Bad experience. they aren't honest they repaired my house but never told me that my insurance don't cover all work, only did the restoration and I paid more money and my deductible. not recommend C.J restoration because if they are responsible company they should tell us that covered.

Great Company and great work! They got my insurance company to pay for more repairs that what they originally identified. Sergio, Joseph, Lynn, Heather, and the entire team worked to ensure that everything that was damaged by the hailstorm was fixed. I even got the house painted. Thanks for everything, team!!!

Great company. Available and friendly staff. The crew are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Great work quality with everything that has to be fixed. They are a full Restoration company, not a fly by night roofing company. One of the best out there. I recommend them before anyone else.

This company expects you to give them your business without earning it. I contacted them for a commercial roof bid and they were put off when they realized I was getting other competitive bids. Stay away from this company. They only want you to sign an LOI immediately without giving an estimate. They can t even show up on site with a ladder long enough to get to the roof after being told the height. This company is what gives roofers a bad name. Do not call on these jokers.

Vice President Sergio and his son Jesse came to my house to do a presentation. It was great! Started paper work, gave them my the deductible to get the process going. Insurance only gave me enough money to get the roof done but CJ restoration had their inspectors check other damages done by hail and got me new gutters as well as one side of the house painted. The only thing that I had to pay out of pocket was the permit to get the job done. Roofers and painters were super quick getting the work done within 2 days start to finish. Soon after they notified the city to get an inspector to inspect the job they had done. Passed inspection with flying colors.
I rated them 4 stars due to communication issues with the project manager Lynn. According to Jesse Lynn was terminated from her position due to these and other issues. For the longest time, I thought I had gotten scammed out the deposit that I put down for materials. Lynn never kept in touch with me in regards to the project. I had to call and bug her to see what the progress was. For 6 months, she did not know what was going on and materials were never ordered. 7 months later I hear from Lynn stating that they were going to start my project at some point.
All of a sudden one day out of the blue, I get an Alert from Ring door bell. It's the people delivering the materials. No notification by Lynn that they were coming. Another day goes by. 7 am I get another notification on Ring while I was still sleeping. It was the painters. The thing that got me is that they did not have no notes on the job that they were supposed to do. They ask me what they are supposed to do. LMAO.......I told them to call the office. A week goes by and 6 am comes along, I get another notification on Ring. Its the roofers. I was still sleeping. While they are taking all the equipment off the truck I start taking all the fixtures handing on the walls. No communication from Lynn what so ever.
Even though I had a bad experience with the project manager, I am highly satisfied with the work done to my home. Like I stated up above, they did more to my home than what I was expecting. The roof, gutters and paint were done proficiently and quick. Roof passed inspection with flying colors. I highly recommend CJ restoration.

They help us fight with the insurance. The insurance claim increased from $2k to $50k+. Work was done with high quality. A++++++

A person driving an X5 BMW with this company s information on the car was driving SO recklessly. Was talking on the phone AND texting and nearly hit every car they drove past. If the way they operate a vehicle shows anything about how they operate a business I would steer clear.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They got additional repairs authorized from the insurance company that were missed during the initial estimate. They replaced the roof, screens and broken windows. Repaired broken wood on my deck and fence. Painted the outside of the house, stained the deck and both sides of the fence. CJ Restoration did a great job repairing our hail damaged roof at our commercial property. Hayden, Tony and Kevin were great to work with and were very responsive.

Hayden, Kevin and the entire team at CJ Restoration made an otherwise difficult project seem simple. Very professional through out the process. Always there to answer any questions we had. Kevin knows his stuff and Hayden is a Rock Star!

The contractor came and promised to take care of our insurance claim due to hail damage. Showed up for the appointment with the adjuster but did not stay to the end as promised and the reimbursement came way lower than expected. Later called and after learning the amount scheduled to come, resubmit the claim and help with the adjustment. Never showed up, never called. Just a waste of time and delay with repairs.

CJ has done 4 roofs for my rental properties and 2 commercial TPO roofs for me. Every job was done ahead of schedule, price is honest, and no issues.

I am an out of state property owner and have used C.J. twice. I did meet Harvey in person when I was passing through Denver and was looking at one of the rentals as he was doing a job across the street from mine. Having some concerns about my roof as I had heard that a hail storm had gone through a few weeks earlier I accepted his offer to look at my roof in the next few days. I took his card, gave him my phone number and left. I already had a roofing contractor that I had used a few times before. Within the next few days I had several conversations with Harvey and was impressed by his diligence and attention to detail. Bottom line is that I had him do my property as it had significant damage and was completely satisfied with his work. Since then and with 3 or 4 additional jobs done for me I am even more impressed with Harvey and his company. Roofers come and go but as long as Harvey and/ or his son are in business there is no one else to consider. Duane L. Montana

I just started to look into getting my roof repaired, and so far this company has given the best quotes and got to work right away. They also gave a better time line compared to 2 other companies (I won't mention any names ).

