Beautiful Place. Service was great. High tea was average

Amazing experience with the lovely and talented Aggie at the day spa.

Indoor pool looking tired and spa not working or sauna in mens change rooms

Reasonably priced food, wonderfully cooked in a luxurious setting

Service is out of this world and the facility itself was spotless, Management have a great team and they all go above and beyond to make you happy and comfortable. Definately will stay there again.

Fashion old place. Furniture is quite old as well. Good place to stay for mid and advance age people. But it will come to extinction when young generation with demand for high technology will take over. Overestimated, but not bad place.

Hotel is in a desperate need of a renovation in all areas! Its such a shame that they have let it get to this stage where it looks so run down. Not particularly kid friendly and found the staff in the breakfast buffet area unfriendly.

Great resort and service. Guests there are not your usual family holidaying type.

The Ultimate in Luxury as expected, but the pool is THE CLEANEST of any I have seen over the last 10 years in Gold Coast.

Today waited over 30 minutes to receive an order for alcoholic drinks. My cappachino was served to me so cold the sugar cubes I added didn't disolve. 2 service staff had to ask other service staff for help in directing me to the ladies toilet location. The guest rooms are very small and not in line with the expense.

You can't use covid as an excuse for lack of maintenance at this hotel. There has been this issue here for some time. The staff do their best but the place is really filthy. With this level of branding you would expect the owners would put some more money/profits back in to the property. Wonder how long the Versace label will be used here as it certainly fails at any 5 star level. Just go for a walk down near the spa and gym and you'll smell the damp. Note the photos and make your own decisions. Not worth the money.

I don't know where to start... The room was amazing and very homely, the beds were amazing. Best nights sleep I've had in a long time. The food there is amazing, we ate at another hotel the night before and it topped it without trying. Similar dishes but so much tastier. I was on crutches with various fractures but found it easy enough to get around and staff only to helpful.

I attended a high tea here recently, the staff were lovely and dining room was gorgeous!

Our favourite place to stay on the Gold Coast, one strange thing is that they close the bar so early and you can't even order cocktails via room service after 12...

I had the buffet there. I really liked the food and the place is not very crowded whch is even better. The Waiter was very nice, a very polite gentleman. I just think that the hotel seems a little old. The decorations are fancy for sure, but if you look closely you can tell that they are old.

My partner and I went to the buffet for our anniversary. It was amazing! The food, the service, the ambiance and music. Everything was absolutely star quality and I can't wait to go back again! Would absolutely recommend to everyone I know.

The hotel looks like every other versace hotel. Theres a fresh seafood plave right next to it. The pool has a sand bay but the actual beach is a bit far for walking.

Not worth the room rate. facilities are old and dated. Room cleanliness is questionable. Location is out of the way and requires taxis/ubers daily. DO NOT BOOK!!

I really don t know what s happened here any more I did hear that the place was sold to Chinese buyers and they got rid of a lot of stuff, the quality of the food and service seems to slowly withed away... I guess it s about saving money, and unfortunately now I will be saving money as well and investing money in other quality locations for food service and accommodation. Disappointed in the Saatchi and Palazzo Versace...

I loved the costumer service and the rooms were WOW! I also loved the pool and the restaurants. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Suitable for everyone. Also very hand having the shopping centre so close by. Overall this hotel is like heaven !!!

An exquisite experience from the moment you walk in. Had the Devonshire high Tea set and it was superb and delicate. The waiter forgot to bring cream for the tea though but that notwithstanding this is a fine establishment.

What used to be my favourite place in the world has sadly lost a lot of its glamour. We booked in the Vanatis restaurant and although to service & food was wonderful, we were 1 of 2 tables in there with no ambiance. Looking onto messy towels by the pool & holiday makers doing laps in snorkels. We considered going over to the Buffet but the food was resembling a posh-sizzler. I really hope they can turn this place around as it truly is a beauty

Magnificent facilities with excellent staff and services. An absolute must stay.

Had our 40th Anniversary at the buffet restaurant it was very disappointing, it cost us $235.00 for a couple and the food was very poor. There were small prawns, crab Oysters and a variety of hot food found in any buffet around Australia that doesn t charge $99.00 per head. A glass of wine was $17.00. We stayed there 15 years ago and I have to say the quality and service has definitely dropped. We won t be going back any time soon.

Japanese people ! ! Versace's buffet is the best There is a dessert corner for small children to enjoy. Because there are only two, 100% worth coming ( )

My partner and I had a beautiful dinner here and were served by two polite young gentlemen named Markus and Davide who were extremely helpful in helping us decide what to eat and drink along with great conversation and cheerful persona. Great atmosphere and delicious food too! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would love to come back again.

Stayed at Palazzo Versace with my husband & 2 girls from Saturday the 12th Jan.
We booked in from 12-19th Jan in a 3 bedroom Condo plunge pool!!!
We experienced bad service from the time we arrived!
Upon our arrival we were made to feel uncomfortable as we went to the restaurant to have a quick bite with friends , the waitress was rude and very unhelpful ,

Slight misunderstanding with a wading pool extended on our private plunge pool, our girls wanted a photo and were only in the wading pool for around two minutes and within 10 to 15 minutes after that incident two security guards showed up at the condo door I explained that it was a misunderstanding and they left what a total overreaction sending two security guards.
The same night I received a phone call around 12 am, awaking us notifying me that we had set an security alarm in the condo no other explanation and then hung up I felt that I was being harrassed by the security people.
Our lexperience continued to be below average I felt that we had been signalled out to the point where we were placed out the back in an isolated room at breakfast each morning !
The service levels were pathetic given that we were staying in one of Versace s best condos
The service in the restaurants and bars were not up to the standards of what the Versace brand name is, in Kokum my husband couldn t get Johnny Walker blue or black they told us they had run out from the previous night ? That is the most common brand of scotch,
Our friends also had a picture and ingredients to replicate the Belleverde Spritz they didn t come close and it was disappointing.

We have stayed in a lot of the best hotels throughout the world and have never experienced this type of treatment or service level zero.

We checked out on the commencement of the fourth day we had enough booked for seven nights not happy.
We booked at Sheraton grand for the remaining few days of our holiday it has been fantastic!!! Total service/amenties /room comfortable and personal comfort and satisfaction

If I could give 10 stars I would. All staff were exceptionally attentive and went the extra mile. It was my partners 21st birthday and they arranged a card and cake which was so meaningful. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the superior suit we stayed in was so luxurious. Surfers paradise is only a 10min bus ride on the 705 which can also take you to pacific fair and the casino. Well done to the management and all the staff, you did fantastically well!

Amazing high tea, great selection of sweet and savoury foods. Delicious coffee.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Service, quality, food and facilities are all top notch. Some people complain about wear and tear or bad service but they're just stupid. This place is a must stay at least once in your life.

I would not recommend staying here during the school holidays (or other busy) periods, as hotel does not adequately carter for near full occupancy - long queues at the restaurants, slow room service, not enough lounge chairs by the pool, etc. In general, the level of service has gone down over the years. Our last stay in late December was disappointing.

Dirty bed sheets , eight days later and I am still waiting on incidental monies to be returned. Would not bother with this hotel, I have stayed in much cheaper hotels and had clean sheets and monies returned on check out!!!!

Fine dining and service at its best the rooms are awesome and there's always something happening on the broadcaster
