A good resort with all the amenities. Spacious and clean rooms with balcony in reasonable price.Service needs to be improved

Resort was very peaceful and rooms were quite good. very close to backwater boats.Food was quite good for breakfast.

Pretty bad experience.. Not a place for local travellers. Entertaining only outstation travellers. Billed us for unused minibar items as well, and the way the management treated this was pretty bad. Came off by paying them off and avoiding unnecessary argument with uncultured staff members.

Rooms are spacious and clean , food was tasty service was fast , importantly swimming pool is usable and cleaned daily

Stay was good but the Person Mr. Solomon at the restaurant was rude and he is not taking any responsibilities to make the guests comfortable.. He didn't took any action to refill the buffet even after complaining several times.
We have paid for driver and this fellow doesn't even allowed him inside the restaurant, saying drivers cannot enter the restaurant.. Isn't he not a human being? When you cannot treat a person well then how will you treat your guests?
Being a tour operator, I will never recommend this property to anyone..

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms that are completely air conditioned it has an amazing swimming pool with kids as well as adult pool sections, one of the finest resorts in Alappuzha, it also has some amazing spa options to select from and a delicious variety of food options to choose specially seafood

This is a budget resort but moderate service because no one responds to the intercom then you have to call reception.

Pathetic hotel service. I called 7-8 times due to lot of mosquitoes in the room but nobody came. Dont waste your money to stay in this hotel. Tasteless food. They dont care at all for their guests.

Buffet dinner was good, rooms were ok but bathrooms wefe too small.. Breakfast was not sufficient.

The rooms were good enough. The breakfast variety was excellent and the ambience of the dinning hall was excellent but the only downfall was the dirty plates and table cloths! An unhygienic atmosphere esp related to food ruins the overall rating!!!!

Nice place.... our four days stay was a great experience. Enjoyed the swimming pool. buffet breakfast available... lot of parking places. Beer parlor is functioning up to 11'o clock in the night... felt that the restaurant food prices not affordable for a normal tourist. very expensive...

Never book room in Pagoda worst service and rooms also worst. Ambiance is good but rooms are worst

It's a very old property. Feels isolated and spooky in the night. Food is good and ambiences is good.

We had a nice stay at Pagoda Resorts, though the indoor gaming facilities were not much, they've a nice pool and amble car parking facilities

Worst worst Worst totally worst. Right now am in the hotel(Deluxe Room) & gone through few bad experiences. Starting with the beginning when i entered room, feels like entered in any 1 or 2 star hotel. Deluxe Rooms are too small & not at all attractive. Bathroom is also small. Rooms are having window AC which don't have remote to operate. So if you want to change temperature or fan speed you have to stand up again & again from bed. Even for TV to switch it On or Off you have to stand up because it can't be operated by remote. Dustbin in bathroom are broken.
Now coming to really bad experience we saw baby Lizard in rooms corner. Lights have gone completely in rooms for at least 15 minutes. Faced bad experience in restaurant too while taking dinner. Waited 15 minutes for Naan while taking dinner & nobody waiters will ask you for the water even if you are sitting in restaurants. Even waited for ice cream to be served as deserts for 15 minutes.
I agree I wasted my money today by staying in this resort. But if you anyone planning for this resort than you should think twice before selecting this. Not worthy according to the price range. Resort only looks good from outside thats it.
