They have the cutest puppies I ve ever seen! Plus they look happy and healthy playing in their crates. My son has asked for a puppy for his birthday and I m definitely planning on buying here!

I couldn t say anything better about my experience with Palm Beach Puppies. From the second I walked in the door Alan and everyone were very helpful and accommodating. I came in with two younger daughters and they were great about them being in the store and letting them play with the puppy. We bought a teddy bear who they had flown up to NJ for us even when everything was going on with the virus. Our teddybear is such a good boy and very healthy. He got checked on up in NJ and they couldn t say how great he looked. I loved my experience and was so happy that I made this decision. I will definitely be coming back and checking in with the store to buy all their new amazing pet supplies as well! Thank you to everyone at the store for all your help and thank you for our adorable puppy!!

awful... owner is rude and just in it for business the lady there seemed annoyed and didn't bother. owner promised that he would put a OVERPRICED puppy on hold for us after he tried to bribe us to pay full without even getting the dog for another week and was positive for parasites and seemed very sad puppy was adorable but they are con artists we were interested in buying and put a down payment also and the owner sold it to someone else without even calling back... never go here very sketchy only for business!

Palm Beach Puppies has great selection of adorable puppies! The staff was extremely helpful and the puppies were very well cared for. If you are looking for a puppy this is the place to go!

We adopted our dog, Roxie, 4 years ago. She is doing great since the first time we ve ever gotten her. I recommend buying a dog from this place.

Maui my 5 year old golden retriever is a Parvo survivor from Palm Beach Puppies. If we did not take her to Calusa and spend 7k on vet bills she would have died at their free vet on IV fluids, which does nothing for Parvo. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Read the one star reviews and you will find ones like mine or worse because they died. Yes it's sad and they are innocent adorable puppies, but buying them supports pet shops and puppy mills to keep treating animals like profit. They lie and say it's a reputable breeder, no reputable breeder would give their puppies to a pet shop, let alone that young. Maui's papers are fake, she came from a mill. Look up local rescues instead. Tri-County Rescue is where we just got our second dog who is a border collie golden mix from Puerto Rico. There are over 200,000 stray dogs from Puerto Rico alone that really need a loving home.

I bought a havanese puppy here about 3 months ago to help keep my other dog (a mixed puppy from a shelter) company. I took her to my own vet (not the ones that they recommended in Palm Beach) and she was deemed healthy. It's been about 3 months and many vet visits later for vaccinations & checkups later and she is still healthy & full of energy. I was extremely lucky in that I got a puppy that was healthy and happy from this store... My heart goes out to the other reviewers who bought sick puppies especially since I bought a kitten a year ago from an out of state breeder that died soon later; I am still grieving her loss. The only reason I took off a star is because the reviews of other buyers cannot be ignored, I believe I am the exception and my puppy was LUCKY to be healthy. My advice is to seek out dogs from shelters, I have another shelter dog and I could not recommend the humane society enough!!!

I have owned small businesses for past 18 years. Worst service,Miserable people on staff on sunday, no one asked if we needed help for me I brought my kids to see which one we may want, if your the owner and your reading this, your losing money with your staff. I wouldn t waste my time here ever again.

I fell in love with a little bichon shih-tzu male and had to have him. Great customer service and friendly. My little boy had some parasites but the first vet visit was paid for by the store and all the treatment. He is perfectly healthy now at 6 months old and has the best temperament. Everyone loves him! Best purchase I've ever made.

The staff was very friendly, they assisted us with anything they needed. The puppies are well taken care of and the store is properly sanitized and safety precautions have been taken. No complaints, they are amazing!!

I had a wonderful experience with Palm Beach Puppies. Alan was excellent and provided me with education and care for my new beagle puppy. He has the best interest of the puppies in mind. He supported us with two vet checks for my pup, once he received her and after we took her home. Maribel was very prompt and courteous when we picked up our new family addition. She made sure we had all the care supplies, toys, and treats. Thank you Palm Beach Puppies for an amazing first time experience. :)

I took my daughter into the store looking for a puppy. We were in there for over an hour and were not once approached by either of the employees/owners. In the mean time there were at least 5 other customers or group of customers looking who were approached and asked if they wanted to hold the dog in the private area. One group of four teenagers was even allowed to hold a dog out of the cage privately. I asked if my daughter could hold one of the dogs and was told that she could touch the dog in the cage but that since we were not buying a puppy we could not hold it. We never said we were not buying a puppy. In addition I asked the price of one of the dogs that was purchased while we were still in the store. Their price was over 15% less than we were told.
They are rude and unfair and very judgemental. I will never take her back to that store. She actuallly has a goldendoodle and is serious about getting another dog. We will be happy to continue our search somewhere else.

