This place needs to be shut down. Save those poor innocent animals.

Beware, Wolcott. This is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Do your research. Ask lots of questions. Remember: if it doesnt feel right it probably isn't. Adopt with your head, not your heart. Rescues like this want you to suspend all logic and make a decision based on emotion. Once you're vulnerable you're in the perfect position to be deceived and taken advantage of. Be very careful.

Very nice place, adopted 3 years ago, and just seen the new place and adopted another. Staff is Extremely knowledgeable and really match you with the perfect dog for your family.

Gorgeous facility, will be back again to volunteer! Please donate and help rescue shelters like this one, these people work so hard for very little. You guys are amazing, don't let ignorance tell you different, keep doing what you are doing.

I cannot begin to tell you how great this place was. After a heartbreaking loss of my last rescue dog I was struggling to find a new friend. A couple dogs at this organization were of interest but already adopted. Not only did they contact me when someone became available, they also did everything they could to help me bring home my new baby girl. I couldn't tell you how wonderful, healthy and perfect my puppy was and is. If you're considering adoption, apply. They are so good to the animals and the humans

Should be shut down immediately! In danbury they were sued and had to relocate due to improper care for the animals. 52 dogs were crammed in one kennel with poop everywhere

Have the dogs and cats in inhuman conditions. Place should be shut down immediately

Company is a puppy mill and needs to be shut down. Healthy pups walk in fine and walk out with parvo. This type of abuse is disgusting and something needs to be done about it

Awesome organization! The manager is super knowledgeable about animals, the staff is wonderful. I adopted a senior dog from them who would otherwise have been euthanized if TOC didn't bring him in & get the help he needed. Before you believe what you read, make the effort to actually see with your own eyes and use your own judgement. I think this little shelter is great & if it weren't for them so many more pups & cats would not be in the loving homes they are in today.

NO STARS! Horrible organization!! Our puppy died within a week and we hear the same story over and over! Now they have been shut down in Wolcott for abusive conditions and more dead puppies! Shame on them!!

I had a great experience with my adoption they were great to work with, they help me through every step with the adoption process, anytime I had a question, they were right there, I will definitely go back, love my puppy
