Stayed here to celebrate my engagement. Room was awesome, with a gorgeous view of the harbour. Staff were great. Excellent location. Pool and hot tub area are fantastic. Would be 5 stars but you have to pay for WiFi. Absurd! $400/night and WiFi is not included? Ive stayed at $80/night hotels for 10 years and had WiFi was included every single time! Im sure they can afford an internet package as to not charge guests for WiFi when they pay hundreds of dollars to stay for 1 night.

This is a beautiful hotel that's right on the terminal so if you're sailing out it's a great place to stay. Picturesque views, comfortable beds and great service make for a pleasant stay before a journey abroad

That was our fourth time in the last 20 years we stayed overnight at the wonderful Pan Pacific and will definitely stay here again. We have traveled the world and this is one of our most favorite hotels. Why? The location, Super Clean, great kitchen and Quality in everything and the every time super friendly employees. It is a big pleasure to be a guest in the Pan Pacific. Special thank you to Angelo from the front desk for the very warm welcome.

I did brunch with a large group of friends. The staff was extremely attentive, very good on keeping our tables clean. All of the food was delicious, there was no wrong choice for Sunday brunch. Love the atmosphere, it was welcoming, and the music was across time but was piano covers (which I liked) Tl;dr The staff exceeded my expectations, the food was exactly that of a 5 star hotel.

This place is amazing. Price was right, room was excellent. View from window was very nice. I don't usually rate hotels highly because they all have their flaws, but this place really does it right

Great place to hold meetings from small to large. Good food, and staff are great at handling last minute changes. A/V staff on hand to help out with projector, computer, speaker setups. Renting AV equipment very pricey, bring your own laptop!

Went for Spa Utopia. Service was great but had planned a couples massage and one of the therapists called in sick, resulting in only myself going. Surprised to find out that 4 therapists called in sick that day.

I visited for drinks at the bar area and sat on the patio. The service was extremely slow, and very grumpy. While the view is absolutely stunning, I still wouldn't return due to the service issues.

Great hotel. Staff were really nice and accomodating. The beds were really comfortable. The couch bed wasn't very comfortable though. The pool was good yet small. It has many leaves it in though. Has an amazing view of Vancouver including the harbour and downtown. It also has great walking distances to everything would recommend.

Excellent view, had a nice breakfast in bed, all the convention rooms were quite nice and the wait staff and bar tenders were so kind. They were the best part. They all seemed like they appreciated their jobs and were happy to be there.

Beautiful hotel with huge, recently renovated and well appointed rooms. Very affordable on government travel or conference rates. Superb location for access to the sites, shopping, transit and food. Incredible views from the rooms and the lobby. Can't wait to stay here again.

Consistently very good. Their bar/lounge/restaurant is outstanding. Service is even better. The odd okay meal but generally speaking everything they do is really quite good. The harbour view, of course, is spectacular. Easily one of the best venues in British Columbia.

Spent some time in the lobby bar. Drinks were good. James Bond theme was happening and it was pretty cool. The doormen had trenchcoat and Fedora's and the waitresses even gowns on. James Bond was playing on all the tvs

Just checked in..lobby bathrooms were disgusting..no toilet paper, tissue everywhere, bathrooms not flushed..
Splurged at $400 a night..
Views the only thing thata great..reminds me of a best western with a view. Not even a updated soaker tub..a shallow tub..no chance of nice soak..$400 a night plus $50 parking nothing special..definitely not worth the price I paid..rip off

Amazing location overlooking the harbour, and walking distance to almost everything you may need!
Beds were comfy, and we were stocked up with enough bath products for our stay!
All the staff were extremely friendly, and very helpful to anything we need!
Food menu at the pool was only available till 2 pm, but take advantage as it was delicious.
Wish there were more lounging chairs around the pool, as they were full by 10:30 AM.
One small complaint was the amount of children that were allowed at the pool, made the pool unpleasant for a relaxing stay as there were groups of children splashing and screaming without their parents caring for anyone else s experience (unfortunately I do understand that this is a little out of the hotel s control)

Beautiful hotel, the inside was luxurious, with very extravagant decoration. The lobby and outside is always very busy with people. On site facilities include the FlyOver Canada show and some stores. Nearby are many high class restaurants and tourist destinations.

Stayed here for a conference. Got a good deal through a website. Great room with the best view in the world. Got there early and they were nice enough to check me in early. The only issue was the fact that wifi isn't free. I got regular wifi on a complimentary basis. High speed would be at an extra fee. I think they should rethink this and make it a standard amenity.

Great pool!!!

There are many tourist spots nearby and its downtown.

I head to Vancouver monthly for business, and if I'm lucky, get to stay here!
Gorgeous! I have never been disappointed in my rooms, the staff, or the hot tub and pool when relaxing in the evening.
A highlight is waking up to an amazing view of the harbor, as the sun comes up!

While the beds were comfy and the location is excellent and close to the waterfront metro station, the rooms feel outdated, the free internet is extremely slow and the bathrooms have been remodeled terribly. I was not a fan of the faucets. The square water knobs have sharp edges. Be careful not to cut your fingers. Overall, it's not worth it in the $500/night price range.
