Great clean place, selection of pools, rock climbing, etc.

Great, lowkey resort with fun and activities for all family members.

We've been vacationing here for years and we love it! Our accommodations are great and we enjoy the amenities on the property! We're minutes away from Disney and Universal. We've been to all of the parks, but if you don't want to, then you don't have to go. There's plenty to do right here. There's something for everyone!!!

Wished there were more children activities. Swampy club closed.

This is a great place for vacation. Many things to do here.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Came with flat panel tvs and bluray player. Resort pools and extras were great but were additional costs

Had to wait over an hour for our room. We have owned here for three years, we have a check in time for our timeshare at 4:00 waited out side in Florida heat for over an hour. Went down hill after orange was sold

Very enjoyable stay very clean rooms stopped in a 2 bedroom apartment excellent facilities the only negative is apart from the pools everything else you have to pay extra for apart from that I would highly recommend the resort close to most parks

Beautiful and spacious rooms worth it for the price

Wonderful resort with all amenities. 2 bedroom villa was amazing with every need thought of. Staff very accomodating and nice. Family of 5 with teens, very homey and something for everyone. Close to all attractions.

Beautiful property. Lots of wildlife around, I saw a group of turkeys! Fun water park. Great food and attentive staff.

The resort is nice and the 2 bedroom villa was spacious. The cleanliness falls short compared to other places we have stayed. Dirty sheets on one of the beds (blood, which did get changed), popsicle stick and dust on top of fridge.
We ate at one of the restaurants and the waiter was hardly ever there. Took forever to take our order and did not refill glasses or check on us after food was served.
We went to the tour where they try to get us to by in. They were extremely pushy! We told one person no then another person came and tried to sell. We went through four different people. We will never go back.

The room we got was very nice and spacious. The resort offered a free shuttle within the resort. But do not get the Play Pass. They make it sound like it's a great deal but it's not.

Spacious room had everything - microwave, fridge, stove, dishes and dishwasher. Nice view onto an internal courtyard as well for the rooms that don't face out. The lazy river was quite a walk from the rooms but not unreasonable.

Great place for family vacation. However, they charged my credit card twice and didn't refund my deposit. Lucky thing I did a before and after video of the room. The fees were disputed and currently being investigated.

Last couple years things have really gone down hill. Smelly rooms, sinks and showers don't drain, dirty rooms. We have been coming here for 12 years I think it's time we go somewhere else.

Great resort! Dont have to go anywhere for entertainment but the Disney amusement parks. Great location. Cant wait for next year's trip.

Golf course had a nice layout and was I'm decent shape for the price

We had an amazing time. The hotel is near enough places to keep everyone occupied. And if you want you don't even have to leave to resort. There is tons of things to do inside like a water park or arcade, that you can entertain yourself inside.

Had family staying there. Had no parking pass. Security was extremely rude and refused to call my family to grant me entrance. Family had to come from the back of the property just so I could get in. When I pointed out to security he was being rude, he told me I was not allowed to enter. I had to get his manager involved.

Great place but can get very expensive and they don't use cash on the property

Dining service was slow and mediocre. The lazy River and pool are large and have the feel of a water park. Overall, it was an okay place to be.

The resort is always in great shape. The pool facilities are top notch with lazy rivers and slides in addition to the spacious pools.

Perfect spot hidden off the main road, minutes from all the attractions.

First, the pros. Room was clean and spacious. Had all we needed. Ice cream at marketplace was exceptional and generous. Wide variety of pools to use. We liked the north village pools best. Now, the cons...please stop charging for inner tubes at the lazy river! It's ridiculous. Timeshare sales push: no parking pass till you endure the sales pitch about timeshares. I said no, politely, about 4 times, then I got my pass. Then, I got a call in my room next day with another sales pitch. I know it's their job, but dude! I already said no! Lastly, either cook your own food or go off site to eat. the food here is not very good. We ate at West village, and it was not worth it. Other than that, a great vacation. Some headaches, but stuff happens. Would come back, but a bit wiser on the planning.

I wish I could give this resort 0 stars. I am very relieved I've choosen a competitor who has a much, much, MUCH better resort and better prices. After visiting my family who stayed at this Holiday Inn resort and have heard about their horrible experiences with this resort, I will never think about giving it a chance. The rooms are old, the appliances are old. If you have a big family and have a bunch of friends parking for your villa is very limited (2 cars at most). If anyone decides to park on the grass, they will get a violation letter threatening to tow your vehicle if you do not move it. Here is the thing, you cannot park anywhere else if the driveway is full. Not even on the street you can park, the layout of this place is just horrible.

Live roaches found in my room and in the hallway. The staff first tried to state it was a palmetto bug but it obviously was some nasty German Roaches. All three staff members I spoke to didn t seem to care and like it was normal because it was Florida. I live in Fl and to see 3 roaches in 30 minutes is not normal. Beware of bugs and bad service.

Have been an owner here for over 20 yrs. Great place to vacation especially with kids, loads of activities, restaurants, pools, miniature golf, beautiful golf course, etc. You won't be disappointed and 10 minutes from Disney!

