Great hotel in the very heart of the city. Breakfast table is rich and tasty. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Nice hotel in the center, clean little rooms, varied breakfasts. The spa area has everything you need: sauna, jacuzzi, small gym, massage.

Good hotel in the city center, the only problems with parking. And so two elevators, a rest room right at the entrance and neatly dressed staff, prices are high.

Perhaps the best hotel in Lviv is through the location and always high-quality service. The hotel has its own drivers and relevant cars for customer service. Very convenient service.

Great hotel. We spent a couple of days there, very centric and has loads of restaurants nearby. Easy from there to go for a walk around the city. The hotel is really nice, with loads of amenities and friendly staff.

He was in a restaurant. Expensive, not at all tasty. Waiters have a lot of pathos, but the dishes are not understood at all. I can't use the terminal. If you want to have a good time in a good place, you are not here

It is true that only parked there car but it is very ok. Price for a guarded car park 15zl a day in the center of Lviv and the hotel has 5 stars so the price of the car park is ok. Service speaks Polish

The hotel has a good restaurant, where you can visit gourmet dishes with your friends and smoke the hookah to your liking. I recommend!

Excellent hotel. Very clean and upscale. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of different foods, to include hot foods, meats and cheese, fruits and rolls. Fresh tea and coffee are served and several fresh juice options. The hotel has an amazing spa, cigar room as well as a gym. Simply amazing

No cheap place. Clean, good breakfast, fairly quiet. Good restaurant. But you get annoyed at small things like when water flows under the shower door towards the toilet in the bathroom ... you go and report this but nothing happens.

They ordered salmon and chicken sandwiches, you can't eat them, the bonus is mayonnaise, ketchup and potatoes in roasted oil. The institution repairs 90 of that year and has a homely staff. Fu ..

I liked the hotel, location, rooms, Restran !!! SPA - just super !!! This is probably the best SPA in Lviv .. Scandinavian herbal sauna, very cool massage, I liked everything very, very much . If I still come to Lviv, then only to Leopolis !!!

Almost perfect. A noble and clean hotel in city center. The breakfast is good, nice cigar lounge, nice staff. But none of my postcards which I handover to them reached their destination. I guess it was not the fault of the hotel. But that is the only negative point. I felt very very comfortable at this hotel! 5points and Iam coming back!

If you looking for true 5 star experience thats not the right place,was booked a higher category room the ac wasnt working they sent techinichian to fix but they knew in advance that that section is old and the ac not working so wasted time on that in the end of the day they offered me another room with working ac but lower category and promissed to change it next day next day the other room also had ac issues .i loved the spa there was nice,the breakfast was ok nothing special.

Very disappointed in the service here, I reserved a private roof top table and when we got there they gave our reservation to someone else and told us us that we did not have a reservation when I had confirmed a few days prior.

The duck was very tasty. The waiters are friendly. The atmosphere is good :)

We went to the rooftop restaurant which consists of four tables and needs to be booked in advance. We went on a really hot day and so to begun with it was a bit to warm on the roof for us. The service was good, though there could be periods where they was no sever as they were off getting something. We had a good time together, I found the food to be lovely and very well presented, but my partners main was not as appealing. I highly recommend the ink risotto. Altogether it was a great experience.

Thoroughly enjoyable hotel. Rooftop dining option and cavernous cigar room are two particular highlights. Pleasant service with ample sized rooms and modern bathrooms. I'd like to return with my partner to treat her to the Leopolis spa package.

Bad hotel, definitely not 5 stars. Terrible bathroom, terrible poor breakfast, nobody cares. Don t go here. Only one plus - good location. Plus you won t find here devices for making coffee or tea. Different glasses for wine. Crazy. Never ever again.

So far wonderful, tastefully renovated hotel with good climate and very good restaurant and breakfast buffet, there are beside the usual international standard also delicious local specialties.

Do you want "thrills" and are not afraid to die? To you in Leopolis! Order a dish that includes fish at once, and wait ... However, you will not have to wait long. Abdominal pain and nausea will appear in a few minutes.
Waiters should not make remarks either, they respond to everything by rolling their eyes. Run to the pharmacy and escape.
And seriously, avoid this institution. And take care of your health!

Tsnuwei Hotel has a very nice, refined and cozy restaurant with a fireplace. Expensive, but delicious! High level of service. I recommend!

Very disliked service. The waitress either mixed the order or listened inappropriately, but eventually brought not the dishes that we ordered.

Excellent atmospheric hotel. Friendly staff. Clean cozy rooms !!! Hotel staff are trying to solve any problem in a short time. We arrived at the hotel at 6:30 am. And, although the settlement only after 14:00, we were placed in our room without additional payment. It was nice. Thank you for your stay!
