I took my daughter into the store looking for a puppy. We were in there for over an hour and were not once approached by either of the employees/owners. In the mean time there were at least 5 other customers or group of customers looking who were approached and asked if they wanted to hold the dog in the private area. One group of four teenagers was even allowed to hold a dog out of the cage privately. I asked if my daughter could hold one of the dogs and was told that she could touch the dog in the cage but that since we were not buying a puppy we could not hold it. We never said we were not buying a puppy. In addition I asked the price of one of the dogs that was purchased while we were still in the store. Their price was over 15% less than we were told.
They are rude and unfair and very judgemental. I will never take her back to that store. She actuallly has a goldendoodle and is serious about getting another dog. We will be happy to continue our search somewhere else.
