This is the second best restaurant I have ever been (La Marine being best). Wow! What an experience.

Great location. Beautiful interior design.

Simply impeccable service and knowledgeable sommeliers. The wine cellar (we received a tour of the cellar) is one of the best in Europe.

The ingredients are truly fresh and seasonal. The preparation was artful and maybe a bit too heavy on the seasoning.

A 7 course dinner will fill you up.

With a good bordeaux and two 7-course dinners it will come to about 800 euros but it's totally worth it. This is a must go restaurant in Vienna. Don't miss it and book well in advance!

Booked the clementine cafe restaurant for my baby shower, got the outdoor garden seating. This place is very elegant and upscale, beautifully decorated and situated in a very good location of Vienna s first district. Excellent bread selection!

Perfect care of the guest, service and cuisine at its best, compared to the Steirereck, the taste of the creations is rather strong than delicate, spices sometimes hinder the delicacies and aromas of the ingredients, but the wine selection is excellent for that. Located in the high-priced level and very expensive compared to one or the other rather banal creation.

We were there with 20 people for our birthday. We had to announce on the phone which of the !! 3 !! Choice dishes every person wants. No a la carte possible even though we were the only guests. Food was good, service was mediocre and prices were absolutely overpriced. Mineral was simply put on the table, not drunk, and would still try to collect. Too bad about the birthday dinner!

Special atmosphere in the shady roof garden of Clementine's glasshouse, very friendly yet discreet staff, good quality pastries and food. Attention! in Summer the table inside under the glass cupola may be very hot, as there's a ventilation system but no aircon

I wanted to go to the restaurant for a glass of wine at 10 p.m. I was refused by the gentlemen at reception on the grounds that everything was reserved. Nothing works without a reservation. It's hard to imagine that there wasn't a free table when the bar officially closes in 30 minutes.
Seldom experienced such unfriendly staff.

Thanks to the whole team who made a suite available to me and a colleague for free on this night of terror, after I was unfortunately very close to the action. Wonderful staff who also took care of us, provided phones, really great, I'm very touched. Thank you very much!!

The service is excellent, as befits a restaurant of this type. The waiters are very attentive and perfectly oriented, both in the menu and in the wine list. They took a seven-course set, the serving was very original and beautiful. A small piece of art on every plate. The interior is mesmerizing, the restaurant is small but very beautiful. Pay attention to the details. Good selection of both wines and whiskeys.
A small disappointment was the taste of the dishes, unfortunately, being the four of us, no one remembered a single dish, there was no "wow" effect. But thanks to the staff, everything was still at its best and I will not shoot the star.

Thank you for yesterday's excellent evening! Everything was taken care of (pregnancy, birthday, allergens, etc.), both by the service and by the entire kitchen team. Really a great achievement. We were spoiled all round and in between surprised with greetings from the kitchen. I can make a clear recommendation. Perfect for a special occasion or evening.

Very good restaurant with a large wine list. The dishes are served with a great deal of detail, but a little too spicy for me. There is a star deduction for a MISSING CHEESE WAGON, which is actually a must in the hood category.

I had brunch and dinner at this hotel several times. Restaurant served ridiculous food, some things weren't even fresh like bread, most probably because the hotel and the restaurant is rather empty and is oriented towards tourists. i wouldn't recommend any of the restaurants at this place.

We were guests in the gourmet restaurant. Very very smart building, inside and outside. From the reception to the end of the evening just great service. The menu with the matching wine accompaniment was great and one of the best we have ever tasted. Unique, gladly again.

Attractive place however our party of 4 , from the US , were all seated at an added table in the hall leading up to the main dining room . It was not ideal and if you are offered this option , don t accept it . We couldn t even see into the restaurant. This temp table comes with the least experienced , but polite, server .
Also , review the menu in advance as there are several creative dishes that will not appeal to everyone.i think there are better places to go for an upscale dining experience in Vienna.

Very friendly staff who introduce themselves by name. Small - but extremely fine - menu. The prices are a bit high, but the quality of the dishes absolutely !! appropriate! Again at any time and highly recommended! Perfect evening, perfect food, perfect service. Top.

1st visit in 2012 was absolutely great, food was great back then
The second visit in 2016 was a total flop, the dishes weren't varied, the concept of being sugar-free was very much at the expense of taste, as attempts were made to create a taste with any spices, especially noticeable in the desserts.

I also suspect that the boss doesn't cook himself during the week.

We were there for breakfast. It was not possible to get a prosecco, just either champagne or champagne, which was not sufficiently chilled. The salmon was served very carelessly. The plate with ham and cheese was only poorly occupied. We ordered mineral water, the bottle was placed us, we were allowed to pour ourselves, no ice cubes, no lemon. All this in Coburg ...! More than disappointing!

Didn't have the pleasure to stay there; however we did a tour of their wine 'caves'. This review is about them.

I've done numerous wine tasting tours around the world; however I've never had one of this calibre. It was a personal tour with one of their sommeliers, Lukas. We are not wine connoisseurs and Lukas took the time to explain to us the wines, regions, and answer our silly questions.

10/10 on the caves. They have history, amazing architecture and lighting. Add to that a wine tasting tour around 4 of their 6 cellars and you have a perfect 1.5 hr tour.

I cannot recommend this higher. If you are looking for a quality wine tour, in a one-of-a-kind place filled with history, with someone that knows their stuff this is the place.

Call the hotel and ask if their sommeliers are available to do a tour. Price was 89 euro pp and it includes the wine tastings (no food in this tour). Bring a light jumper for some of their caves are cold (need to keep the wine at that temperature).

WoW, what an experience. The service is great, but above all the food is just amazing. Not sure how they achieve it, but each dish is special in it's own ways and the combination of items on the plate just compliment each other perfectly. Every bite is a unique experience. Well worth it.
