Place for tourists where we can get more than expectation except health and gaming club

One of the best waterfront resort in Alleppey. Very good infrastructure. Near to Punnamada Nehru Trophy finishing point.

Amazing Ambience. The facilities are so amazing and also the food is so dope they offer a variety of extra services like body massage and facial which is purely ayurvedic. You'll surely be having a great time staying there as there are lots of tea plants nearby

A good resort built over big land having varied amenities and nearby to the point from where backwater boats and jetty starts.

Breakfast was buffet type. Although variety items were there, it does not felt up to the expectations.

Good stay and good food

The resort is under renovation, which might cause a bit of inconvenience. But rooms are good, food is good and it also has a pool. Accessible to beach and the backwater rides. Management is a bit lazy, took time for our checkout. Good place to stay for 1-2 nights.

Professional staff&they are very attentive, good food with moderate price. Very near by house boats locations good for family's. Recommended

One of the best thing in Alappuzha is pagoda. High ambiance, good area of parking. Only problem is room service, night room service is very poor and arrogant treatment.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are respectful but a little indifferent. Food is just okay, not great.

Pagoda Resorts Allepey is a hotel and small-scale bungalow park, located 3 kilometers from the beach. The complex is 1 km from the commercial center of Allepey. The staff at Pagoda Resorts Allepey are friendly and helpful. However, the facilities require a serious renovation. Although the rooms are large, maintenance is overdue. In addition, the pool is dirty and unsanitary. Breakfast is included, and mostly focuses on Indian cuisine. The complex has a lot of potential, but continuous maintenance and adjustments to modern times could make this complex a very good stay.

Very bad service .window AC in era of split AC also to much noice created by AC.swimming pool water was very durty and there is insects in water.nothing was maintained properly.

Wonderful staff and good service provided... Was a pleasant stay here... Nice place to hang around with family and friends...

I went to pagoda to use the spa only today. Would recommend everyone to please never consider this place..

The staff is untrained. Their facilities are dingy and dirty.. Dustbins overflowing.. Walls leaking.. Dingy curtains..

They say they provide medicinal steam bath after the massage.. The steamer was not working in the first place.. When I raised a concern no one did anything about it..

Horrible.. Took my parents to experience their first massage here in kerala and extremely disappointed and irritated!

Hot water was not coming from my room. Then I call at reception. But room service was worst. Received hot water bucket in 2 hours.

Nice and clean rooms, great food, and nice service staff. Highly recommend to stay of you are visiting Alappy.

AC, Lights are not working properly.. Complained two times didn't fix and offered for room change at 10.30 where we already started sleep..

One tea you can order and its enough for three people.. We are ordered three and wasted lot..

They didn't serve for the money we paid...

Nice hotel, excellent view, very good breakfast, they also offer early morning tea and coffee as complementry which is nice gesture.overall VFM hotel.

The resort is at a very good location and serves it's guests well.

Worst place i have ever visited in my entire kerala trip. Unprofessionally maintained. Cottages are worst and full of mosquitoes.

Bad review for worst service i have ever experienced. Waited 30 mins to just address by waiter in restaurant. Waited 1 hr for dinner through room service. Nobody bother to even address or opologies for thier default.

Display board for House Boat, Shikara Arrangement but at last moment asked us to arrange by our own.

Called maintainance person to fix shower. When person not able to fix it. He promice to come back but never turned back

Good hotel to stay in. I had just one night stay. Rooms are good, staff is also helpful. There is a bar in the hotel but not good for females. There is a swimming pool also but not used it.

Peaceful weekend gateaway.
Lot of inhouse activities like pool, sauna, massage with good food indoors.
Good for kids - Garden with Play area.

The laziest hotel staff I've ever seen! Makes for a lousy experience.

Good service. Feeling comfortable like home.
But restaurants food is so expensive. But taste is o.k.

Very good resort located near chungam road. Calm place. Restaurant and parking facilities are very good. Great place for get togethers and other family functions. Good atmosphere.

Complete suffocation in hotel, lot of mosquito. Massage parlor is decent. Hotel charged for dirty bed lining also which is quite common when you are with kids or oil stains which can come after massage. Not a pleasant stay.

Very clean and neat rooms. Great service. But the rooms are small. Great view and nice swimming pool. Great room service and helpful receptionist. The food is also good. I will definitely recommend to consider this hotel if you are staying in Alleppy.

Excellent Hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable rates.

Service desk people are not supportive. Not helping to resolve accommodation issues. (Insects, Mosquito etc.)

Loved the place and stay but don't expect good food from the resort...

Worst....bad food...rooms doors and locks aren't proper...other amenities are also bad.like gym equipments broken... swimming pool was dirty not cleaned I don't know ke from when...there were thousands of insects in the pool...

Get it if u r getting it for around 500- 1000

Had a really horrible stay here. Rooms were not well maintained and the air conditioner was also not in working condition. Also the fan was making a lot of noise. Food was also pathetic. The food didn't taste good at all. specially the breakfast items were too bad. They really need to rework on the menu and make the preparation of food better. Although the service was really quick and swimming pool was nice.
