Terrible experience. I ordered a Tascam DR100 recorder from The PAshop on November 13th. They telephoned me to say that it wasn't in stock and asked if I wanted to continue with the order. After discussing the expected delivery date at my location (November 30th) I decided to go ahead and I was told that they would contact me with a tracking number. They then charged my credit card. By November 27th I hadn't received a tracking number and contacted PAShop by email and telephone. Web sales didn't answer the phone so I left message. No one has replied to any emails or my voicemail. All I wanted was an update on the delivery date! I am now cancelling the order through my credit card company.
