Nice Hotel located beside a hude suowrmarket and restaurants. Festival Mall is just a 5 minutes walk.

The airconditioners are so weak, it is warm in the rooms, plus i booked and paos for 3 persons yet hotel only provided extra foldable bed which shouldn t be the case unlike in other hotel. I didn t experience 5-star.

Very clean, good location, shuttle service and customer service is awesome!

I appreciated the proactive offering of extra pillows at night, and receiving of food delivery at the lobby in behalf of the guest. :)

The services are top notch and the staff are very accomodating. I work on night shift so I m awake at the wee hours of the evening. Even at those unusual hours, we re entertained as if it is business as usual which is remarkable. I ve already recommended it to one of my friends. I m looking forward to staying back here again.

One thing to note though is that the jacuzzi was under renovation during our stay which sucks. Other than that, everything was great!

Love the food specially their Avocado ice cream.. perfect dessert

the stay is just fine, the comment i would have is that no one assist us in our things going to the room, i was with my kid that time and its a little bit hassle, anyways they can improve that thing easily

My family and I stayed there for a staycation and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was clean, bed was comfy, shower had hot water (definitely the one thing I'm always on the lookout for), nice bathtub, the pool was quite small but ok for the kids. The check out was early though 11am. The kids and wife were still asleep from all the fun so I requested a late checkout and they accommodate us to 12am without charge. Thank you for that. Staff were courteous. Everything you could need is at a walking distance from 7-11, restaurants, and malls. The area around it was clean and walkable. I would recommend this hotel.

Terrible in room dining service
Food arrived so late and needed to follow up several times. Food was cold and very chewy and hard to eat and didn t taste good, hot chocolate spilled on utensils and table napkin and hair on drinks. Coffee serve without coffee cup also no creamer and sugar. Not just in room dining but also in lobby when we arrive nobody opened the car door for us and nobody help us take out our luggage from the car i was holding a baby at that time. very terrible hotel. will never go back here don t waste your money.

When we arrive at the hotel, the staff ignored us and did not even offer to help with our luggage; however, everyone was willing to help the foreign visitors. I felt discriminated when your hotel staff readily helped the foreigners and failed to offer help to us when it is clear my mom was struggling to bring some of her bags. We stayed at your hotel because I wanted a relaxing weekend for my mother but she was welcomed with discrimination and she experienced frustration because of it. Also, during our second-day breakfast, the CS is full of people, the hotel staff prioritized the two foreigners who are third from our line instead of observing the first-come-first-serve basis. I get that Filipinos are naturally hospitable to foreigners but we are also guests at the hotel. I expect fair treatment! One of my team recommended your hotel, but sadly, I had a terrible experience.

breakfast area is overcrowded, not a very good experience in general. would appreciate a quiet breakfast area for starting the day rather than a chaotic room...

I had a glimpse of the toilet bowl from the bathtub... dirt underneath the bowl is very visible. Same goes with the bidet. Very nasty for a 5 star hotel... plus, only few sheets of tissue were left on our desk... we just used the bathroom tissue. Also,the light bulb in the door area is not working. The room interior is great though, just improve the cleanliness...

Fast check-in and very courteous staff and service personnel.
Acacia lives up to its world-class quality and standard. It's always a pleasure to stay at Acacia when in the south of Manila.

Food quality and taste is good just request for more variety or more choices of dishes at Acaci. :)

Boring location, but a very nice hotel. Concierge is totally helpless when asked to post something. No convenience shop in the hotel.

Very convenient to find lots of restaurants nearby the hotel.

Place is nice but beers are crazy expensive 400+ for imported beers and 200+ for a san mig light

Well managed hotel , good services and nice location . it is worth for the money.

Air-conditioning unit was not working lowest it would cool to was 24 degrees. Engineering trying to justify this by telling me it's because it was hot outside. Despite me constantly phoning front desk and going to reception, It took 3 hours to get to the managers attention. Eventually we were upgraded to a larger room where the air-conditioning unit did work and cooled to 19 degrees (despite it being hot outside....)

Breakfast was very very busy and it took 30 minutes for me to be seated. I guess this was due to the hotel being full over the holidays, but the selection and variety of food was very good.

Fix the air-conditioning and address customers concerns in a timely manner and this could be a very nice and reasonably priced hotel!

I've stayed at the Somerset 2 weeks ago, they're staff we're really good and very approachable. Too long wating time at the elevetor and not in good working condition. Unpleasant attitude one of the guard with K9, warning cone put in front of me after the inspection, he did not get it out on my way. I my self get it and put it on the side. Truly an unacceptible way to treat the client.

Good food and very warm, welcoming and accommodating staff.

My sister had her debut party here and it was a very good hotel, good ambience, good food, and really good service.

