Place that seems beautiful but hey considering my salary I can only imagine the interior
The room with a view on the lake is very nice and good bedding. Flat for the bathroom without hair dryer or storage to put things. The staff are very nice and Dinner was very good in the restaurant and plentiful. Breakfast is however a big disappointment. At 30 per person we expect a minimum of home-cooked meals. Except that it was all about the "basic" things. It was definitely not worth the price paid. Ditto for the beach restaurant which is still very expensive for what it is. The SPA is not very neat either. The only individual shower does not close and the changing rooms are really worthy of a swimming pool We have planned massages which were carried out in a room without being warned ... so the treatment is done on a side table in a setting not as relaxing as we imagined. This stay was nonetheless relaxing because the setting is splendid but many things to complain about ...
The location and views are Top !!! It is a place not to be missed if you visit Lake Annecy or the region. a beautiful place, the staff is friendly, the restaurant is very good, fine and delicious cuisine ... The prices are very good for a 5 star hotel.
Beautiful hotel and restaurant! Historic site, built in 1906, but brought up to date. It keeps the charm of the time. Very nice staff, wonderful cuisine and selection of wines. A prestigious address and ideal for a romantic getaway!
Excellent location on the lake and the coolest view
Perfect view. Perfect interior design. But the the shower in the bathroom was old and worn, the breakfast - too expensive - 35 euros. The toilet was situated at the end of a long corridor, next to the door so it was difficult to run this long way on the mornings. It took half un hour to the staf to generate an invoice.

Excellent, the setting, the meal, the helpfulness of the staff, and especially the prices of the restaurant which remains affordable, because it is the Palace which has 5 stars and not the restaurant.
A charming address, quiet and in a beautiful environment. However, we found the price quite expensive for the services offered.

Superb view, friendly staff ... but horrible night ... soft bed and pillow huge and hard ... if you have pbs back I advise against. For the spa, it's as cold as the municipal pool. .

So we must consider that my opinion is in the context of a hotel that is registered in a 5-star palace and there I must say that the level is not there. Arrival on Friday the service is not present a person at the reception and we give you your key point ... Then in the evening we decide to have a drink at the bar, we wait 10 min because nobody and we are served with only glasses without any accompaniment for 15 euro the glass of white we can hope for at least one olive !!! . Good now the very very poor point of the hotel the spa pool area which there is simply not at the level, cloakroom type municipal swimming pool and especially very very dirty in terms of furniture with trash and rusty toilets ... In short fortunately that the exteriors and the view are there if not for the palace to pass your way. I recommend however the restaurant and the tasting menu which is perfect excellent value for money.
Extraordinary hotel, exceptional location overlooking the lake, beautiful rooms, very pleasant and accommodating staff. Even after cycling around the lake, if we went back to Annecy, we would stay there.
Very friendly reception staff, I left a personal item in my room and they were very helpful in wrapping and co-operating with the parcel company I ordered remotely.

Everything seemed together to have a great time. Very nice building, breathtaking views of the lake. The staff on arrival was also very nice.
After a short visit of the place, we wanted a drink on the terrace. 10 minutes after our arrival, no one had taken our order. So we went to ask if we could have a map. 45 minutes later, watch in hand, we left, thirsty, nobody took the trouble to take our order.
Then go to the pool and spa. Big bliss on the mixed locker rooms, and the cleanliness of the place but the pool is beautiful with a nice visibility on the lake.
The evening meal in the restaurant, there nothing to say. Very good food and impeccable service.
The room on the 1st floor overlooked the forest. Pretty one.
The next day, patatras !!!!!! Woke up at 8am because the management had decided to place a breakfast meeting at a seminar, on the terrace just under our window. And in music, which even if it was not unpleasant, was too strong for our taste. To that add the smells of cigarettes, for an awakening, there is better.
return of the room to 12h as expected. We indicated the "small" concern of the musical awakening, but without particular reaction of the person in front of us.
We decide to enjoy the pool and sun loungers. Upon arrival, no more towels available. My wife calls the reception, to warn them. Answer: "we send you someone". After long minutes of waiting we went to get our towels in the car. Other guests stopped people from the hotel to get towels ... "yes yes !!!!!" but still no towels. The staff was probably more involved in the evening of the seminar.
The lawns near the sunbeds were dotted with empty bottles and other glasses.
At 17h, still no towels available ... Ashamed!
In short, if you want to have dinner and a nice room, no problem. However, for ancillary services, go your way. Establishment not level.
