Old resort, poorly maintained (cheap also). Located in the centre of the town, ample car parking facility available. Facilities inside the room are satisfactory, you may find loose plugs and wirings. Staff are friendly, swimming pool nice, but they don't seem to change water regularly. Breakfast not so much items to choose, but they serve tasty food. Don't go to park, it's in pathetic condition. Don't dare to enjoy the beauty of the resort in the night, mosquitoes won't allow you spend time outside

The lunch for the Sandhya was horrible.the suppliers were inexperienced.

It's a 3 star resort ayurveda & yoga retreats is there.

The food is the worst food I have ever tasted in a restaurant.the service is bad and the infrastructure is not maintained at all. the swimming pool was very dirty and the bathroom was also not clean.really check for some different hotel

We visited this place second time. It's a place you can keep going back to. Food is very good at the restaurant. Breakfast options are plenty. Staff is friendly. Rooms are neat and clean, however not that spacious. The hotel needs a little maintenance otherwise it's a very good place.

Overall avg...swimming pool is not so clean and room service is avarage....medium sized refresh room with difficult to get hot water after waiting for more than app 10 min...specially in morning.location of this place is nice. GOOD PALCE OF MOSQUITO BREADING AND BITTING EVEN IN RECEPTION AREA.

Looks all the good reviews are paid reviews. No service offered in this hotel. Have been following for basic things for the full night, no response or service. Avoid at all the costs, waste of money.

Unfortunately happened to stay at their Misty Hill resorts in Panchalimedu on 26th Jan18 - 27th Jan18... to my surprise they despite making the payment got the bill 2 days after and that too with a different dates of check in and checkout from a different company name ,,,, seems like some fraudulent activities from these guys ,,,, when asked for the correct bill they are shying away with baseless reasons .... No proper management and business ethics ...pathetic and dismal behaviour from the managers

We had a bad time with this hotel... For hot water need to wait 15 minutes after opening the tap..... May be water should come from idukki dam.... Tv is there but no channels.... Wifi username and password is there but no connection.... Never choose this hotel

Resort stay is good..but there is scope for slight improvement in customer service and maintenance

Cleanliness was an issue. Mosquitoes lurking in the bathroom. Food quality was bad - my family member had an allergic reaction.

A very good location for outdoor photoshoots. It's also a good place for getaway with your friends and family. The resort is designed according to the traditional architecture designs of Kerala. It has got a pool in the front area. There are party halls and conference halls for various occasions. The drawbacks are there is no ample lighting inside the rooms and the air conditioning is little weak.

There is no Internet in the rooms. So you have to go to reception which sometimes works. Moral in the staff is rock bottom. The Manager shows disinterest in everything and this filters down to all his staff. It is a lesson in mismanagement. Basil Fawlty could teach hotel Management here.

Good hotel with all facilities we can expect from a 3 star hotel.
Reception was good and rooms well maintained service was good even though we didnt have to call them much.
We arrived way early than the check in time but they didn't have any problem and was able to check in at 6 am with only a small charge.
The food was good with a nice restaurant and good room service.

The rooms had a TV that had no channels, called them and was told to wait 10 minutes, Never worked. WiFi was provided but was slow, just ended up using my cellular data. The food was the worst part, we had a package and this was the first time at a hotel where we had to eat out of the buffet. The food was stale and cold, no taste whatsoever just overall terrible experience! I along with 2 other families that were there to dine got up and left. Lastly the rooms although they look clean there were mosquitoes everywhere and could hardly fall asleep!

The location seems to be favorite among tour groups and common bedding seems to be nice.

The rooms are quite big but not clean & they stink. Beds are not good.
It is not up to the 3 star standards which they claim. Had a very bad experience. I read the reviews later & all the bad reviews which have been written down here are all true.
We had ordered for Veg food & they delivered non veg in our room & we almost would have tried it. I would suggest please look for other good hotels don't stay here.. Most of the staff is also not good they use foul language when they interact.
Beware Guys!!!!

Nice place. Frequecy of changing water from swimming pool should be increased from once in a week to twice or thrice when there are more guest using pool. Rest all good here.
