employees really show that they don t care about the dogs. instead of properly socializing a certain dog, they said you have to be 21+ to interact with them. the same dog didn t have any water or food in their play pen and it was pushing, pawing, and scratching at the bowl while employees CONTINUOUSLY ignored the puppy s barks and obvious signs of thirst/hunger. the dog later used the bathroom on his bed and ATE his own feces. the employees just throw toys in and don t do anything more for the dogs. very sad and pathetic of them

I am very grateful I purchased my panedemic puppy from such a great store, she actually got very sick the week I got her due to a negative reaction to a vaccine and had to be hospitalized for a week (!) but the owner of the store took care of everything, I was incredibly grateful for his consideration. Now Bubble is doing great!
This place is absolutely disgusting. Bought a boxer puppy from them. She turned out to be sick so they offered me her brother. I noticed something was not right after the first day so I took him to the vet. He not only had a bad cold, but heart and hip issues. Oh, and he came with a clean bill of health. I ended up getting a puppy from a breeder which was the best thing I could have done. STAY AWAY
My boyfriend got me a puppy Siberian Husky from this store & it was the best experience I've ever had! They totally make sure they give you a healthy puppy, I even got to meet my puppy at the actual vet they send their animals to! He is completely healthy and absolutely beautiful! They also sell a puppy package which is fantastic! It brings absolutely everything you need plus some great toys! Everyone was absolutely great as well they have some awesome informative workers! Thank you so much for the new addition to our family & we will definitely recommend other people to this store!
The place would not share the price of the dogs on the phone. I wanted to know before deciding whether to drive down two hours. If the price is not, it would not make sense for me to drive 4 hours for nothing

2. They also sustained injuries on her back.
3. When I was in the shop, there was another customer at the door and they handed her a dog other than her original dog. But they apologized and gave her original dog back.
4. Their way of speaking and attitude is very bad when dealing with customers.

My wife started her search late night for a Chuahua and found one online at Palm Beach Puppies. The video was brilliant and had enough detail to have her call and ultimately bring us to the store after a speaking with Maribel. She was awesome with all her assistance and answers to our questions. Alan worked with us and made it so we could purchase this amazing puppy and bring home all the accessories needed. I highly recommend not judging this business by some of the reviews others have posted. When purchasing a puppy here you receive clear documents about what is covered regarding the dogs health and lemon laws for up to 1 year in the event they are diagnosed with anything wrong. You are guaranteed a refund of your money or another dog. Some of the information posted makes no sense based on the paperwork we received. There were multiple veterinarian's on the list so we went right after purchase to one nearby to have a check up and stool sample sent out. They were excellent and said the puppy is in good health. We are very happy and hope others visit and make a purchase that will add joy to their lives like it has for us.
I went to get a new puppy as a companion to my 5 year old shorkie. I left with a shih tzu/poodle mix. The staff and owners were all extremely nice. The store(I actually went a few times over 2 days prior to buying) was always clean and the puppies were all clean. She's a smart and sweet little girl. When we got home, she was practically trained on the wee wee pad and very attentive. I took her to the vet and found out she needed some meds, and had no trouble with the company standing behind their word with reimbursing the medicine for my baby. She is still doing great and it's been 2 weeks, with no issues. I would definitely recommend this company again. It is more like a puppy broker rather than a puppy store.
Bought an adorable puppy for our family on Saturday. My kids were so excited to have their first dog. Well, she went to her first vet visit and they said said she has a respiratory infection she likely got from the store. The following day, Monday she was diagnosed with parasites and PARVOVIRUS. She died Wednesday morning. Awful experience. Awful!
The owners and employees at Palm Beach Puppies are nothing short of amazing. After suddenly losing our 6 year old Maltese, they were there with the perfect Maltese puppy to fill the gap in our family.
Not only are they incredibly professional and informative, they truly care about these puppies. They make sure they are properly cared for and insist on you visiting an approved vet within 48 hours.
The store is extremely clean and they have everything you need for your new puppy. While we were looking specifically for a Maltese, they seem to have a good variety of great looking puppies.
I strongly recommend visiting them if you are thinking of adding a puppy to your family. My family could not be happier.
Customer service is horrible. Was discriminated against because of age, just because people look young doesn t mean were not interested in buying a puppy. Everyone else was able to look at the puppies and play with them besides my friend and I. Female employee was just rude and nasty, definitely wouldnt reccommend this place unless you wanna deal with a person who has a stink attitude and doesnt even try to help the dogs find a good home.