The check-in process feels like a new car sale as they emphasize trying to schedule a guest for a presentation of their resort. We were in a 2 bedroom unit and it was clean, spacious and everything worked. There were boxes of dishwasher and laundry detergent, extra tissue boxes, toilet paper and a fully stocked kitchen (plates, bowls, glasses, pots & pans). In all, the best resort we have ever stayed in.

Worst experience ever first time at location and got STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR. Waited 13mins for hotel staff to answer phone. Then when I approached manager he didn t try to accommodate me with anything after I spent over $600. Then last minute he wanna offer play passes. That still doesn t accommodate the fact we got stuck in there. No apology was given instead he asked me why did I use the elevator in the first place. Question is why didn t they have a sign saying it was broke? He most definitely had bad customer service skills. The customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. It s just common sense when working in customer service. Will not be revisiting this resort in the future for sure

I go here every year for a family reunion and it's a great friend and family friendly place. The staff is great and they are very accommodating to your needs.

My family and I always have a fantastic and fun filled vacation every time we visit. We've been going to the Holiday Inn Orange Lake resort for the past 12 years on and off and can't get enough of it. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I are IHG Vacation Club Owners and the customer service is horrible. They are very unprofessional. Customer Service confused our scheduled vacation with another Whitlock in Conyers, Georgia (No relation to us) and Tampa, FL. IHG Customer Service also emailed my parents three times to inform them about their upcoming vacation. Which my father had to call IHG directly to tell them, to please stop calling/emailing him about his upcoming vacation.
When we requested for a specific location at the resort at the time of booking, they completely ignored and put us far away from the activities.
Overall, IHG ORANGE LAKE is HORRIBLE and DO NOT waste your time & money.

I was blatantly lied to about the vacation package. I was told that there were not hidden fees or additional charges for holiday dates. After they gained my business for this reason specifically because those are the only times I could use the vacation package I found out that there are in fact additional fees for holiday dates. Because I can now not use the offer at all and the fact that I was directly lied to in response to this question specifically I requested a refund in which I was told "...the vacation package is non-refundable, therefore we cannot honor your request for a refund." This shows the complete lack of customer care or satisfaction Holiday Inn Club Vacations has. They clearly operate on pure greed, the fact that they can't give a $200 refund for an unused package is absurd. They do not even have a customer support number to work this out, I was directed to just send an email in which I was shut down with no option but to let them steal my money. Completely unethical greedy company that has lost my business for life.

Villas have plenty of space for families. Walt Disney, Target, and many restaurants are close by. TVs are outdated and there is no courtesy shuttle to Walt Disney.

Upset. They made us do the whole tour and then said they would not be able to give us our gift. My family and I have been coming for years. We will not be coming back.

Ornage lake has something for the whole family and is conveniently located to all of the Orlando parks

This place takes forever and they ask you to sit through and hour and a half presentation, this place wants your money and I have been here for an hour and still have not gone to the condo yet. I want to leave

Not a fan, never have I been a place where I'm staying that's doesn't accept cash for anything. When we checked in there was a q tip on the ground. Their shuttle bus driver named Charlie was completely rude. I wouldn't stay here again and definitely wouldn't refer a friend. The pools are nice tho!

If you don't have to do a time share meeting the resort is great.

Great place to relax, play a round of golf, tennis, warm pools with water slides, good drinks and food.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa, it was very nice and slept 10 of us nicely. We were too busy spending each day at the parks so didn't use the amidities available.

Rooms are nice but there is a lot of noise you can hear from the Hwy and other guest. We really like the pools, convince to Disney, and stores near by.

Usually our check-in is very smooth but this year we could not get the unit first or second unit we requested they put us in another unit held us off till 4 and finally told us that there was a leak in the dishwasher so they had to switch it to another units we really didn't get into our unit till about 5 5:30

They don't treat the customers right and found alot of problems wrong with the house where our family was staying at. The AC was dripping water, the lights went out on us. Didn't have lights for two days, the door locks don't work on the doors plus the sliding back door to the pool area. Was very disappointed and dissatisfied and was never refunded our money back. It's not worth it.

This resort has so many activities for the family to participate in. It is conveniently located near most major theme parks. The villas are well decorated and fully equipped with every thing you need while staying there. They are roomy and have spectacular views!

We always stay in the West Village because I prefer ground floor units. There is so much to do you son I s t don't need to go to Disney. My 9yo granddaughter won the hula hoop contest and got a trophy. Restaurants, pools in a high complex. A stay a 1 village gives you access to all villages.

Room was nice. Large resort so a bit confusing. Staff is friendly.

Very poor expirence, I have stayed here over two dozen times. Each time starts to get more and more disappointing. I wonder the last time the owner walked in all the properties that they put guests in.
The corporate is more worried about buying out all these other resorts and meanwhile the ones we pay Maintenance fees to are in poor condition...it was emabarrsing
The spare bathroom toilet not working, found out after a guest had already used it..
Water damage on wall .hope there is no mold the appliances are old and dirty, garbage disposal not working...the worst part is the over charge on the room by 220 dollars. It has taken three hour long conversatios and still not fixed.
I'm excited to see margarita ville up and going down the road