I want to take a moment to review palm beach puppies and thank the staff for helping me and my family pick the right puppy for us. They were so friendly and answered all the questions we had about all the dogs we spent time with. The staff made sure we were happy with our new members and the process was thorough to the (T) from picking the right puppy to picking out the right leash and the paperwork. We have had our puppy for a month now and couldn t be happier. We definitely recommend Palm Beach Puppies thank you guys for the our Coco Bear.

We got our sweet baby jasmine, a blue Merle cockapoo, at Palm Beach Puppies and we love her to pieces. The staff and owners are very friendly and they really care about where their puppies come from.

I was so disappointed when I walked into the shop. The puppies had no water in their bowls, several were walking around in their waste, and there was only one person working in the store. This individual was waiting on a couple, and completely ignored the other 5 customers. There was not even an acknowledgement they were in the store. Not a way to do business in my opinion.

I purchased a mini goldendoodle in January and they told me that he wouldn t be more than 30 pounds but now he s 6 months old and ways 38 pounds. Other than that the staff was so friendly and My puppy is the cutest well behaved boy and I wouldn t have wanted to get another dog. I just wish I was more prepared for how big he was going to be.

We bought a Teacup Yorkshire Terrier and couldn t be happier! From the first day forward Palm Beach Puppies was FABULOUS! I bought my Cockapoo 3 months ago. He was 3 months old and I absolutely love him. He is the best dog ever. I'm a first time dog owner and was told everything up front. We were told he might have a parasite and to have him checked within 72 hours. We did and Palm Beach Puppies took care of everything at the vet. Since then he's been an absolute pleasure and has become a wonderful addition to our family. Alan and Debbie were very informative and even called us to check on him to see how he was doing.

Terrible customer service over the phone. I called but shortly after the women told me to wait on hold after 5 mins. I heard the phone hang up on me, it was noticable becuase someone picked up the phone and then hanged up. I tried to call 2 times but they did not pick up. Terrible phone service.

My daughter and I went in for a look and it was almost impossible to get out of there without getting one of those puppies. She loved them all and begged to take every one of them home, and it was hard to say no! I m now definitely planning on coming back in December and getting her a puppy for a Christmas present instead.

We purchases a puppy from this establishment and my family was extremely excited for all the new adventures we would have. But on the ride home from the store the puppy started pooping all over my son. I would ve assumed that they would ve potty trained their dogs. Now I m stuck cleaning my kid and my car. Also now that we are home and that situation is dealt with. My dog ( I don't want to misgender it) has an infinite number of dingle berries and no matter what I do they keep returning.

We purchased our GoldenDoodle from Palm Beach Puppies and we couldn't be happier. She is the sweetest, gentlest and cutest puppy ever. At only 12 weeks now (we purchased her at 8) she is already house trained, sitting, laying, staying (all on our own). You can tell what a smart dog she is!! We are so proud of our Gaby and very happy with our purchase. Thank you so much Palm Beach Puppy. For those looking for an amazing companion I would focus on the dogs in this establishment and not judge the staff so harshly. Taking care of 15 dogs at once can't be easy!!

