One of the best resorts in alappuzha/allapey .
Good service from staff and the staffs at the reception are well trained and helpful .Easy check in and checkout .Cottages are spacious and neat .The washroom is neat and has standing shower as well as a bathtub. Good place for Families Friends and Couples .The pool is neat and is accessible from morning 8:00 hrs to evening 20:00hrs .There is an in-house restaurant that servers great cusines . The resort also provides Ayurvedic massages at a good price . Location is close to alappuzha beach, light house and fishing point .

All facilities are excellent except television channels . Good service is available and restaurant also serves quality food . Nice hotel

Drivers complaint about their facility for bathing & Toilet. Plz arrange that first

Horrible quality of spa. Dirty Towels, no hot water and used soaps. They cut the time for massage short by 20 minutes. Refused to make a bill when I said that I will make a complaint in consumer Court.

Great resort at this price range. The rooms were neat and clean and even the swimming pool was well maintained. Location is close to finishing point so it's convenient to go to the backwaters from here. Breakfast is great but if you order the food yourself, you may be disappointed with what you get(true for North Indian food at least)

Very old n poor service , they need to rebuild it .food is good ,room space is good but due to old construction I dont want to recommed

We visited the resort on January 2018 with my family.It was a memorable day staying there. Pleasant atmosphere,great ambiance of nature.Only thing i felt little disappointed is the road to the resort.....

The hotel provides a fantastic view and the logo is visible at far away distances. It provides a good buffet at a reasonable rate. It has a very good swimming pool with expert trainer who provides training classes for students. The rooms are very good. The hotel is good looking and has a good hospitality. There are yoga classes as well as ayurvedic treatments.

Pagoda resort alleype is good to stay and site visit. The resort is in central location from all tourist destination. Alleype beach 15 minutes, musuem 10 minutes and back water 20 minutes. The resort have clean and hygiene rooms with all facility. The only thing cons is food. I didn't like the typical south Indian food prepared in Pagoda resort, so Everytime I preferred to have it outside in restaurant. Overall my experience with Pagoda resort is good and will recommend for staying.

Next to the penthouse Daffoldis, very convenient in the morning and evening.

Resort is not that big only few villas and a small swimming pool. Staff was friendly and food was ok.Go for villas if they are available. They have a turkey and 2 geese, who are friendly.

This Japanese pagoda style resort is located facing the canal on Chungam / Old Thirumala Road. It's situated 1.1 kms from KSWTD Boat Terminal; 1.2 kms from K.S.R.T.C. Bus Terminal; 4 kms from Alappuzha Railway Station; 84 kna from Kochi International Airport. The rooms includes 12 air-conditioned cottages, 31 deluxe superior rooms, 32 air-conditioned deluxe double rooms, 16 air-conditioned semi deluxe rooms and 4 suite rooms. The services include exclusive interior, swimming pool, restaurant, ayurvedic massage & treatments, motor boat cruise, health club, indoor games etc.

A very good place to stay on a visit to Alappuzha "the queen of Arabian sea". The crew were very cooperative...... Room rent reasonable..... Break fast was good with many verities..... High quality house keeping.... Love to stay there in the next visit also.

Swimming pool is too much dirty. Clorination was not from too much time. Window a.c. Making noice

Overall it's a good place to stay... Food was good... But the point is there was cigarette smell all along the corridor which disturbs the family... Authorities can take Action to avoid this... Rest all was very good...

Restaurant atmosphere is fine..
But food and other service are just an average.... Totally disappointed with this experience with pagoda...

Probably one of the most busiest restaurants in the city with many specials, it was difficult to find a space during the weekend. The food was excellent and the service was prompt. One had to climb up the stairs to the top floor to get to the air-con room which is spacious. Might try with veg the biriyani next time.

The pool is cheap but could be a bit more maintained. The staffs are really welcoming and hospitable . They were really helpful.

I visited just for a Bethrotal function which was a good experience .Nice ambience inside the hall with air conditioning.
Also has good buffet facility.

Pathetic experience of Pagoda resort manager was very rude, ac was not working properly, we didn't stay in the hotel room and he didn't even refund my money so I do not suggest anyone to book Pagoda resort beacause of very poor staff

Nice hotel,the rooms are very big and worthy rooms and breakfast.

The dining hall decor is good but unhygienic table cloths puts it to shame!

It's near by KSRTC BUS STATION ALLPPY NICE PLACE NEAR BEVCO AND GOOD BEER PARLOUR

The resort is good. back water boat is also good. However now it is dirty.

Love the place room was good, service was good the only issue is that the swimming pool was not cleaned rest all was good

amazing hotel with nice hospitality.Rooms are very clean with all facility double bed ,dining table sofa. hyginic washroom.cupboard.5 sockets AC and free wifi.Massage centre , children play area restaurant bar .Swimming pool. Also private cottages are available.Scenic view inside the resorts.Different types of plants flowers and birds .

idli sambhar chutney upma puri sabji chhole bhature ripe banana bread jam butter toast tea coffee juice are served hot and fresh.

Hot milk in expensive as compared to similar hotels. If you have baby then you have to pay more for milk.

Peaceful resort with swimming pool and yoga hall , nearby market .

Beautiful build up among nature in Alleppey .Service is also good .
