Simply sensational. The suites are very tastefully decorated, the mini bar always full and without charge and the staff unobtrusive endeavors. A quiet oasis of well-being and yet in the center of Vienna. Even if the high prices of the suites at first glance may deter you, what you get for it is just absolute top class.

Simply fantastic. From the preparation of the dishes to the very friendly and competent staff to the unique ambience. We found the price-performance ratio ok. There is a very relaxed and casual atmosphere.

Food presentation is outstanding, probably the best part of the experience. All dishes have complex and unique taste, however often too rich for my taste buds and I found that they use too many sauces which confuse the flavors. Service is very kind and professional, as one would expect from a restaurant of this level but nothing more. The kitchen tour is nice but frankly unimpressive if you have seen other chefs' kitchens. Overall it's worth experiencing once.

First of all, we were completely satisfied with the food. The level is very high, the waiters very friendly and discreet in the background. For all those who want that little extra, there is a mega wine list or also the rare wine accompaniment. The portions are well balanced, you can go home with a certain ease. We had dinner in the Clementine on November 2nd, 2020 (at the time of the attack). The service staff looked after us exceptionally well. Apart from the excellent food, we were constantly supplied with drinks until 2 a.m. After the situation was uncertain until late at night, we were given a free suite! The restaurant is very suitable for couples, especially when there are special occasions to celebrate.
The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The panic was definitely not felt, and we would like to thank the restaurant for that.
Thank you and we will definitely visit you again!

One of the most beautiful and high-quality wine cellars in Europe, thanks to the highly revered and esteemed Chef Sommelier Wolfgang Kneidinger and his great and knowledgeable team. I recently attended an ACQUA DI PARMA breakfast training course, with the result that the service is top-notch. The same is true of the quality of the food and the service of the service staff. The atmosphere of the casemates in which the training took place is simply indescribable and should be experienced once for yourself. Administration and organization in pure culture. Perfection for squaring. Keep it up!!!

Two friends had my birthday almost simultaneously ...

Two friends had my birthday almost simultaneously at the beginning of December, which is why there were five of us with our men at Silvio Nickol's. We ordered all six courses, each of us in a slightly different combination. We decided not to accompany drinks because we didn't want to miss the opportunity to study and order the most extensive wine list in the country.

I have to say that I've had a lot of culinary experiences in my life so far, but this menu has far exceeded everything I've experienced so far. You can feel that there is passion, creativity, attention to detail and joy behind the preparation of each individual course. Before, and sometimes between and after the menu, several kitchen greetings were served, each consisting of several parts. So we got what we felt like twelve courses instead of the ordered six.

For dessert, the sous chef came directly to the table and congratulated us on our birthday. Towards the end of the evening we were asked whether we would like to take a look at the kitchen, which we naturally affirmed. We met Silvio Nickol in the kitchen, were able to extract some of his kitchen secrets and were allowed to take a souvenir photo with him.

Thank you very much dear Silvio Nickol for this wonderful and unforgettable evening! We wish you all the best and many more culinary highlights in the New Year!

While I did not stay at the hotel, I did dine in the restaurant with family that reside in Vienna. The dining experience was lush with a very extensive wine selection abet somewhat inflated. Service was excellent and attentive although brushing to clear crumbs in between courses was absent. Flavors were subtle, creative and presented with elegance. My favorite, the sturgeon. Unfortunately due to dietary restrictions for milk products my options were extremely limited, in fact surprisingly so. They did try hard to accommodate me and were apologetic for the limited offerings. Overall a very pleasant.

Was a guest at the New Years brunch today.
The offer, as well as the quality of the food was an absolute cheek for a price of 129.00.
Every buffet in a good thermal spa hotel is better even for breakfast.
Dry roast beef without sauce, raw ham with unripe melon, rollmops, smoked salmon, crayfish cocktail, scallop on indefinable green sauce and cold, cooked salmon.
Sad for a buffet and at all for New Years.
Gnochi in thickened sauce, mushy vegetable lasagne ........
Semi-raw nougat dumplings without a side dish.
In addition, chocolate mousse and curd cream.
The crepes were also awful.
I have never eaten so terribly. The included champagne Paul Roger couldn't make up for that.
Such a bad offer is not worthy of this elegant home.

The breakfast in the Clementine restaurant unfortunately cannot keep up with the standard of the 5-star hotel.

The china was pieced together:
2 tea orders came with 1 tea and 1 coffee cup (with the latter, the saucer belonged to an espresso cup).
Bag tea is unacceptable for such a home. The malt coffee came in a black promotional coffee mug. Cloth napkins are simply a must, but unfortunately there weren't any. Etc, etc.

We would have gladly paid more, but would have been treated like royalty in a house like this.

The service is perfect and accommodating.

When I was in Vienna, I went to see the hotel. When I came to the reception and said that I am Iran, the receptionist welcomed me with a smile, but said that for security reasons there is no possibility to visit the hotel's floors and you can only visit the lobby. And that's what we did to capture a photo of the head in the hotel

A great hotel and a few suites, there are no rooms and the service is fantastic but the price is very expensive especially since it is close to the Marriott and there are many alternatives surrounding it from the hotels

Very rude at the front desk! The Lord did not want to make a written note for a reservation (after my internet was down). With the second call I came back to these gentlemen, he laughed at me! Therefore we will not visit this location anymore.

The restaurant is fantastic and the terrace is totally comfortable to sit in and relax from a long day at work. Although the prices are already very high, you have to say, the food and the service are really worth every penny. You do not have to wait long for the order until you get freshly prepared all the food in its place. Impressive is also the wine list which invites you to a culinary journey of discovery and especially friends can be impressed with a nice evening here with certainty. All in all, I have to say that there is hardly a place where you feel better in the evening with a nice glass of wine than here. The lighting in the evening is also very successful.

Good starter offer with i.a. Oysters, salmon, cold roast beef, vitello tonatto etc. Also with main course and desserts good selection and quality. And champagne is constantly being refilled.

Food as an art, incredible gourmet experience. Very pleasant and delicious dining. Very friendly, nice and professional team. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Silvio Nickol and seeing how the kitchen works - incredible. Venison, scallops and white sturgeon will make you cry out of foodie happiness. Appetizers and refreshments from the chef are beyond words as well, but I m not posting the pictures to make it a pleasant surprise for you :)
