Stephanie at the front desk sweetheart very sweet receptionist Referred me to a sales specialist Who greeted me when I got there She addressed Santiago as my salesmen he showed me a car that was a beauty so I went home and I was on the fence as far as color I decided on one he gave me prices and said we will do anything to make you happy so far I must say it s been an easy transition Santiago was As helpful as can be and try to make my experience a 10 with that I m still a little nervous because I ve had bad experiences prior I just hope they keep it up after u By the car I will keep everyone posted I saved this in my book mark just so I can keep people informed after you buy a car at BMW of the Edison New Jersey I must say I ve had my cars serviced there and it s been easy breezy by the way all at BMW of the Edison New Jersey what kind and try to make you happy I know it s their job but they were kind I m a person that s been around it was not my first rodeo I hope this will help other people who are looking to purchase a BMW

This place is a dump. BMW is supposed to be a luxury brand. The building is in disrepair. The parking lot is jam packed no way to move around or park. Even the showroom is over packed with cars. If my initial impression of your business is a place in shambles, why would I spend $50,000 - $90,000 here? BMW is a great product, but find another dealership folks.
Great shopping experience! I worked with Paul M., in the Pre-Cert. Dept.,he made everything simple and quick. I read all the negative reviews on-line and I had my doubts but gave it a shot anyway. I visited another dealer BMW dealership not very far from Edison and I am still waiting for a phone call from their manager. If you are shopping for a Pre-Cert. BMW ask for Paul M. They are rude , inconsiderate and unprofessional. They treat all women , but mostly black women customers with disrespect . They conduct business like a fly by night cash and carry business. Filthy . Stay away. There are so many better BMW service centers. This one is the worst .

I was a part of the open road family until last week. Took the ultimate drive challenge at a rival dealership and was given a quote for a 2014 vehicle. Sent it to open road to see if the dealership that I purchased two cars could make me a better offer and I was told by management " good luck" and they were not going to discount the Msrp this time around. I was shocked because the last purchase i made in 2010 was a great experience. The management team has changed as so has the loyalty. Factory ordered my 2014 335 gt m sport at life quality BMW this past Friday. And the car was sold for the quoted price! Cant wait to take it to open roads service department just to show them they lost a customer because of their lack of loyalty and greed! SAD!!!
This is the second BMW I am buying from Open Road. They have always had the best price among all the dealers on this side of NJ. I worked with Raymond at open road. He was extremely patient and courteous while working with me and my wife. Unlike other dealers, he was willing to give us the best price from the get go instead of haggling. He made the whole buying process smooth and went out of his way to help us with our particular situation. I would definitely go to open road again and work with Raymond.

Absolutely miserable service received, would not recommend ANYONE go here for service. I had booked for a basic oil change for my BMW and had included a note in the reservation comments to notify me if this service wasn't needed (my car was past 15k miles). Bring the car to the dealership and the service department told me that no service was required for my car and even admitted that they generally don't read the reservation/appointment comments.
I didn't want the appointment to be a total waste so they offered to change my wipers and wash the car so I accepted. An hour and a half later, I ask them what's taking so long and the service guy had COMPLETELY forgotten I was even there! He offered me nothing in return for my inconvenience and I came out absolutely furious at my wasted morning. STAY AWAY!
2 hours for an oil change when I had a 9:30 appointment. But staff was friendly and apologetic. Otherwise everything was terrific

This place is the absolute worst dealership I ve ever experienced. The customer service is absolutely horrible. It s practically impossible to get a person on the phone. We are trying to get our 740I in for warranty work and I have put in multiple calls into the service manager and he never answers. I also left multiple messages and I never received a call back. The next step is trying to get a hold of the regional manager and then the BBB. With all that said my advice would be to stay away from this nightmare dealership.
I usually just read reviews and not post them. However, the recent experience I had with Chris Kang of Open Road BMW deserve my time to write. Chris is a new generation of "car salesman", he is frank and extremely willing to go beyond the normal in order to satisfy customer. He spent much time to look for a car with the options that I want. It took a lot of efforts for year end models. He is the reason I lease the car from Open Road. The dealership is also clean and comfortable, has Free WiFi and Starbucks coffee. I would not be complaining when I have to wait for a couple of hours for oil change.
Purchasing a vehicle is usually very nerve wrecking but thankfully Igor made the process very pleasant and comfortable.

This review is in regards to their service department. Everytime I had my car serviced they broke something. This wasn't isolated to just a couple incidents this was a repeating occurrence; to the point I would have to document every single inch of my car so that they could be held responsible. I know mistakes can happen but they also did untrustworthy things such as saying they replaced parts in which they never did. Like my driveshaft that was clunking and to be replaced under warranty.

This is a joke of a dealership. I called because I needed an oil change on my X5 and I was put on hold for 30 minutes and then I was hung up on. I tried to call back no one picked up. I brought my X5 for an oil change and they said I needed some sort of plug changed and charged me $600 to fix the issue. I pick up my car and drive it home only to find oil leaking from the bottom of my car. This is not the first time I ve had an issue with this dealership. Do not purchase or take a car for maintenance here, you will regret it. Clearly trying to make up for lost revenue due to Covid-19 by tampering with cars so customers will bring them back.
I have been to this location a few times and they have always been happy with the work they perform. My hope is they are paying attention to the reviews customers are providing and are trying to make things better.

