Well may I just say this place seriously doesn't even deserve a one star!!!!! My 8 week old puppy DIED! My boyfriend and I had purchased a golden retriever on December 17,2018 from palm beach puppies at first it seemed like a nice place however!!! The owner definitely runs a crooked business! After just a week of having Marley my golden retriever puppy she started throwing up blood so we took her to the vet and they confirmed she had parvo which is the worst disease any puppy could have and it's highly contagious!! Which means any puppy in that store can still have it right now!! And also if another puppy in that place has parvo as of now every single puppy in that place could break out with parvo and DIE! The owner says "oh there things happen" NOT TRUE OUR DOG DIED FROM THIS AND THE OWNER DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE! HE COULDN'T EVEN CALL ME HE HAD TO HAVE HIS EMPLOYEES TO DO SO.. We were so excited to have Marley for the holidays and so happy we found the cutest puppy but she was FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE a sweet innocent puppy for almost three weeks in the vet until she unfortunately passed.. it makes me so angry is that many other people have told me that parvo seems like it's only common in this one pet shop and so many puppies have died from this pet store. The manager who offered to get us a new puppy however the parvo virus is in that store so why would I want another puppy just to pass away again! Also parvo is very very very hard to get rid of in a house bleaching and other extensive measurements are to be taken and even then the store can't tell whether the puppy has parvo right away! Which is another concern so I asked for a refund in the state of Florida and all states A PUPPY LEMON LAW is enforced meaning since basically the store sold a puppy with a terrible death causing disease you are entitled to a refund the manger was forcing us to get another puppy because they wanted to keep the 2600 dollars instead of giving it back! The owner is to blame!! HE IS BASICALLY RUNNING A FRAUD OF A BUSINESS! All I have to say is My puppy suffered a long painful 3 weeks of fighting and she lost her battle:( it's sad how this place is still in business!!! It should really be shut down! The owner cares nothing about the puppies he just wants money he will even put all of those puppies in danger of parvo! Because he wants to make money! Disgusting!!!!!
