I was blatantly lied to about the vacation package...

I was blatantly lied to about the vacation package. I was told that there were not hidden fees or additional charges for holiday dates. After they gained my business for this reason specifically because those are the only times I could use the vacation package I found out that there are in fact additional fees for holiday dates. Because I can now not use the offer at all and the fact that I was directly lied to in response to this question specifically I requested a refund in which I was told "...the vacation package is non-refundable, therefore we cannot honor your request for a refund." This shows the complete lack of customer care or satisfaction Holiday Inn Club Vacations has. They clearly operate on pure greed, the fact that they can't give a $200 refund for an unused package is absurd. They do not even have a customer support number to work this out, I was directed to just send an email in which I was shut down with no option but to let them steal my money. Completely unethical greedy company that has lost my business for life.
