AND the Cadillac I bought from them 3 weeks before coming back, for $17,000 WHICH I BOUGHT FOR $32,000.

-1 star for the addition of all the unnecessary warrantees and fees that are slapped on it forcefully.
E.I. tire protection, 100k warrantee ect.
( i get it if its a old vehicle and its almost going to break down, but now everything is mass produced duss making it cheaper and inexpensive to fix)

+1 star for the great seller Damione, he helped us find 2 cars that were really good and we liked, was patient with our decisions and was honest enough. Although any seller should always be polite if they want to make someone buy and come back.

+1 star for the selection of their cars and they clean and mantain their used cars

Local and convenient. More $$$ compared to other chevy dealer with 40min....

Being an older customer, I hesitate to walk onto a car lot. However my experience at Paradise Chevrolet turned into a pleasant one. The salesman, Lance Orosco, didn't swarm me or hover while I looked at their 2018 Equinox's. Instead he casually asked if I would like to take her for a drive. Love that car!! Now I own that car!! Ted was absolutely awesome. I took my Suburban in because my AC wasn't working he quickly assessed the problem and did a little more looking under the hood and found a couple more issues that needed to be fixed. Had he not done that I would have had serious problems. And he knew I was leaving town and needed my Suburban to be fixed that day and he got the job done!

Corvette Purchase

Denny Crawford did an excellent job of helping me get the Corvette of my dreams - 2014 Stingray. Management worked with me on the price, when the San Diego dealerships wouldn't.

Stacey and Doug in service were a pleasure to work with. They replaced my windshield on my CPO Cruze that I purchased at a different dealership. Love this dealership!

We were looking for a larger vehicle for our growing family when we decided to drive by Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac in Temecula. We saw a car we were interested in and while looking in the window we were greeted by one of their salesmen, Marlon. He was very informative about the vehicle and not your typical pushy salesman. We were very interested in the vehicle once we test drove it and decided to purchase it if all the numbers were right. The dealership worked with us on the price of the SUV and the trade in value of the car we were getting rid of. Overall, our experience was great! The entire process was very smooth and didn't take all day like they usually do. The dealership was very upfront with everything concerning the vehicle... we even get FREE lifetime oil changes and car washes! Marlon was great to work with and made the entire process easy. If we ever need another vehicle we will definitely be going to Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac in Temecula! Thank you!!

Poor service... Overpriced even for a Chevy dealer

I highly recommend your next car buying experience be put in the hands of Paradise Cadillac/Chevrolet. Specifically, Mr. Kevin Brooks and Mr. Steve Burchfield. The service level and knowledge of these two was simply outstanding. In the purchase decision of our new 2014 Volt, both team members were simply more informative than anything I could find on the web, blogs, etc. I asked the HARD questions (as I am a salesman myself), they were all answered again, honestly and with deep knowledge, experience, and high integrity. They worked with me on my trade in, test drives, and because Steve and his wife actually OWN what they sell (early model Volt), nothing was left unanswered. At the same time I was working finance and paperwork (they coordinated the transfer of my personal belongings from my trade in to the new car, detailed the new Volt), and I have to say their sales 'process' is a fine tuned concert!
This dealership and everyone in it was professional, honest, non-pressuring, and most of all; 'genuine'.

Had to take my 2015 Camaro in for its first oil change and a part had broken off. I met my service tech and he assured me he would take care of everything and it was all free. He told me it would take about an hour and a half. He had it done in an hour! Everyone at the dealership have been nothing but friendly and professional. LOVE this dealership

My wife and I were looking for a Silverado, and worked with Larry Bodkin. Larry was friendly, informative and not really pushy. We found the truck that we liked, and were pleased with the deal that Larry and his team made with us. Everyone there was a pleasure to meet. We will be back there again for sure.

Tire rotation was part of the procedure, it was done but the wheel sensors were not set to the responding location.

Alphonzo Zavala was our go to sales guy. We got to the lot and told him what we were looking for, and he went out of his way to put us in our exact vehicle fit. He was very friendly, outgoing, not much of a pushover, and had answers to all our questions. Working with him out of the last 18 years of buying cars, he was the most efficient salesman we have ever come across. He found the car we wanted, worked out a deal with our trade in, got us through financing, and home with our car in less time than any other dealer we've ever been to. Couple hours compared to 4-6 hours and previous dealerships...I would say dude totally rocks =)

If I could give them half or no stars I would...It took two weeks to schedule an appointment and over two hours for service. Service was an oil change and tire rotation. The vehicle was returned scratched and the employees were extremely unprofessional when asked about a possible cracked running board. Free oil changes are not worth any of the hassle. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, sale or service. I ve had issues with this dealer since the sale of the vehicle. Paradise Chevrolet tried to add $2,000 to the price of the vehicle when we were in the process of signing the finance paperwork after the price of the vehicle had already been agreed. When we caught the change, they gave us three different excuses as to why there was an add. They are extremely shady and unprofessional. They refuse to give us a refund on the rims and tires we paid for separately at the time of vehicle purchase. The reason for the refund request is they gave us option on the lowest level of rims, not the ones we agreed on at time of sale. Again, I would not ever recommend this dealership.

