This was my first time visiting and the staff were a delight! I was looking for some rack screws and they were close by and had some in stock for a very reasonable price. The looks are a bit deceiving from the outside but once you get in the place is nice and open with lots of things on display.

I ordered a Vox AC4C1-BL guitar amp with them. The amp was shipped very quickly and was delivered to my house in Vancouver, BC via Purolator within a week.

No muss no fuss.

I highly recommend online purchasing with them.

I ordered the speaker in May, and then waited for it for more than 4 and a half months and haven't received it until the refund. Really bad customer service and the shopping experience, will never come here again.

The online team here is absolutely first-rate. I placed a fairly complicated order online, involving a few backorders. I got fully transparent, regular updates about each part of my order (I never had to ask for a follow-up) with honest advice about the kinds of delays I might expect. Was looking to purchase a couple of JBL SRX815P speakers. Looked everywhere online but couldn't find any in stock. PA Shop had stock and I was able to make the drive over to pick them up. Customer service was great and the store has a lot of great selection for DJ products and pretty much any musical instrument. I would definitively recommend

Have rented equipment from here several times. The staff are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Rental rates are always fair.

Never responded to my email when I asked them to price match and beat the difference by 30% on a product (as they advertise on their site) if it is sold in Canada by another official authorized retailer for cheaper. Chat function on the site doesn't work either. Ended up buying the item from another shop. If you don't want to price match, don't advertise it on your site since you won't respond to emails and your live chat function doesn't even work

Alright, they know what they're talking about and have some good prices. However, it was hard to find the place and was surprised that they only had a few items in stock compared to what they sell online.

Bought a CME Xkey there. I find their pricing very reasonable.

London Guitars is an awesome guitar shop. Stan gave me a great deal on a dream guitar (Gibson SG 61 reissue), I will definitely come back for any future purchases (even though it's about 1.5 hours away, it is totally worth it). Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable. The guitar selection is top notch and they are super accommodating to your questions or needs. Be sure to check them out if you are in the area, or better yet, plan a trip (like me) to go see them.

Terrible experience. I ordered a Tascam DR100 recorder from The PAshop on November 13th. They telephoned me to say that it wasn't in stock and asked if I wanted to continue with the order. After discussing the expected delivery date at my location (November 30th) I decided to go ahead and I was told that they would contact me with a tracking number. They then charged my credit card. By November 27th I hadn't received a tracking number and contacted PAShop by email and telephone. Web sales didn't answer the phone so I left message. No one has replied to any emails or my voicemail. All I wanted was an update on the delivery date! I am now cancelling the order through my credit card company.

Decided to place an order with Music City Canada instead of the usual large online etailers like Amazon, which is where I normally go first.

I sent them a message to inquire about stock availability and they were quick to reply. They also notified me about their VIP program that I could sign up for on their website. Once I did that, I was able to get the item I wanted at a lower price than I could find everywhere else online, so it was a no brainer decision.

They already gave me points towards my next purchase, so just a matter of time before I order again. If you're comparing prices, try signing up for their VIP program on their site and see how competitive the pricing is. It was totally worth it in my case.

What's more, there are just about no product reviews on your website, which speaks volumes. My go to for music and lighting. Always efficient for pick up and drop off. Most of the staff know their stuff and are willing to work with you and find what you might need for any events or functions. I have assisted with 8-10 events with rentals from the PA shop

If you re looking for a place with true expertise in the music industry, look no further!!

Rented some equipment from here for our wedding, couldn't get the sound mixing board to work but had an amazing self-DJ'd (with a laptop) dance with lights. Was a big hit. I went alone to return the equipment on the Monday (entire weekend rental for price of one day Friday rental) and I didn't have to lift anything heavy (awesome service, the guys came out to help me). Thank you PA Shop for turning our wedding dance into a rocking dance party!!! :)

Walked into the PA shop today with custom in ear buds I have, Dylan dealt with me and I showed him my buds, he immediatley introduced me to there tech who repairs. Unable to repair due to not wanting to cause further damage to what I had,

After explaining my situation to them and having 2 shows this weekend, Dylan knowing that I have trouble with factory ear buds offered for me to try a higher end Shure pair. He allowed me to try them and they helped me with allowing me to utilize them for my show.

With zero notice and prep these guys helped me and made sure i did not leave there with out a solution, top knotch and Ryan and his crew understand our needs as musicians.

Great place to rent audio and lights equipment. We've been organizing parties for our community and always rent gear here

This is more or less about London Guitars inside of the P.A. Shop. The dudes are knowledgeable but the selection is very weak and the store is about the size of a shoe box. On multiple occasions I have gone there to order gear or trade and the conversation always ends with "ohh come back and talk to so and so." The grand time wasters!!!! I highly recommend Bellones or Long and Mcquade for music needs either store has never wasted my time and their staff are great!

London Guitars - Upstairs. Parking can be a real pain, nor sure how it could be improved at this location. They have several rooms setup with a wide variety of guitars, amps, effects and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly but a little sparse. Pricing to OK is nothing special. I think this is the only surviving independent guitar shop left in town, thus I feel fortunate it is close by.
If your looking for an alternate to L&M you should consider a visit here.

Rental shop always seems a bit disorganized. Expect to be at least 15-20 minutes to process anything... that's with calling and reserving before hand.

Really nice staff that help you out the best they can. I was getting drum things for my dad and the one guy said he wasn t to familiar with it but still spent a bit of time looking through things and making sure I got what I was looking for (I had pictures of what my dad uses so he matched things up).

All in all, it s a clean shop, nice staff, and prices are the same (and slightly cheaper) than those on Amazon. drum skins and sticks only, no idea about other instrument.

This is my happy place. The percussion shop to be exact. Went in today and the young man there was extremely helpful and turned me to a type of drum stick I never tried before and love them. Great spot for guitars. Played a 50s Gibson acoustic and a buddy guy fender Stratocaster the, so was a pretty good visit :) . Sold some pedals here recently and got a fair deal for them. Staff was friendly and not pushy. Great spot to pick up good used great and especially higher quality guitars, pedals, and amps. Will likely be visiting more often.

Best guitar store in town, was told to make myself at home and made to feel like it. The staff are knowledgeable, non judgemental, and great personal skills. Best products and actually stock parts as well. Can't complain about free local delivery either.
