Fantastic place to shop! Its location is convenient, and has ample and safe parking lot. It is large, with great varieties and very clean and organized.

Decent spot for events. Nice open field but grass not green and no shade.

Absolutely amazing community feel. We moved up from Pinellas County and could not be happier with our move into this awesome neighborhood.

Overall a Good community, still growing and building happening, new homes, businesses etc. Will be a few more years to make a full review once it is established, but overall things have been good.

Being a resident real estate expert I have seen countless communities and it it difficult to find something that compares to Starkey Ranch. All of the new construction builders are fantastic to work with and offer innovative floorplans.

If you are single or don`t have children DO NOt move here. Also the HOA is more concerened about everything looking like a cookie cutter community instead of making sure homeowners and their property are safe and secure. The happiesr day will be when my house is sold.

We have been our home for 6 months now. Several leaks, mold, AC failure 2x, drainage problems, collapsing master tub.. I could go on and on. The worst building experience of my life.

Definitely a community worth checking out if you re looking to build your new home.

We are looking to move here. Is the HOA reasonable? IS the internet good? We need it for our daily work.

Great New Addition to the area and offers many great amenities for the residents. Growing area and a lot of construction going on. Be sure to shop around and make sure you're getting the best value if buying new (or resale, although not many yet).

The internet service here is terrible. It s always going out 2-3 times a week. The only provider is Specteum due to a sweetheart deal allowed by the developer. If internet is a big deal for you you may want to look at other nearby neighborhoods. That allowed Fios in.

Kristen, Gil, and Regina with Pulte Homes are absolutely amazing. All very knowledgeable and friendly as well as great listeners to the needs of a home shopper. They really are the A-team!

Nice area. Various housing options. Nature trail and cheese bike paths. Quiet and family oriented, a great value. A nice sense of community.

Love the houses their building in there, it's going to be it's own lil community in there- have its own school& everything! I see other comments complaining about school rezoning, why should it bother you when Starkey Ranch is going to have it's own school in the subdivision.

Great community. The incessant construction (expected to continue for the next 10 years) kills the feel for me, however. Great atmosphere and amenities, however.

Love our community. Those that rate it low can build/live elsewhere. We want positive, loving, energetic neighbors.

We have been living in Starkey Ranch for almost 2 months. We moved to Tampa from Ohio and looked at 15 homes in 3 days. Only 3 of those were in Odessa or Lutz. There is just no comparison for the Starkey Ranch community. We can ride our bikes on trails and dedicated bike lanes for over 15 miles without leaving the community or seeing the same place twice (with more trails in the works). We can walk out our front door and go for a long run without having to drive to a trail head. And there are always people out and about! And there s supposedly a blueberry farm and market a bike ride away that I am excited to visit once they re in season. But one of our favorite features is the street parking which means that no one is blocking traffic by parking on the street and we don t have to do the car shuffle to get a car out of our garage (this was a problem at one of our previous houses and looked like it was a problem in other developments we looked at). Lastly, the sunsets are STUNNING from the development. We were originally looking for a home closer to central Tampa due to work location, but we are so happy with where we ended up.

My car broke down, and I asked for help and everyone here literally said no and drove off. Also everyone here has always lacked at me with a rude/ concerned look.

Worst community. We are moving soon 10 months after we built a beautiful home due to the neighbors, lighting and constant disruptions. Homes are cheap building, MI homes, they put in ultra bright LED lighting on the streets so the place is lit up like times square. Not a cozy place up in the woods.
Shameful.

Classic urban/suburban sprawl. More people, more cars, more pollution, more garbage, and more human waste!

Nice sub-division with plenty to do. Home prices are a little high for Florida specially considering that people come to retire with limited income potential.

Love this new residential area! Miles and miles of trails. Lakes are lovely. Environmental friendly neighborhood.

Starkey Ranch is facing school rezoning. All of South West Pasco County is facing school rezoning. Just reported in Tampa Bay Times.

Very nice community with a host of builders and amenities

I really like this place! We are returning round cars here between epulo, szepulo residents and leisure parks. The surroundings are very beautiful, the design is wonderful, the homes, the lakes, the roads and the walking and cycling roads are beautiful. Good to be here! I can see that there are a lot of waterfowl and other animals at these levels without hesitation.