Joel helped us out tremendously! Everyone was super nice and treated us well and we do plan to return for all our service, parts, and additional sales needs. Thanks again to Joel for all his patiences and sharing of knowledge on the vehicle.

Every time I go to Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula has been a rewarding experience. A very professional organization.

Just wanted to thank Mike Peralta and Tammy Waldron. (Ryan in finance as well). I purchased a new 2020 Chevy Silverado and was handled about as efficiently as one could imagine. Tammy was quick in response to emails and texts as I was working through the day and by the time I arrived at the dealership, my truck was washed, paperwork ready and Mike took his time walking me through all the physical details of the vehicle. There are many reasons Paradise keeps winning awards, and these 3 are definitely on the top of list.

Turning a Bad thing into a Good thing.

I went to Paradise on Saturday and test drove a 2013 Chevy Cruz RS for my son with Jerwin, the initial Sales rep. The car was Red Tagged and we just had to wait for the Credit approval. On Sunday after the Bank called to finalize my son's approval, we received a call from Denny (it was Jerwin's day off) stating that he/we had been approved with the caveat that I would co-sign the loan. When we arrived at the dealership just 30 minutes later, we were stunned to hear that the Cruz I had test drove just the day before had been sold. Obviously, my son and I were very disappointed and felt that we had just been "bait and switched". However, Denny was just as concerned as we were and spent the next hour trying to figure out what exactly had happened and what he could do about it. This is where bad turned to good...!

Denny not only shared our disappointment, but kept us from walking away and helped us find another Cruz that, although not an RS, it was a 2014 with the specific requirements that we had for the car. Upon hearing of our time constraints, Denny put the gas pedal down and got the rest of the Team to skip the back-and-forth negotiations that happen with every car purchase, got to the payment and price that we needed and moved quickly to finalize the deal. Mike and Tammy were awesome in finalizing the deal and getting us through the paper process as quickly as humanly possible. My so was able to run home, get ready for work, get back to the dealership, sign the papers and drive off in his new Cruz and still make it to work on time!!

This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Paradise, even though I am just co-signing this one, Tammy especially having worked with me on every car over the past 11 years kept the process rolling and knocked down the interest rate even further to give my son the monthly payment he could handle without my help. From Jerwin, to Denny, to Mike and to Tammy, they all pitched in to make this happen for my son and turned a very disappointing situation into a very positive one! It is obvious that the new Ownership here at Paradise is creating a culture of customer focused, can-do Sales Team that actually does care about the customer and not just the sale!

I believe God had in mind for us to interact with Lance Orosco in the purchase of my new car. Lance is enthusiastic, friendly, understanding, and knows the EV cars very well. He made sure we had cold waters to drink on each visit. He made sure to find answers to any questions we asked. I felt he was honest with us, and I didn't feel pressured to buy right away. All that really did play a part in us mostly deciding on our first visit which car to purchase. Even then, because the car we wanted had to be brought from another dealer, I wasn't made to feel I was obligated to buy it if I didn't like it. Due to my crazy work schedule we had to come in during the C8 Corvette reveal. Talk about busy madness! But even then, Lance made sure we got some dinner, got to check out the Vette, and guided me out of the parking lot to do the test drive. Manny and the rest of the people there for our transaction were all great. Patient employees, kind employees, friendly employees, smart employees; that what we find at Paradise Chevrolet. btw--This is our 3rd car purchase from this dealer; that should say something.

I called in and spoke with Cody and she set up my appointment to come in and test drive a certified pre-owned 2014 Chevrolet Volt that I found listed online. Upon my arrival Cody greeted me and walked me over to the pre-owned showroom where Hal was waiting with the vehicle. Hal was very friendly and let me look over the vehicle while he explained some of the features of the car. We took it for a test drive in the 5pm Temecula traffic. Great time to understand all of the features of the vehicle. After our extended test drive we sat down and started to work out the numbers. With the assistance of Ely we were able to come to a mutual agreement and finalize the sale. Being that I live in Orange County and I had come by myself, I was unable to take delivery that evening. Ely and Hal worked with me and we processed all of the paperwork with Matt Mincio in finance. Two days later I came back with my check and the car was fully charged, fueled and clean. This was a very stress free purchase of my new vehicle. I would highly recommend Hal and his team to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

I was contacted by Paradise Cadillac to check into a upgrade, since I was not completed sold on the Equinox I had purchased almost 2 years ago, I said why not see what they could offer me. To my delightment I came away with a near even exchange and now driving a new Sonic LT. I am much more satisfied with this choice so far.