I purchased a BMW 428i convertible last week and the experience could not have been more satisfactory. I've purchased a number of cars over the years and have been conditioned to dread the interactions with overbearing and crafty sales personnel who often provide outrageous misinformation and make undeliverable promises. I was fortunate to have Doug Jeffries this time around and I was solidly at ease as he guided me through the purchasing process. He connected me with the financial staffer and the tech guy who showed me the advanced systems of the 428i that brings the driving experience to an extraordinary new level. Mr. Jeffries guidance was key to making me a very satisfied customer.
Had the pleasure of meeting and being shown around by Pedro this week. It was a pleasure, no pressure and very informative especially on the X2 model I am interested in.

At first was disappointed at this service center but I understand that they are trying the best they can, or at least I hope they are. Can't be mad at the messenger. They took my car for service the same day I walked in and I thank them for that.
The car that came into the airbag recall came out, but the front panel did not work all the time. It's too ridiculous to say that it was from the time you came in. It costs $ 1,500 to fix it.
Both Sales and Service in this dealership are very professional and friendly. Most importantly, they value my time. I was impressed with the enthusiasm of the BMW genius who lives up to the name!

We were there to leased X5 2020, first thing they are offering very high price then other BMW dealers almost $200 higher than other dealerships on leased vehicle monthly installments

After 45 minutes salesmen came back with new price,saying your credit score is little low you have to pay little extra,(to increase price of making false excuses of credit score is too low) we refused to pay higher quote we were almost to leave then after they came back to original quote, we agreed paid $500 deposit

Suddenly they called us of delivery day and told us that we need to return other vehicle which we leased for 36month in 2017. Then after we can release new vehicle , I told them vehicle is not yet due for return but if you issue credit for early return we can return it,
We asked them to explain us what is mathematics to receive delivery of new lease vehicle and asking us to return other vehicle which is not due yet but zero explanation
After making serval phone conversations they agreed and saying their was some error in leasing department and everything is fine now
Meanwhile we went to rang rovers dealer and before selecting vehicle I inform them about lower credit score
We finalize vehicle, they run credit applications and credit score was perfectly fine and good enough to leased $100,000 Jaguar vehicle we pick up vehicle in a hour which is more price value than BMW X5
I strongly recommend you shop around before you finalize your vehicle with open road dealers

Leased vehicle return will charge you for small wear and tear Evan though if you having wear and tear insurance purchased
My Mother, Manel Perera had a horrible experience here on Monday May 20th at the service desk. The Asian guy (there was only one) was very rude and unaccommodating. Not the type of service that was expected at a luxury car dealership. She purchased her X3 from Carvana, and she plans to return it for an Audi as my experience at Bell Audi was beyond reproach. Unbelievable! ! She said she has seen better customer service at Nissan and Toyota dealerships. I guess this guy wasn't taught about the Lifetime Value of a customer video, that is clearly an important aspect of marketing and customer service.

OMG! Where do I start? I will start with my dealer, Cameo Rollins. I have NEVER had a dealer work so hard to make things happen for me. What I like about Cameo is that she's a professional and knows her business. She understood my lifestyle and which BMW would match my expectations as well as my budget. I came in the door wanting a very expensive X5 and Cameo showed me the numbers and said "this isn't right for you right now. But next year, we will get you into the X5." She showed me a 528i Xdrive and I loved it. Cameo is very realistic and honest; she will tell you if something is not right for you which is what you should want from your dealer. She isn't all about "the sale" which made me trust her with this purchase; she is about building a lasting relationship with BMW. I trusted her so much I even brought my sister in who also purchased from Cameo (a Mercedes C300). (We actually drove off in our new cars on the very same day). The staff at Open Road are very professional and helpful; especially the business manager Mr. Mayfield. Suffice it to say, I am very happy with my experience at Open Road and look forward to a long relationship. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically, Cameo Rollins as your Client Advisor. Nice indoor display of cars. However, was ready to purchase a used BMW when i discovered that Open Road adds $1000., in addition to other "fees", to the negotiated price for "reconditioning fee". The price was already at the top of all others listed. Isnt reconditioning what their job is? If they are charging $1000. I figured that would have included fixing a small dent in a lower panel under passenger door. NOT!
So i guess the extra $1000 is for detailing and maybe. Definitely an unnecessary ad on fee only to get more money from you after you decided on a car. My salesman, Igor, is a nice man but that type of hidden fee is what gives dealers a bad name. I would have bought that 2013 but lost confidence in your dealership.

2013 335 horror story: I serviced my Certified Pre Owned 335 at the same dealer Open Road BMW for the three years I ve owned the car. Close to the time the warranty was about to expire it started smoking through the vents after long drives. I took it in and they replaced the radiator saying that was the source of the problem. Just after the warranty expires the smoke comes back on an hour drive really bad and the car goes into limp mode. The dealer says the engine requires $22k of work and offers to do it for $12K. I can t afford that and the car isn t worth much more than that even in good shape...so I m having the car towed to be scraped the lack of care and refusal of responsibility from open road and bmw corporate is shockingly bad and sad. You ve lost a fan
