If I could give them half or no stars I would...It took two weeks to schedule an appointment and over two hours for service. Service was an oil change and tire rotation. The vehicle was returned scratched and the employees were extremely unprofessional when asked about a possible cracked running board. Free oil changes are not worth any of the hassle. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, sale or service. I ve had issues with this dealer since the sale of the vehicle. Paradise Chevrolet tried to add $2,000 to the price of the vehicle when we were in the process of signing the finance paperwork after the price of the vehicle had already been agreed. When we caught the change, they gave us three different excuses as to why there was an add. They are extremely shady and unprofessional. They refuse to give us a refund on the rims and tires we paid for separately at the time of vehicle purchase. The reason for the refund request is they gave us option on the lowest level of rims, not the ones we agreed on at time of sale. Again, I would not ever recommend this dealership.
