I want to warn you all..... No matter how much you want a puppy DO NOT purchase from any puppy store! The puppies may look cute, but just know you have no idea where their puppies are coming from. I found out mine came from Missouri which has the highest number of puppy mills. I found this out after insisting on obtaining the rest of my pups Vet records since my puppy was sick from day 1. Once I received the records 2 days later, I realized my poor pup was basically poisoned by over vaccinating and also was treated multiple times with antibiotics for infection. I then chose to pay to bring my puppy to my own Vet, not the Vet affiliated with Palm Beach Puppy. The Vet that works with Palm Beach Puppies did not even care to get the previous Vet records and they revaccinated my puppy 5days after my puppy had just been fully vaccinated at the previous Vet for the 5th time at the age of 11weeks. After asking around, I also came across a neighbor of mine who also purchased a puppy here last year and their pup had parvo and then the man who referred me to PalmBeach Puppies actually informed me last weekend that his pup became very sick 3 days after picking him up. My grandson and I adored our sweet Puppy and it was heartbreaking having to return him. I am giving 2 stars since the staff was very professional and caring, and the owner Alan did stand by his word and reimbursed me the money I had paid for the puppy.