Fun hotel, great servers, delicious breakfast buffet, promot and professional service

The room was nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Only gripe is with the hallways and the lobby being "warm." It felt like there was no AC most of the time.

We had a great staycation even just for a night. Thanks for the complimentary room upgrade, massage and instead of breakfast, they upgraded our complimentary buffet to lunch. Staff are really helpful. What more can we ask for! Will definitely stay here again.

We always frequent Acacia Hotel because we love the convenience of the location but our last visit, our family didn't get a good sleep because the bed was so itchy.

Selection for the lunch buffet is just right. It's kinda pricey though compared to buffet restaurants that I've been to (in terms of quality and selection).

My favourite hotel in Alabang. Good service and good food.

This hotel has very friendly staff, a great ambience. The dinner and lunchbuffeet (as I remember they had sundays a lunchbuffeet with champagne).The rooms are clean and spacious. I definitely recommend this place.

We were there for a relative's wedding reception. Staffs are friendly and courteous and very accommodating with a ready cheeky smile. The place where the reception was held was really cozy. Corridors are well lit. Elevators are.nkt crowded.

I made reservation thru Agoda and with quote "early check in" a week before my stay- I arrived past 12 noon but I still waited until 2pm. Fine, maybe that is Hotel rules.... Past 2pm - I follow up & thats the only time they gave me room, when I went to my room theres some people inside sitting already and she told me that they only show the room to their prospect client. :-( The kids are jumping around the beds & the room will take some time to fix again. I feel my privacy is stolen :-( well sometimes people are not feeling well thats why i made this reaction.... I would like to have some rest as soon as I arrived but to no avail... well so next time be sure room is already READY when you give the key. But I will come & stay again if chances are. 4 star ****

water pressure very low.. comfortable.. wifi speed need to be improved

Looks nice... But the quality of the building is mediocre... Smell of sewer in bathroom... Construction substandard... there may be better choices.

Must improve the customer service and assistance to clients. Guards, receptionists, concierge are not approachable.

Internet connection was TERRIBLE!
Hotel staff has a difficult time speaking English, but the hotel is clean and nice.

It was our third time to stay in Acacia hotel. The last stay we had was really disappointing. I specifically booked for a deluxe room - king bed, but we were given twin beds. We were three, and we didn't have good sleep at all due to insufficient space in the bed. When I asked the receptionist about the booking, she said all rooms were full, and when I showed her my booking, she said she'll take a look again. Then later on she suggested we stay in the room (twin bed) because birthday balloons were prepared already. She left us with no choice. Then she gave us late check out to compensate. We really love this hotel, but it seems like we'll think twice in staying there again. :(

The location is good as it's in a commercial area. We had a smooth check in. Staff were attentive and accessible. Breakfast buffet selection was varied was delicious. We especially enjoyed the relaxation massage that we booked through their spa services. They also had a 10-minute welcome massage in your own bedroom. We had a good stay. It will definitely not be the last.

Room 404 Toilet glass is not tight and water leaked to bathroom door after shower. This caused slippery floor. Safety hazard. Please take a look.

Great hotel, good service, right in the heart of the good places to go to in alabang

This is the second time that we ve been here. The service was as always superb. All employees/staffs are courteous, polite, helpful and hard working. Shout out to the guys at the breakfast service, you re the best! Will definitely go back here.

Side note, I think it would be great if you add a hair dryer on your rooms as my girlfriend is looking for it hehe. Also, there was only one bathrobe in our room, hope you could at least provide one each to every guests.

Service was okay but not great. View was amazing though! I only went to the cafe to have drinks with a friend during his stay there.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located. We were very disappointed in the food we ordered for room service.

We celebrated my sisters birthday and my Parents Anniversary in Acacia. They made an effort to decorate the rooms and also have a cake for the celebrants. Their rooms were clean and spacious, the food was also delicious since they had many options. I was able to relax and sleep in their comfy beds. The only comment that I have tho was for the pool to have a temperature regulator. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience and We will definitely go back to this place. Thank you Acacia

Hotel staff from check in/out counters, concierge, buffet breakfast, and valet parking were all courteous and competent. It's also good that they have Sunday mass at 12:00 noon. The room was clean and cozy. The only thing I find wrong with the room is that all it has are soft lights. Also, the TV/cable is difficult to turn on.

Very helpful staff, spacious rooms a little dated, rich breakfast. Poor self-service restaurant, good pool. Value for money good!

Staff were very friendly, especially the waiters at the buffet area. Rooms are good enough for the prices and the view is amazing. Food is top-notch as well. The only downside is that the pool is ridiculously small. So if swimming is your thing, then this is not the best place for a staycation.

Nice hotel. The room is spacious. Breakfast is also good; there are a lot of choices. The swimming pool is quite small though.

Please fix the rain shower. It spray at all angles.
Room aircon is noisy even at lowest fan speed.