Unbelievable store with the most precious puppies I've ever seen

So my best friends dog died and she saw a dog on their website that she really liked so we drove 2 hours from Port St. Lucie to see this puppy. First thing when we walked in no one even acknowledges us and the place smelt absolutely terrible. We saw the puppy was 6,000 dollars and thought that was a ridiculous price and we left. We ended up coming back because she wanted to do payments and really wanted the puppy. So we go in the back with the puppy and my best friend decides she wants her so they figure out her credit and what the payments will be. So the lady then decided to tell us we are gonna have to put 500 down and we are like ok we will do it so we are all trying to figure the money and she comes over and tells us that we Have to pay tax and we were like ok how much is that and she s like alright let me find out so the total for the down payment comes to 1 thousand and something and we were like omg no we aren t doing that. Then she comes back and says oh I did it wrong it comes to 693 and reminding you we are here for 3 hours figuring out money and everything and no one tells us the dog has problems and we have to buy extra stuff for her or that we have an extra down payment. So we again decide we have the money let s do it. And then she goes oh so your first payment is gonna be 50 dollars so your total is gonna be 753 and we were like omg what, how did we go from 500 dollars to 700 down payment that s in totally over 7000 dollars for a fricken puppy. And we are like no that s ridiculous and leave. We come back cause we are fed up because why did no one tell us this out total amount from the beginning we were in that store for over three hours and came that way for 2 hours. We tell the lady that you should ve told us the total from the beginning and she goes it goes based on your credit and I m like ok so you could ve told us that listen there s a chance that if your credit doesn t cover everything you might have to pay your first payment today and she just goes making excuses and is raising her voice. She was the manager and she was absolutely rude. Her employee was more nice and respectful then the actual manager. Worst place to buy a puppy.

Walked in one day just to look and i walked out with 2 puppys

We had such an amazing experience at Palm Beach Puppies. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We couldn't be any happier with our English Bulldog. She completes our little family. Thank you Palm Beach Puppies!

This place sold me a pup pie for 2500 dollars and I did the in house financing they failed to tell me that I would be paying a rental fee for the dog with my monthly payment unless I paid the dog off in the full amount. Which is making the puppy I bought from them 5,000 dollars. If you buy from here do not do their financing!!!!

I notice higher star rating is shown first! These dogs sit all day alone untouched in a baby bed! Please read past the higher stars on issues at these places. This one is near me. I've been in several times it's a very sad place! Adopt Don't Shop! These dogs had no rights are are used to make money period get a job! I feel for their poor parents being forced to breed to supply you with money to pay bills. Yes I am animal rescue! We have rescued thousands of dogs and watched even puppies die in shelters and on the streets while you breed dogs and sell their little bodies for profit! Maybe stop breeding and place an adoption center there!

Don t recommend buying from here. Purchased what was suppose to be a corgi but ending up being mixed with chihuahua. Would highly stay away from this store.

We shopped with 3 different puppy stores and had a terrible experience with the other 2 (Petland is a ripoff and Forever Love puppies has rude, unprofessional staff that don't get back to you). We can't say enough good things about Palm Beach puppies. Actually spoke to the owner on the phone several times, Alan is wonderful, as was his staff. and most importantly our puppy is AMAZING! I have had dogs all my life and have never had such a smooth transition, this dog is clearly healthy and well cared for, happy and perfect. He settled right in. And he is ADORABLE!! There were so many cute dogs there. Yes, these dogs are expensive but the financing makes it easy and the dogs are actually a bargain because in truth they are priceless. Thank you Palm Beach Puppies!! We love our new son!!

The owners there clearly love connecting puppies with their new owners. The owner share how he personally hand selects each puppy they make available. Shopping there is a great experience. We just had our puppy Tiffany groomed there. They did a great job. Keep up the good work!

Terrible customer service. Did not even acknowledge me when I walked in much less ask if I needed help. Not even a hello. Not allowed to touch the puppies I understand that and I didn't but after walking around I asked if I could play with one of the puppies that I liked she responded with a very trite NO and I said I'm sorry what and with a very nasty attitude told me people don't come in here just to play with puppies I asked how do you buy them then she said you don't come in just to play with puppies you have to be serious to buy. I was appalled. Nasty. Dogs also look very sad.

I called on the phone to get a pricing for a Yorkshire terrier and the guy on the phone was absolutely rude. He seemed rushed and he cut me off when I said I was asking about the price for the puppy , he said I need to speak to your parents .... I m aware that I might sound pretty young on the phone but I am 24 years old and all I was calling was for a price. I m not buying a puppy from here. I ll take my business elsewhere.

After my bad phone experience, I decided to read the reviews and I noticed a lot of people saying the same things. Nasty customer service. And if your young they ll try to scare you off because they think you re not serious about buying. Younger age groups are always looking for dogs so it s unfortunate the way they treat customers. My family was very serious about buying a yorkie , too bad their customer service drives people away. Think twice about giving them your business.

