Mike Stiles was pleasant to work with. From the beginning, I didn't feel pressured to buy, and Mike was extremely accommodating. He was able to negotiate a deal for us, that we felt comfortable with. Although I felt I was losing on my trade-in, Mike took the time to explain why they could not go higher, and even worked with me to come to what my wife and I feel was a sound decision.