Best place to buy a puppy, any bad reviews you see are from years ago. This place has changed completely. Friendly staff, all dogs come from usda licensed breeders. Very clean store.

I just got my second puppy from here! Took my shiba home and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I m not sure why the other reviews are misinforming you all saying puppy mills but that is against the law for the store to sell from them. they even provided me with a breed certificate showing me the breeder and the parents! loved all the perks included as well!
If i could give this place a zero star i would. I went in with my family to look at puppies and was so disappointed at the customer service. I guess the owner approached us and we were looking and my son asked could he pet one of their bulldogs that he thought was so cute her response to him was NO NOT UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO PURCHASE IT. What kind of place would tell a customer that. My family and I walked out of their feeling so sad for the puppies and how they do not get attention unless you purchase them. I just picked up my beautiful French Bulldog Mila. Allen was terrific in helping me choose the puppy that I was looking for. Allen guided me through the whole process and really put my mind at ease and I'm beyond happy of how gorgeous our little Frenchie looks. I purchased a dog from this store in 2014.. that pup had some medical issues day one that were thankfully resolved.. now as a repeat customer I decided to try again and come back in to purchase a 2nd pup for my birthday. Instead of a new pup I got nothing but attitude and disinterest at every question or request, every time I asked to see a specific dog the employee acted annoyed at the request.. at the end I made an offer like I did the time before but the employee didn t even want to text the owner to see whether or not he would accept because she s too busy to send a text. Based on the result it wouldn t have mattered what price the owner agreed to, I would have passed. If a customer comes in to spend thousands On a very important decision, at least pretend to act interested and want to help that person.
I got my Golden Retriever puppy from this store and I could not be any happier. The staff was excellent and friendly. They were very attentive and made sure I had what I needed before I brought my baby Daphne home. Excellent service.
I want to warn you all..... No matter how much you want a puppy DO NOT purchase from any puppy store! The puppies may look cute, but just know you have no idea where their puppies are coming from. I found out mine came from Missouri which has the highest number of puppy mills. I found this out after insisting on obtaining the rest of my pups Vet records since my puppy was sick from day 1. Once I received the records 2 days later, I realized my poor pup was basically poisoned by over vaccinating and also was treated multiple times with antibiotics for infection. I then chose to pay to bring my puppy to my own Vet, not the Vet affiliated with Palm Beach Puppy. The Vet that works with Palm Beach Puppies did not even care to get the previous Vet records and they revaccinated my puppy 5days after my puppy had just been fully vaccinated at the previous Vet for the 5th time at the age of 11weeks. After asking around, I also came across a neighbor of mine who also purchased a puppy here last year and their pup had parvo and then the man who referred me to PalmBeach Puppies actually informed me last weekend that his pup became very sick 3 days after picking him up. My grandson and I adored our sweet Puppy and it was heartbreaking having to return him. I am giving 2 stars since the staff was very professional and caring, and the owner Alan did stand by his word and reimbursed me the money I had paid for the puppy.

Got 2 dogs there over the past 3 years. Both came out healthy. The staff at the Delray Beach location is helpful and nice. Prices are high but you get what you pay for. Will always recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a puppy. Please rescue first! But still a great place.
Disappointing experience. First, I am very satisfied with the puppy I purchased it was exactly what I wanted. However, it came home with multiple parasites, for which I had to give it 4 medications each day for over a week. It still has parasites almost a month later. Owner has yet to reimburse me for the expenses of the medication which I don't really care about but that is what I was told they would do. Haven't been able to take my dog around other dogs due to the parasites. 100% due to the conditions of this place!
I bought my maltipoo puppy two months ago at Palm Beach Puppies. When I first when into the store, the associates Debbie and Ryan were helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. As a first time puppy owner they explained to me everything I needed for my puppy's proper care. My puppy's Healthcare was guaranteed.
Weeks later as my maltipoo got hairy, it was time for grooming. Debby did an amazing grooming job, and she's the only person I'll allow to cut my dog's hair.