I called the store about puppy . RUDE RUDE person. Would not tell me about the puppy or price. I told her we are 3hr away. She would not give any info.. They had the puppy and we were ready to buy. Still no info. Be careful with this place

I couldn't have been treated any better when I went into their very boutique and lively puppy store. They had the cutest puppies, but really one stood out for me and I couldn't be happier with my Chiweniee (Chihuahua and Datsun) thank you to Palm Beach Puppies. Great job.

Do NOT buy from this store. All their pups have health issues. The SECOND DAY we bought our bulldog here, she had to be hospitalized!! After that, she lived with us for a year and a half, enduring multiple visits to several clinics and hospitals because of her respiratory issues until she passed away. NEVER BUY FROM A PUPPY STORE. Find reputable breeders. Never mind all the money milked from us this whole time, my heart is torn and broken at her loss and suffering.

Customer service is horrific. Rude people and I now understand why no veterinarians will recommend this place. Please correct me with 3 local vets that don t work for them that we can call for positive remarks. All shelters dislike this place also.... kind regards & good health to all....

THIS STORE AND ITS OWNERS ARE THE WORST. The saleswoman bragged to me and my wife that this store was under new ownership and the owners visit every breeder, blah blah blah. Turns out, Alan Garson and Heidi Garson, still own the place. Look them up!! Alan Garson was charged with a huge insurance fraud scheme before losing his license as a chiropractor and his wife, Heidi, has several arrests for shoplifting. This was all a ploy to sell puppies at an outrageous markup! Our puppies came from a mill, which I saw after researching the breeder once I got home. According to the saleswoman, it is against the law to transport or sell a dog less than 8 weeks old. However, we bought our puppies at exactly 8 weeks! The saleswoman admitted that they got the dogs DAYS EARLIER - this is not acceptable!!

Don't give these people your business. Go somewhere else.

Do not buy a puppy from here! Just bought our little puppy here and he has been sick since day 1. It has been constant vet visits and the staff at palm beach puppies are so rude. The owner started yelling at my girlfriend when she called in to notify them that the puppy was very sick. No clue how this place is still open but we will do our best to make sure families do not go through what we have gone through. Stay far from this awful place.

Do not buy from Palm Beach Puppies. My Golden Retriever has an incurable skin allergy. Has scratched in places where now no skin will grow back. Only steroids work which are slowly killing her. They won't return calls.

Stay away from this place! Don t suffer what I m going through now with my little puppy. We just got our little male Morkie from palm beach puppies. It has been non stop vet visits. First he was tested and found positive for parasites. Put on medication for that. Now he was just diagnosed with very bad kennel cough. This morning we woke up and he was throwing up. Me and my boyfriend have not gotten a full nights sleep since we got our little baby. Nothing can compare to the stress and heart ache we have experienced these past two weeks we have had Ollie. To watch him suffer is heart breaking. If you want a healthy puppy don t buy your puppy here. I have called palm beach puppies and they try to bribe me with a $25 dollar store credit (how convenient). I will put this warning out wherever i can. Do not buy a puppy from here!

I recently adopted from Palm Beach Puppies. This time, was my second time after 4 years. My first adoption was a Shorkie and he had a severe respiratory infection which they paid to treat via one of their vet locations. Although I was not happy to adopt a puppie who I feel was very sick, I was happy to help this puppy get healthier. When time came for a second adoption, I began my search for a hypoallergenic dog as it is the only way I can have them at home. The only place who had a Maltese avail was them. I asked them a lot of questions and told them about my first experience. They told me they would stand by the puppies and will help if needed. After adoption, this poor baby was also very ill. The vets they tell you to go to said he was ok and would not treat him. Again I was happy to help this poor baby but now I feel inclined to let everyone know that this place will not take responsibility or take good care of the animals they put up for adoption. I called many times to no avail. Please adopt elsewhere. It is very cruel to not care for these puppies the way they deserve to be cared for. If I was not highly allergic to dogs, I would not visit these shops.

I bought a mini goldendoodle from them, However as soon as I brought her home she appeared to be sick. Constant sneezing, coughing and a lot of dried crust around her nose. I immediately took her to the vet and had the puppy checked out. I was told she had a cold and respiratory infection.They sent me home with antibiotics for her and cough medicine. Then 2 days later I got a call from the vet that after sending her fecal to the lab for testing it came back positive for 2 different types of parasites. Now I have a puppy at home for not even a week with all types of medication. I was sold a sick dog.

