We went in to service our Saturn Outlook, which they did a great job on - thanks Jon Hernandez! But while we were there, we discussed the need for a more fuel efficient car to commute back and forth to Orange County in. Felipe Rodriguez is the best sales person ever! He listened to how we drove our cars, what we were interested in and instead of steering us toward a more expensive new car that I'd ruin with high miles driving the Ortega everyday, he showed us a great certified pre-owned car that had super low miles.

So for a lot less than the price of a new vehicle, we drove off with a pre-owned Chevy Malibu with only 17,000 miles on it, With an extended 7 year/100,000 mile warranty, this beautiful car was still less than $20,000 and will more than meet my needs for the next few years until retirement or I no longer commute.

Worked with Becky Young of the fleet department and her assistant Denny on the purchase of a truck on Memorial Day 2018. George handled the finance paperwork. From start to finish, true professionalism and character was displayed by all. Got to the dealership after notifying them of interest in a certain vehicle. Vehicle was on the pad clean as could be with a full tank of gas for a demo ride. Worked on accessories to add on the vehicle in which Becky helped pick out options that we were interested in. Dealership was busy but made to feel we were the only customers in the store by the staff that handled us. While waiting for finance, Denny did a thorough and detailed demonstration of the vehicle features, connected our cell phones and set us up on the Onstar program. He didn't rush the experience and answered any questions we had. George in finance detailed the rebate available for financing versus other programs that were available to us and we chose a path that was different then our initial thoughts based on his explanation and review of the programs. Would absolutely recommend this dealership and the professional and friendly representatives we worked with. After choosing items to be added to the vehicle, I look forward to picking up the vehicle soon and proudly displaying the Chevrolet product.

Me and my wife bought a Chevy Silverado a couple months back from Alfonso. Alfonso provided great customer service and we left their happy with a brand new truck. Looking to buy from paradise go see Alfonso he will take care of you. I would have given 5 stars but it s damn near impossible to bring my truck in for a basic service and oil change, definitely a big down fall but overall we are happy.

Went there looking at suv's. We were looking at one in particular. Our first salesman who's name I wont say about lost the sale. After looking at our car, another salesman took off with it on another test drive. We were walking out when Joel Flores, asked if we had been helped. I told him our salesman disappeared and the car we came to buy drove off. Joel immediately took control and made sure we were taken care of. He helped us along the way of buying our car and was great even with our kids. Everyone who we spoke with was polite and made this the most positive expierance. Highly recommend to speak with Joel, he still worked it out so we bought the car we came to get.

i went to used cars at parad Chevrolet to look at a truck I wanted to buy. I immediately found out it was too much of a car for me at the moment. I hsve excellent credit but not enough income to back it up. Damione Thompson a sales rep was attentive and helpful. most importantly he heard me out before creatibg a plan for me to finance a vehicle. I? went in with intention of buying what I need I left with a vehicle I needed. sexy, reliable, and within my budget. I recommend seeing him for your next used vehicle he works with you too make it happen/ I know car salesmen have a rep for being sleazy just out to make sale but he on top of making a sale he gained a customer for life and friend. genuine hyman being in the business of selling cars but he made it his business to help me out I had great credit but lack of income to back it up since I livee off my SSI.

I hate shopping for cars. But I went into Paradise Chevrolet and was approached by a nice young man (Alfonso) and he was very professional and not pushy he listened to what I wanted and understood that I had a price range and didn t push for more. I have never had a good experience purchasing a new car from a dealer and did not expect my visit to Paradise Chevrolet to be any different. Fortunately for Me and Paradise Chevrolet, they hired a young man named Aaron Schoedl whom I was lucky enough to run into as soon as I arrived at the dealership. Aaron is not your old school, morally compromised car salesman. Aaron is a very knowledgeable, tech savvy, polite and courteous millennial! Consumers have a lot of choices on how they purchase a new car these days and they all seem to be focused on disconnecting the consumer from the hassle of the sales force. 5 stars to Paradise Chevrolet for hiring and promoting Aaron to "product specialist". For those prospective buyers like myself that don't think you can stand to spend your entire day haggling over a vehicle at the dealership and are considering a car buying website, Costco or making an online purchase, I suggest you ask for Aaron. He will change your opinion of dealerships and millennials. I left with a fantastic new Silverado pickup and actually enjoyed the time I spent buying it. We called about a 2010 Toyota Tacoma and when we arrived CJ Scott was out front to greet us with the truck ready to view and test drive. He made us feel very comfortable through the entire experience and with no pressure, we bought the truck. He sent us on our way with a full tank of gas too!

