I called on the phone to get a pricing for a Yorkshire terrier and the guy on the phone was absolutely rude. He seemed rushed and he cut me off when I said I was asking about the price for the puppy , he said I need to speak to your parents .... I m aware that I might sound pretty young on the phone but I am 24 years old and all I was calling was for a price. I m not buying a puppy from here. I ll take my business elsewhere.

After my bad phone experience, I decided to read the reviews and I noticed a lot of people saying the same things. Nasty customer service. And if your young they ll try to scare you off because they think you re not serious about buying. Younger age groups are always looking for dogs so it s unfortunate the way they treat customers. My family was very serious about buying a yorkie , too bad their customer service drives people away. Think twice about giving them your business.