Nice and friendly staff. Super Expansive tho, just go to a rescue shelter you will have the same service and at least half the cost.

Just got a Mini Goldendoodle from palm beach puppies in Boca Raton last week. She is AMAZING! Super healthy and playful. The staff at the store was amazing (especially the manager Samantha) and super knowledgeable about every aspect of puppies, breeders, training, etc. Extremely clean and caring environment for the puppies. Highly recommend!!

The dogs are payed no attention to at all. The guys didn t even say hello when we walked in. He offered no information at all about any of the dogs. It was as if they just sit there all day doing nothing with no one really caring about them. The store itself smelt awful as if it hadn t been properly cleaned in months. They had one dog put all the way in the back by itself while the rest were up by the front. It was a horrible experience and I feel truely bad for those poor dogs.

Allen was very helpful when I came in looking for another Dog. I am not ready yet but I still have my dog I bought there over 10 years ago. I have sent my friends in and will continue.

What a positive experience we had purchasing our Pomeranian. The owners were so helpful and knowledgeable. They consider every detail and it shows in the way they manage their business, the quality of the puppies they carefully and mindfully place. It s a pleasure to do business with people who put the best interest of their puppies and perspective owners before everything else. And as for accessories...they have an impressive line of products for sale with beautifully created leashes and harnesses. Many unique items to pamper your fur baby with. A+++

We purchased our new Cockapoo puppy Jasper from Palm Beach Puppies a few weeks ago and his happy personality tells us that he was affectionately cared for before He came to us.

Allen and his staff are true professionals and have proven to us that they do stand behind their puppies. We ve also received follow up calls from Allen and from the store manager to check up on how Jasper is adjusting to his new home.

Don t expect hovering sales people trying to push a product, they are not just products to be sold for them. They care about their puppies and want to be certain they are going to good homes. We are so happy with our new family member and feel blessed to have found him! Thank you Allen.

My friend bought a young pup from this place and was happy with it until it died about two months later. Apparently the dog had an illness that the staff did not tell her parents about. They tried getting a refund but the store never paid them back, despite fooling them into buying a sick dog without their knowledge. After asking her more, my friend told me that a similar scenario had happened to her parents friend. I encourage you all to be cautious about this.

I was researching a puppy for my daughter and I see Alan with this cute Cavalier King Charles so beautiful in a video. I call him and he was very nice on the phone he give a lot of info about this beautiful dog. I whent there and this cute was so happy to see me like we know each other my hall life. I was in love whith him. This place is nice clean the dogs are so beautiful and so friendly. Maribe, Alan, and his staff were wonderful in helping me. Also Alan give 48 hours to take my cute dog to Clint Moore Animal Hospital and they to care my cute dog Noah. Alan pay for everything . my dog is healthty and so smart. this cute is a ball of life I am so happy with him I laugh so much every day. I do what to thank You so much Alan for everything. Palm Beach Pupies is a great place friendly, honest, and good customer service to go and see what awesome cute dogs they have. Thank You so much for the Discount. Love oxoxoxo.

The worst place to purchase a puppy. They want 6k - 7k for a $3,000 puppy that is why they refuse to tell you prices over the phone. They are very rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

I bought a Papitese (Maltese & Papillon mix) about 3-4 months ago & we love her! She is super healthy & super cute. I am very impressed with the professionalism & compassion from Palm Beach Puppies. We live in VA so we had to have her flown in. They were very helpful & wanted to make sure Princess was gonna be in good hands.

I am so glad all my research brought me to Palm Beach Puppies! Due to my husbands allergies, we were set on finding either a mini bernedoodle or goldendoodle. I saw the most adorable mini bernedoodle on the Palm Beach Puppies website and immediately contacted the owner to inquire about the puppy. The owner, Alan, is great - he cares so much about the puppies and wants them to have loving homes. We spoke on the phone and after our conversation I did some more research read through every review and after reading some reviews I honestly almost did not go with Palm Beach Puppies, but thank god I did! I actually asked Alan about some of the reviews on here and his response was professional and genuine, which made me realize you can t believe everything you read online! And I can say from my firsthand experience with Alan and palm beach puppies that he wants the puppies to be healthy and 100% cleared by a vet before you even come in to pick them up! He stays true to his word and has been there to answer every question we have had! He has even answered my 8 pm calls to help us with our new puppy! We are so in love with our mini bernedoodle and have had an amazing experience from the start with palm beach puppies! We might be getting Brogan a brother mini bernedoodle soon and would not go anywhere but Palm Beach Puppies.

