Luxurious, splendid view on the lake, swimming pool. An excellent stay.

The hotel sits right at the edge of Lake Annecy with amazing views and access to the lake itself. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable with modern bathroom amenities. The breakfast is also delicious!

If you like dazzling floor lamps from the beginning of the evening until the early morning, well this Palace is for you! What a waste of not being able to enjoy the garden sheltered from light pollution ...

Nice classic hotel. Beautiful view to the lake. Even in between seasons worth a stay. Some parts might need an upgrade, but the authenticity also has its charm.

Perfect cuisine and welcome, service at the top. This is the right place for a romantic couple meal with views of the lake at sunset.

Fabulous location, a beautiful lake view .. the hotel is luxurious, with a nice atypical room, a beautiful lounge, an amazing relaxation area with hammam pool and sauna. The person greets us with great professionalism and a lot of attention. In summary the palace is superbly located, it is quiet, near Annecy and it has a lot of class.

The setting is beautiful with a beautiful view of the lake. Decoration redone and neat. The 8 courses were faultless. And the visit of the chef allowed us to have a face on the creations that we could taste. The final nail at the dessert level left us speechless. Thank you, Chief!

An unbeatable view! Perfect breakfast and personal care. Despite the work in progress and some finishes to review in the rooms, it clearly wants to detour.

Does not have the luxury of a palace. Badly maintained. Common areas not heated. Old-fashioned room and the service at the table is not at the top. Otherwise it enjoys a magnificent view.

We stayed at the Palace for our honeymoon. We took a lake view room it was really beautiful. On the other hand, we were disappointed with the service. Not always a hello from the staff. The beach bar was closed because it takes a lot of organization for the few people on the deckchairs. We ordered drinks on the terrace that we have never had, so a 40-minute wait to tell us that the cocktail is not possible. Nothing exceptional for a palace. I find that there is a difference between wealthy people and others .... Too bad. We will not be going back

Small passage for one night in this establishment..just Magnificent !!
We take full eyes with this breathtaking view in this idyllic setting. The catering is just perfect and the staff very professional. Impossible not to want to re-taste this experience.

The restaurant is a great discovery, perfect balance of flavors, it's beautiful and it's good. A cozy, romantic setting with magnificent views. The hotel offers a magical summer and winter setting to relax. The spa deserves some improvements so that everything is perfect in winter when you can't enjoy the lake. We leave well relaxed.

A beautiful opening season for the palace beach on sunny Monday! We are followers of the palace and we always have so much pleasure to return to this magical place! Tasting good products in a relaxing atmosphere. Benjamin and his team have seduced us by their welcome and their professionalism! Congratulations and good season to all! See you soon.

Restaurant and nice kitchen impeccable service ok price

A truly magical place a surprising sight!
Of course we can only advise this place where we were treated to a very warm welcome.
I would only say it's a pity that the hammam and the jacuzzi were not in use during our stay, because being from Annecy we booked this romantic night to enjoy the spas and pools. A lack of hygiene on the ground at the exit of the pool.

The location is fantasic, the hotel is a very good place to stay.
My wife and I eanted to go to a quite place to relax and enjoy the beauiful views. The rooms are very good with a view to the lake. However, the service was expected to be better. There was no one to take the laguge when we arrived. Nobody is there to park the car. There was no water boiler in the room.

Just for the view, this hotel is worth it! And you add to that, the charm of the old, freshly renovated. The heated pool is so nice as are the gardens and the beach, lake view again. The glass roof of the restaurant is magnificent. Dream stay ...

The 5th star of the hotel now allows to have a terrace with now probably one of the best views of the lakeside restaurants of Annecy. The restaurant also takes the opportunity to go up a notch and match the standing of the hotel. TOP!

Very good stay in Lily's house. A detached house within the palace.
While the lakeside location is perfect, the title 'palace' is overkill. No tissues in a room, no television in the rooms, a totally empty mini bar, not to mention the inability to have breakfast delivered to your room.
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and very good. The food in the restaurant is excellent, although it took an hour to get the first course.

Very nice establishment.personal at the top. Lake view. If you have to find a flat ..... it is access to the pool and sauna .. Only by outside m it's a pity ...

