It's hard to get an appointment without it being 2...

It's hard to get an appointment without it being 2 weeks out. I'm a loyal customer and when I need service done and my car has to be kept for a few days or overnight no one trys to help me get a loaner car to get to work. Some of the advisers Reps are not friendly. The mechanics are not good due to the fact of me bringing my in for service for one issue and when I get my car back it's worse. I understand that the service department is busy but customer service is key for any business. I don't feel valued as a customer and would not recommend any to buy or get the car serviced at the dealership.