It is not a good place, sorry, they do not serve well, the treatment is bad, they look at you with a bad face. I have known that the safety of the puppies is in doubt, they just want to make money, how sad!

Alan, I was going to make this probably one of the easiest sales you have ever had. My family and I came in knowing exactly what we wanted pet wise, not a single one of your staff greeted us. We waited northwards of over 45 minutes hovering by the dog we wanted. Not a single can we help you . Ultimately we ended up walking out. Review your staff on friendly customer service procedures. Especially when it was going to be the simplest transactions your store has experienced.

This company is an utter disappointment. They don't only charge an absurd price for their puppies, but they also sell you sick animals. I purchased a Maltese towards the end of December- shortly after leaving the facility I noticed that the puppy had a severe cough. I called the owner of the company the day after and explained the circumstances he said that this was "adjustment cough". BEWARE! It's been about a month $2,200 for the dog, multiple $100 more for vets visits, and 3 rounds of antibiotics and my dog is still sick! I can guarantee they were aware of the condition of the dog prior to sending it home with me but failed to disclosed it because of pure DISHONESTY!!!!! Save yourself a headache and money and buy your dog elsewhere!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Not only did they lie about the financing terms of my dog but they also lied about the type of breed I was getting. Now they are in breach of their contract with the finance place and WONT even try to rectify the situation with me. Claims the "breeder" aka the "puppy mill" states my dog came from a black German Shepard and a white lab. Owner claims the Palm beach gardens puppy store closed and unfortunately there's nothing he can do... You are still the owner whether one store is closed or not. But he hopes I'm enjoying my puppy.... I guess it's time to contact the state of Florida and the media about his ways. STAY AWAY!!!!!

They never answer the phone horrible with communication

Alan was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable, I told him what my family and I were looking for, and he made it happen, he paired us with a perfect dog. Our new addition to the family is friendly, so playful and loving, and so well behaved, sleeping all night in the crate, no crying or barking, she is pooping and peeing outside since the first day. She came home a perfectly happy, social, and healthy baby. We will be forever grateful with Alan and everyone at Palm Beach Puppies. For making this a reality, thanks to them my family is complete.

The puppies are so cute I wish I could take them all home!

We purchased Lola (female yellow lab) in October 2017 . She was 4 months old and they gave us a big discount for this reason. The staff/manager that day, it was a Sunday, was very nice to us as well as the other employees. I am writing this review 8 months later because I wanted to wait and see our Lola's growth and health to give a honest review. We were blessed with Lola. She is very energetic as one can expect from a lab puppy but she has never chewed on furniture or walls. She was housebroken after two weeks of training. She hardly ever barks, and she is the sweetest dog I've ever had. She has no medical issues and is a fast learner. Overall, Lola's temperament and health is good which says lots about the breeder they choose. Nevertheless, three weeks after we purchased Lola I walked into the store looking for a collar and the attendant on duty at the time (had black hair) was extremely rude. That day I wanted to write a negative review but after coming home and seeing Lola I did not because I would not like to ruin the chances of another dog having a family so I did nothing. Fast forward, my Lola is one week from being one year old and I am thankful that we found each other despite the circumstances.

To be fair, the cost of those designer breeds are expensive everywhere; but, this was the most I had seen so far.

I left Palm Beach Puppies extremely upset. We were out looking for the right dog for our family. From the moment we walked in the smell dog pee was overwhelming. ALL of the dogs were soaked in their own urine. Some of the dogs coats were stained a permanent yellow color from consistently being trapped in their own urine. We left as I was uncomfortable giving my business to a facility that would allow little puppies to be stuck in those living conditions. I also extremely concerned with the health of the dogs and ongoing issues from being so poorly maintained.