The people at Palm Beach Puppies were very helpful and even called me two weeks after my purchase to see how we were doing. Great customer service! I lost my dog of 15 years and Palm Beach Puppies had a dog that I put the deposit down. They gave me her AKC papers and where they received the dog from. The AKC paper work was fake. If you pull down from the internet the breeder on the AKC paper work they gave me the gentleman is a "cattle breeder" When I called the owner to ask that I was confused she became nasty, After further homework not only is the AKC form a fake, it list the breeder as Jason Shceetz. If you bring him up he has horrible reviews and also it lists Puppy playhouse and Denise Whaley or Michael St.John. I kindly asked the owner of Palm beach puppies to help me. She did not like my questions, but she immediately gave me my money back and called me a psycho. I was just wanting to understand how the process of them getting their dogs worked. And repeat it is ALL a lie. They act friendly but just watch if you start questioning where the dog came. They don't know.

He supported us with two vet checks for Davey. Maribel was super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to bring home our little dude. She even gave us some toys for him!! With all the negative reviews posted after leaving a deposit for our puppy we instantly regretted it but we were a thousand percent wrong. Firstly, the owner was the one to meet us for our walk-in appointment and couldn t be nicer. We originally came for a bichon which they had and after making sure we were safe he brought us out our dog. Never once being pushy, arrogant and anything other than accommodating by allowing us the space to get to know the dog without intruding. Unfortunately we wanted a male and didn t realize she was female so decided against her. He gave us the opportunity to just check out a couple of other dogs that were similar not to buy just to expose us and it was that second we met the newest member of our family. Smart attentive healthy loving and a perfect companion for our yorkie and our lifestyle. Don t believe what you read about this place because had we believed any of it we would ve missed out on a dog come true havamalt and business owner who actually cared about the right fit for us not to mention staff who cared 100% throughout the entire process. Well may I just say this place seriously doesn't even deserve a one star!!!!! My 8 week old puppy DIED! My boyfriend and I had purchased a golden retriever on December 17,2018 from palm beach puppies at first it seemed like a nice place however!!! The owner definitely runs a crooked business! After just a week of having Marley my golden retriever puppy she started throwing up blood so we took her to the vet and they confirmed she had parvo which is the worst disease any puppy could have and it's highly contagious!! Which means any puppy in that store can still have it right now!! And also if another puppy in that place has parvo as of now every single puppy in that place could break out with parvo and DIE! The owner says "oh there things happen" NOT TRUE OUR DOG DIED FROM THIS AND THE OWNER DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE! HE COULDN'T EVEN CALL ME HE HAD TO HAVE HIS EMPLOYEES TO DO SO.. We were so excited to have Marley for the holidays and so happy we found the cutest puppy but she was FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE a sweet innocent puppy for almost three weeks in the vet until she unfortunately passed.. it makes me so angry is that many other people have told me that parvo seems like it's only common in this one pet shop and so many puppies have died from this pet store. The manager who offered to get us a new puppy however the parvo virus is in that store so why would I want another puppy just to pass away again! Also parvo is very very very hard to get rid of in a house bleaching and other extensive measurements are to be taken and even then the store can't tell whether the puppy has parvo right away! Which is another concern so I asked for a refund in the state of Florida and all states A PUPPY LEMON LAW is enforced meaning since basically the store sold a puppy with a terrible death causing disease you are entitled to a refund the manger was forcing us to get another puppy because they wanted to keep the 2600 dollars instead of giving it back! The owner is to blame!! HE IS BASICALLY RUNNING A FRAUD OF A BUSINESS! All I have to say is My puppy suffered a long painful 3 weeks of fighting and she lost her battle:( it's sad how this place is still in business!!! It should really be shut down! The owner cares nothing about the puppies he just wants money he will even put all of those puppies in danger of parvo! Because he wants to make money! Disgusting!!!!!
Recently got a beautiful and very healthy golden doodle from Palm Beach Puppies. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to get started with a new puppy. They even connected with us a week later to make sure things were going well with our new fur baby.

Purchased an imperial shih tzu and the puppy died in less than a month. The dog was constantly vomiting and had diarrhea. She eventually died from low blood sugar that they do not cover...BEWARE!!

I bought Sasha from Allan. She is 11 year old and so healthy. I have sent 20 people to Palm Beach Puppies and they treat people nice. They may be expensive but you get what you pay for.
We just came into the store to look at puppies, and Bree and Gavin showed us the most beautiful golden retriever puppy. We absolutely fell in love and took her home. Bree and Gavin could not have made the process any smoother and they were wonderful getting us all prepared for our new family member! We are in love.