Don't waste your time trying to book a table in the restaurant if you are not staying at the hotel because their new policy is to save all the tables for hotel guests! We have just given up trying after four attempts.
Such a pity because before we used to dine regularly there and loved it.

Amazing location and view. Hard to beat. The food was enjoyable however I do not feel it was matching the price.

The building, the location, the view is worthy of a 5 star, but for the hotel's amenities, where are the 5 stars and the palace?
The rooms and the bathroom need to be modernized and refreshed, the equipment is a little modest.
Only one small quilt worn for the bed and big uncomfortable pillows.
The breakfast is banal, little varied and not very provided.
The parking has a limited number of places, so if you arrive a little late in the afternoon, you have no places.
In addition we could not go to the pool or SPA, because the space was closed, apparently for several days, while this benefit was included in the price.
Of course we did not have a commercial gesture!
The hotel management did not deny this inconvenience on the site of the hotel so as not to lose a customer, I suppose.
I hope that the new management will give a little luxury and magic to this beautiful establishment.

Beautiful place, correct menu. A negative point, peanuts served with an appetizer (very good kir), it's really not terrible.

Excellent. A breathtaking view, we were upgraded as the hotel was not full. The waitresses in the restaurant are nice, everything is clean and classy. The services are of quality. Spa and pool: perfect. Only downside, the breakfast of salmon was not good ... but this is only a detail.

The hotel on the outside is very, very good ... and on the shore of the lake ... as a whole, beautiful. Regarding the rooms, I can not objectively say, because we have been put in the attic, with views of the mountains, and, although the rooms were decent, nothing to see the photos of rooms shown on the Internet. Surely all this is because we took the cheapest rooms they offered, and I honestly think, that for what we have paid, the room deserved a little more, but good. The restaurant quite well, modern dishes according to current trends, rich, but somewhat scarce. Its price, in the line of the country where we are. Regarding the spa, it is not bad, although with aspects that can be improved.

A magical place, a nice hotel, good people. The food in the restaurant is a bit disappointing for the price. The book is nice just outside the building and zero degrees outside have to run there and back.

This review is for the beach bar only, called La Plage. The place is very nice, you can have a decent and healthy lunch plus there's quite a variety of cocktails. The service was also good with the exception of the gentleman who "welcomed" us and seemed to be running the place. He was kind of rude bc we were not guests at the hotel. It seemed he was trying to send us away (even though we finally spent almost 200 eur). He clearly doesnt understand he's sending away potential clients too... Don't think I'd stay here.

View and location worthy of the palace ...
The restaurant under renovation and closed on Monday-Tuesday is by no means stipulated on the site. Service staff rs, the reception forgets a reservation in the restaurant, the room staff is not friendly and no doubt proactive in view of the number of cobweb hanging from the corridor lamp.

I am going to the restaurant only. The service, the food and the supervision were at the top! Too bad the hotel does not invest in a bit of renovation.

Magical place with a spectacular view of Lake Annecy

This is an amazing hotel, great for all situations. I booked over the Easter weekend with my young family. We booked a family suite and boy when we arrived and where shown our room it was fantastic and magical. We where at the corner over the Lake and had views across Lake Annecy from both sides, a walk in wardrobe and on suite showers and toilet with a separate toilet for my our girls. Large balcony with two double window door that open onto it. Breakfast is great and with good options for all and great coffee which for coffee lovers was a plus, added to this there breakfast room has a stunning view around the Lake. Staff are very helpful and friendly, they have an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi and hotel give you towels and access numbers. Kids love the pool and again lovely views across Lake Annecy. Pool is accessed from outside the hotel within the grounds and is a walk down the lovely steps and gardens as the hotel is situated on the side of a hill. We where on a driving holiday so parking was essential and they have plenty with even an underground and secure car park for a extra fee although we where very happy with the outside car park area. You are able to drive directly up to the hotel entrance to enable easy drop off. We will defiantly rebook here in the future and aLake view is a must

A breathtaking place. A luxury hotel with two restaurants, one of which is summer. The menu is affordable. The chef is very approachable and approachable as are management and employees. A spa is also available. Seminars and events can be organized. A wedding with docking guests and husbands from the lake will make your moment unique. The view is beautiful and unique.