I was very fortunate. Didn't put a lot of thought into it and just walked in, fell in love with their pure breed king Charles (I was expecting it to have heart problems because of the pure breed) but so far its been 6 months and super smart, healthy, playful and sweet. Staff was extremely accommodating, helpful. Expensive but worth it I think.

Gives you all the information on the breeders and answers all of your questions. Most importantly, they stand behind the puppies 100% which is so important. The staff is very knowledgeable and answers any questions you have. 10 stars!

We got our Golden Doodle here. She had a couple minor health problems but she is one of the best dogs in the world. I think those minor peoblems would be normal (like kennel cough) when there are so many dogs close to eachother. We have taken excellent care of her so she is very happy and healthy a year later. I know they have some negative reviews but our puppy was definitely enjoying her stay there. She was having alot of fun when they let us play with her. We are considering getting another Golden Doodle (probably a mini) and we will definitely go check out their selection first.

This place is owned by a Husband & Wife. They really have an interest in doing business and not much else. If you appear young or go to check out puppies without the intent of buying (not speaking with a employee), the response is to act like you do not exist. It's a shame they scare off younger age groups, they are perfect candidates for purchasing a dog.

Several months back I began searching everywhere for a Yorkie. I came across a video of my soon to be little princess. I couldn t sleep! The next day I went to Palm Beach Puppies and saw her in person. 2.3 lbs! The experience was perfect! Help and owners FABULOUS! I came home with a great starter pack. So perfect that I got her groomed there today! I recommend this place5*****

I am so upset that this place is now under horrible new ownership and management. I have visited this store multiple times now because I bought my last dog from here only to meet extremely rude employees / management and literally get robbed. I bought my last cavalier from the old owner Alan for $1,800 - he is absolutely PERFECT, pure bred, and healthy and when I went in to get another cavalier today I was told the price is $6,500. ?!?!?!?!...THAT IS UNHEARD OF!!..Your "quality" of dogs is no better than the breeders in South Florida that charge half the price. The "quality" you mention in response to negative reviews below is a sad excuse because all of the South Florida pet store puppies come from the Mid West and are all amazing dogs. I am just completely appalled. You justify your prices by offering to take the dog to "your vet" but we all already have vets in this area that we know and love. The manager of the store is extremely rude, keep in mind the dogs were all rolling around in their own poop and it smelled horrible. Good Luck to you. I understand we all have to make a living, cover bills, etc. but this is just so wrong. I hope nobody falls for this SCAM!!

First off, I would never even consider purchasing a dog from one of these stores in my right mind. We've always rescued but when my mother needed a small dog to make travel easier I said, why not just check this place out. Often times with rescues you don't know exactly what breeds they are; a so called schn-oodle can often turn into a labra-doodle real quick! Any who, I was extremely unimpressed with my initial visit. No one seemed interested in helping out or providing information about the whopping 4 dogs that were available; only 1 of which was a male. Also I was extremely concerned at how young these puppies were! We ended up adopting an 4 month old pom-chi from Tri County Animal Shelter and felt supported in our decision and thankful we were able to give a rescue a home.

Life Changing Experience!
As a Former Chihuahua Breeder,when I relocated to Florida 21 Years ago,leaving 3 of my Chihuahua's behind for my home buyer to tend to I swore I would never get another...(Condo Rules,etc)walking into this Shop I picked Her up and wouldnt let her out of my arms,her Sister was in another Crib but too hyper,I named Her "Taffy" and now she is more my Wifes Dog than mine,we love her so much,never a health problem and they purchased from a AKC Top Notch Breeder.Great people,my Inlaws bought a Dog,a Bichon Frise from these Folks as well.Never any regrets,yes I could have got one at a Shelter but I dont need someone elses Pet that may have been abused etc Children and Animals are a Gift from God.

There dogs are well taken care of. I have had my dog from here for the past few months, and i couldnt be happier.

After going into Palm beach puppies a few times to look at dogs, when we went during quarantine i fell in LOVE with the female maltipoo they had there. A few days later, we took home our amazing fur baby. Maribel was so nice and made the experience of buying a puppy so easy. Everyone there was very friendly and great. We absolutely love our little maltipoo Mae and she is the sweetest and has a great personality. Thank you Palm Beach Puppies for my little baby, I love her so much.
