Extremely poor customer service. I've been waiting for weeks for someone to issue my property a bid for call box installations. I called today to follow up and was told my bid was assigned to a rep named Jordan, I let the receptionist know that i have been waiting and have not received even a phone call from Jordan. She responded That Jordan was traveling so it may take a while. If i had known Jordan was who I was assigned to and that he was out of town, i would have asked for another rep much sooner. she responded that all the other reps were busy.

I had an intermittent problem with my electronic gate access, I called PAC and they had a serviceperson out as soon as they could. After patiently listening to the explanation of my problem, David took time to learn how my system was installed (by someone else over 20 years ago) and narrowed the issue down to a corroded wire connection in and underground vault. I was billed for 2 hours of service and he spent every minute of that working on my behalf. I'm happy to have PAC Integrations nearby, and hope David never retires.