They took advantage that our insurance adjuster was there and they told him they will do an inspection for us with no charge just an estimate to see if we will like to have their services.
They lie to people. They said within 48 hours we could cancel any contract without telling you that you still have to pay 18% of how much the insurance gives you.

Since the first time they are responsible to tell you this, The guy that was at our house told us to sign a paper that it wasn't a contract, just a paper to show his boss that he was working and that was also to send to the insurance to see if they would approve the damage on the house.

Being a big company they need to be clear with customers and if you decide not to get their services I don't think we should be punished. We have the option to choose who ever we want to work in our house. and to choose a company they need to tell you what they offer first without lying to customers. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Was literally almost run off the road by a man driving a white truck with this companies information on it on i25 today.

CJ Restoration did an awesome job on our home after the hail storm last summer. Originally, our insurance company was only going to pay for a new roof and partial gutters. We contacted Sergio Hernandez at CJ Restoration and with his help in representing us - our insurance company, not only paid for a new roof, we got all of our gutters replaced, along with 3 elevations of paint, a new window, some deck work, and not to mention, a new AC Unit. Great Company! My Insurance specialist Sean and Adam held my insurance company liable for not buying my roof. They came out and did a reinspection with a different insurance adjuster. To my surprise not only was my roof paid for but so was 4 sides of paint, Gutters, windows and BBQ grills. I was extremely happy and loved the product and work provided by CJ Restoration.

I highly recommend CJ Restoration for anyone who have experienced what I have been dealing with with my Insurance company.

Our experience was mostly positive and this is largely due to Hayden s help pushing everything through. She was so helpful and responsive to the myriad of issues that always come up during any renovation process. We would definitely use this company again.

We have used CJ Restoration twice since the summer of 2017. In May 2017 a significant hailstorm tore through our area. Not knowing whom to call, we chose this company because we were impressed with Sergio s presentation. His professionalism and attention to detail in explaining the process to us went a long way in allaying our fears. There are quite few bad actors in the home repair/improvement business and we wanted to be sure we chose a reliable company. The insurance adjuster stated they would cover a complete new roof, a new shed, new gutters, and replacement of siding on our west wall.
My wife and I were very pleased with the results, and we paid only our deductible.
More recently, this summer we sold our house and the inspection indicated the roof would have to be partially replaced. Allstate refused to cover it, stating that the Tamko shingles were defective. Not knowing what else to do, I called CJ Restoration who walked us through the warranty claim with the manufacturer. Once Tamko admitted liability, we had CJ Restoration do the work. I have nothing to say but good things about this company!

Tony Pistilli representing Cj Restoration educated me and my wife on how to file a insurance claim on our house also one of our commercial Property's that we own.Everything he said it in the process of the claim has been true .We got a lot more money that we anticipated.I would highly recommend Cj Restoration and Tony Pistilli to all of are friends and family ..They do top quality work!!!!

Very dishonest company and difficult to work with. The sales person explained that we were signing for a certain amount that our insurance would cover and if there were any issues along the way that we should contact him directly first. We had many issues along the way, with cancelled installations dates when we had to take off work to be there to contractors showing up unannounced. Every time we called the sales person, he just directed us to the office. The project, which was just a few window replacements and a roof, was supposed to be completed in 3 months...it took them 6 months! When the project was complete, we never received any invoice, rather a text that stated we owed a MASSIVE amount of money and that the person who sold us our insurance policy didn't do us any favors. If we didn't pay what was due by the end of the week, they'd place a lien on our home. We had to REQUEST an invoice and when compared to our paperwork, CJ Restoration received the same amount of money we signed for on the original paperwork. Communication with this company is HORRIBLE and they don't stand behind their word. I am embarrassed that we referred our neighbors to this company, as they are having many similar issues as well. I'm not sure how they are A+ Rated with the BBB, but be ware!

I cannot speak more highly of CJ Restoration! Easy to work with, on time, high quality and professional. In addition to a roof replacement, they also repainted my house, all due to hail damage. They worked closely with our insurance company to insure we received a complete claim! Our CJ Sales person, Jeff Henke was an absolute pleasure to work with!

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!

This guy Harvey is the lowest kind of contracting scum. He has put off finishing his horrible work on my neighbor's house for over 3 years. Even the insurance adjuster won't certify the work he did. There are simply not enough words to describe the lack of ethics he has.

Leaking windows, terrible unsealed stucco, trampled their bushes and flowers, killed a young sapling with the feet of a ladder, failed to square up window sills, and all around screwed up the entire roof, not to mention the mess they left behind. He never even provided them with an itemized final invoice or even their warranty information.

For nearly 4 years now, I have been witness to my neighbor's struggle. I am absolutely disgusted to such a degree that here I am writing a review. He stooped to new lows when, after all this time, he decided to send my neighbors to collections for an unpaid invoice THAT HE STILL HAS NEVER PROVIDED TO THEM!

AVOID THIS COMPANY WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE. PROTECT YOUR HOME. PROTECT YOUR MONEY. DON'T LET THIS GUY NEAR EITHER!
