The worst services and the attitude to deal with customers.

1. I gave them my dog (Pomeranian) and it was very thick hair, and I asked them to make her trim nails. Upon receipt I found that they had cut his long thick hair.

2. They also sustained injuries on her back.

3. When I was in the shop, there was another customer at the door and they handed her a dog other than her original dog. But they apologized and gave her original dog back.
