I found out about this place two weeks ago. I had been in the market for a new acoustic for roughly a year. I couldn't find anything that was the right fit until I came here. I sat down in a room, tried out different acoustics and came across the perfect guitar for me. Because I couldn't afford it up front, the staff was willing to work with me. First, they put the guitar on hold for me, then they took two of my guitars as a trade in credit, and let me pay off the rest in cash. I was happy to see that the guitar came with a case, I was worrying about having to pay more later. The service has been excellent and they've been very good about returning calls. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. I'm looking forward to taking my guitar back in to get it set-up when the right strings arrive. Seriously, these guys are awesome! I give them 6/5 stars.

Use these guys to rent sound/light equipment for an annual party I hold plus other stuff in between. Easy to deal with and equipment is ready to go when i pick it up. No headaches. Great place to deal with!

I ordered an audio interface online. They took my money no problem but good luck getting them to ship it. 10 days and they have yet to ship my product or give a tracking number. It's possible they use carrier pigeons because the weather has not been the greatest in my area, and that would explain the delay. Use an actual retailer site like Amazon. Might pay a lick more but at least you receive the product.

Recently purchased a Fender CD-60 Dreadnought V3 Acoustic Guitar w/ Case for a 30th birthday gift, the guitar arrived today and is incredible, the service (especially given the current circumstances) provided from point of purchase and up to the delivery were nothing short of kind, courteous, and professional! I ll definitely be back!
