Walked into the PA shop today with custom in ear buds I have, Dylan dealt with me and I showed him my buds, he immediatley introduced me to there tech who repairs. Unable to repair due to not wanting to cause further damage to what I had,

After explaining my situation to them and having 2 shows this weekend, Dylan knowing that I have trouble with factory ear buds offered for me to try a higher end Shure pair. He allowed me to try them and they helped me with allowing me to utilize them for my show.

With zero notice and prep these guys helped me and made sure i did not leave there with out a solution, top knotch and Ryan and his crew understand our needs as musicians.