Felipe was just the kind of salesman we'd been hoping for: helpful but not pushy, informative but not superior. We went in looking for a family car and ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned Cruze. He let us take our time and check out the different lots on our own and when we had decided to pursue a few possibilities further, we sought him out and he walked us through our questions and concerns. The process was almost painless. Money is a precious commodity for my family so numbers had to be exact, while there wasn't much "haggling" to be done, Felipe worked with us and the finance department to let us know just how much we would be looking at shelling out of pocket each month. The test drive went smoothly, with both my husband and I taking turns behind the wheel. I left the dealership with a pretty thorough knowledge of the features of my new-to-me car. Felipe was thorough from beginning to end and I've even named my car "Felipe" after him!

I was impressed that the dealership called me on my cell phone and asked that I at least give them a chance to give me a better deal than the dealer I was in the process of driving to. No wild promises, just a sincere request. So what did I have to lose?

I felt free to walk at any time during the negotiations and in fact, at one point, I did. We continued to work together till we arrived at an offer I could accept. I had a rental car at the time, and they even arranged for me to drop the rental car off at the dealership and they picked up the drop off charge. They also gave me a full tank of gas at no charge.

The dealership is extremely clean and polished. The used cars on the lot and in the used car showroom look like brand new cars. Everyone was extremely courteous and gracious.

This place is really Paradise!! We wasted two days and countless hours trying to reach a deal for a vehicle at the Nissan dealership next door. It ended up not working out so we left and decided to take a look at the comprable vehicle at Paradise Chevrolet. The van we were interested in was already parked in the front as if it was waiting for us to take it home.

Our salesman, Freddy Villegas was friendly, professional and to the point. We test drove the vehicle and reached a deal within an hour! We literally were in and out! This is unheard of. I have never experienced such excellent service while buying a vehicle in my life. Now I understand why they have so many awards in the lobby. Great job guys!

I Went to Paradise Chevrolet today to get a quote on trading in my 2014 Cadillac XTS (which I purchased from them) for a new truck. The first guy that came to help didn't say hello or introduce himself. He just asked, "so what do you guys want? " When I told him I was looking for a quote he got a paper and pen and decided it was a good idea to write on the hood of my car. After I asked him not to, he got an attitude and walked away stating he would get someone else to help us. The second guy came out did not introduce himself either. He asked for the keys, hopped in and drove off. I was standing there a little lost. He came back 15 minutes later, handed me the keys and said nothing. I asked how long it would be to get a number and he said, "it was $xxxxx", and walked inside. I was extremely taken back buy how rude the people there were and their unwillingness to even speak to us. That is the last time i will ever step foot on their lot!

Took my truck in for vibration while on the highway, was told it was normal and they all do it after 2 days. Left and took my truck to a local tire shop where we discovered my tires were cupped and the wheels needed to be rebalanced. Highly disappointment a team of pros was beaten out by my local tire shop. The customer service was great, but the techs really slipped up by not checking the simple things.

Always have great service at your dealership! We have a 2003 Trailblazer that you have been servicing for the past 11 years and that's why it continues to run so well! Our service technician, Scott, always remembers us and makes sure we are taken care of.

Overall Paradise was great for our needs. We are repeat customers, and had the sales manager boast about how great of a deal he would give us. The deal was insulting at best, but in the end we did manage to negotiate a fair deal. I still do not understand what takes nearly 4 hours to buy a vehicle though!

