Big, comfortable and clean room with good choice of shampoos and other products. Restaurant service was great and breakfast was enormous and delicious. I had a creme de la creme dinner with some of the best wine of the hotel's winery.

Classy breakfast with kind staff. We weren't allowed to eat outside since there was a slim chance of rain, but the inside was very comfortable. Price was a bit steep, too. Order the Josephsbrot for tasty bread!

Reception, very well Trained employees who understand how to deal with customers.
Since the receptionist / at the same time also concierge activities unwind you can also say that they do wonderful.

I was allowed to taste a bread (homemade) with butter (homemade) fine ham and rose salt.
A dream since I was a special guest I got that as a gift but I'm sure it is worth the price.

I am on a Michelin tour throughout Vienna and Austria. As a Michelin restaurant located in the hotel, there was a great service and a willingness to cook creative and experimental dishes. I asked the middle manager to pair the wine according to the wine drinking speed, not the set wine pairing, but I was satisfied with the regret that the amount of wine was less than that of other restaurants. It was a dinner I enjoyed from 7:30 in the evening for about 3 hours, and it was the best meal I had in Vienna so far.

One of the best fine dining experiences when traveling in Vienna. You don't need to worry about the menu as the Chef makes recommendations for your. You only need to decide whether you want a 5, 7 or 7 course and/or with wine pairing. Staff are also very attentive.

Words can't describe how impressed with dinner here last Summer.
After hearing so much about this 2 Michelin Star Restaurant, I made reservations for me and my friends. The decor is modern and very elegant. The dishes are works of art and well balanced flavors. The staff treat you like royalty and the Chef is clearly one of the best.

If you ever want an amazing gourmet meal and experience, make your reservation.

Beautiful historic 5 star deluxe hotel with an amazing wine collection in the heart of Vienna - don't miss to book a tour. Only suites and it's quite expensive but worth the money. If you can afford sleep there at least for one night... enjoy the gardens while having a drink or have dinner in their Michelin restaurant.

Had a seven course meal with 4 or five wine glasses. What stood out was the beef and desert. A typical 2 Michline star restaurant with good presentation and good service. 2 our of seven is not that great especially that you have expectations...wine selection was jor the right one for me with an exception to the duro red from Portugal. Should have been better....and wine was way pricy for the quality. I would say try not more than three courses. Maybe I should elaborate more, the duck liver was beautifully covered with golden carrot coating, then the chef decided to spoil it with a thick underneath layer of liver cream. The cat fish lacked luster and the lamb as well. The langoustine was ok. The cheese plate was below any standards as mixing two cream cheeses, cow and goat made no sense. Visit to experience the Austrian cuisine.

We were charmed by the restaurant. The service was efficient, the dishes were original and well presented, the wine list very complete. The decor is also quite original, and the environment is not cold. As we were in March, the chef incorporated several root vegetables into his menu, using totally unexpected ideas while respecting a logic of local ingredients. The presentation of the dishes was simply perfect, with attention to detail that only a large table can. Of course, the price is what it is for a great experience. Only downside: the choice of music was a little lift, but we quickly stopped hearing it once the round of dishes started.

We visited the restaurant so didn't book a room.
In all honesty, I would like to give the restaurant ten stars. I've never really eaten this good before. We had a fish as the second course. I've never been able to experience anything like this unbelievable. The ambience is really nice too and the service is excellent.

Great location, oasis in the city. The restaurant Silvio Nickol, which has earned two stars, is particularly recommended. Delicious tasting menu, in which - if you want - you only select the number of courses and leave the rest to the chef. Young, relaxed service. All in all one of the best restaurants in Vienna at this level.

We had a great time in the restaurant. The 9-course meal was a dream. The service was extremely accommodating and made the evening really an experience. An absolute highlight was the tour in the kitchen. We say THANK YOU and come back.

Very sophisticated city palace with impressive architecture. Very well located and a thoroughly luxurious atmosphere. Despite the overall very high price level, the wines are surprisingly cheap, but unfortunately also rather boring and unkind. Unfortunately, I have to give deductions for the food, which was of good quality, but seemed rather uninspired (we're talking about a star hotel here) and for the somewhat arrogant night porter.

Actually I would only give it 3 stars, but compared to my other reviews I don't think it's fair, as this house really impressed me overall, despite some flaws.
