I purchased a dog from this store in 2014.. that pup had some medical issues day one that were thankfully resolved.. now as a repeat customer I decided to try again and come back in to purchase a 2nd pup for my birthday. Instead of a new pup I got nothing but attitude and disinterest at every question or request, every time I asked to see a specific dog the employee acted annoyed at the request.. at the end I made an offer like I did the time before but the employee didn t even want to text the owner to see whether or not he would accept because she s too busy to send a text. Based on the result it wouldn t have mattered what price the owner agreed to, I would have passed. If a customer comes in to spend thousands On a very important decision, at least pretend to act interested and want to help that person.