This place is full or unprofessionals. My boyfriend and I were keen on buying a truck and were attended by mimi kayasone . To my shock and dismay she actually offered to sleep with my boyfriend to make a sale. I have reported this to paradise auto and everyone is busy cleaning the stench. Googled her name only to find out she indeed is a home wrecker... hr must have got some perks to give her a job ignoring the back ground checks.

Service was excellent and the amenities that the dealership provides made waiting a relaxing and pleasant experience. Waiting for my truck to be serviced also allowed me to wander around the car lot to look at what the new vehicles had to offer.

Had a FANTASTIC time shopping for a truck over at Paradise in Temecula. My husband and I worked with LARRY BODKIN - He was extremely knowledgable and helpful with our purchase.

Larry did almost all of the leg work - Filling out paperwork, working with the sticker price of the truck and bartering with the financial team on our behalf.

Other than being a businessman - Larry is great guy! He was easy to talk to, engaged in conversation and was generally interested in myself and my husbands personal interests and recent travel.

I plan to work with Larry again in the future with my next vehicle purchase and I highly recommend him to all that mosey on through his lot.

Honestly one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had and I've purchased roughly over 20 cars. We had a pre-approval through GM Financial and still it took me three weeks of every single day talking with them before they would push the deal through ...they're are a joke and should not even be allowed to sell cars. Everyone from the salesman to finance and even the managers are all POS's.

I bought a truck from them with there free oil changes for life and every time you need a oil change you can't walk in. YOU MUST MAKE APPOINTMENT A MONTH OUT EVERY TIME. Recall something. so when i get a oil change I have to set up next appointment that day. The girls in service dept. look you up and to see if your oil change if free and then make it as hard as possible to use them. Out of the 30 time i have been there same thing. Also on a few oil change the tried to charge me for add on i didn't approve, don't mine that as they have to give me it for free seeing that i didn't want it done.

I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Paradise. After several months of shopping around and being frustrated and discouraged we walked onto the Paradise lot in Temecula. Our first experience was with Sam Radi several weeks before we bought a car. Sam treated us with respect and consideration. He was patient and knowledgeable. He was patient and tried his best to make a deal. I did not buy a car that day but I didn't feel like I had to run away. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE. When we returned several weeks later Sam remembered us by name! He was already with a customer but personally handed us over into the qualified hands of CJ Scott.

CJ was just as delightful and friendly as Sam. He showed us what we were interested in and didn't try to pressure us into anything. He let our desires guide our shopping experience. After a nice test drive and selecting the car I wanted we went inside to start paperwork. In the midst I realized the car I was purchasing did not have a feature that I really wanted. Without hesitation CJ returned with us to the lot to look around. I found an even BETTER car at almost the same price.

I'm used to sitting and waiting for hours for deals that never work and promises that are never kept. That didn't happen here. In about 20 minutes they brought their first offer. We turned it down for lower payments. BAM! 5 minutes later we were shaking hands on a payment that was less than we asked for at an unbelievable interest rate. But that's not all, they delivered a clean car, FULL OF GAS, and even gave ME a gift!

If you want to feel like you just bought the most expensive car on the lot you have to go here! They made us feel like the most important people to walk on the lot that day. The incentives are good, the warranties are great, the service is outstanding. This was not a typical car-buying experience. My husband said this is his dealership from here on out.

The dealership appears well-managed with professional, friendly people. Kevin Brook's follow-up over a long period of time was excellent. Both the buying and delivery experience were worth the one hour drive each way.

John and Felipe were great. John and I texted to ensure my car was available and arrange for a first look and drive. Felipe greeted us and handled the paperwork. They we're very professional and easy to work with. Thanks for a great car buying experience.

I was highly disappointed with this dealership, and how they spoke to me, and made me wait while they drank coffee and had donuts. The manager bragged about how much money they were making and and the Corvette that had just sold for a high price. What upset me was that Paradise Chevrolet was recommended as a good place to get a vehicle where they work with you to get what you want, and not pressure you to get options that you do not need are will lb. Nuae. With money in hand I was ready to buy. But it was made clear that they did not need or want my money. And that the sales that were in the paper and online they could not honor. I would never recommend anyone to buy from here.
