My experience with Open Road BMW always been great. Nitin was very professional when I leased my BMW X3 on June, 2019. His service was excellent and knowledgeable.

The dealership overall was very professional. I dealt with this dealership and Nitin Kalamdani for few cars in the past. Nitin's knowledge of BMW was great and he was very attentive. He was able to work with me on his days off and got me the best deal possible. I will definitely be going back to Nitin at BMW of Edison for my future BMW purchases and I highly recommend Nitin and the dealership.

Purchased a car here 2.5 years ago, doing all the research on my own and factory ordering the car. The process was pretty average with my sales rep being let go within 30 days of ordering the car and another rep handling the sale.

Looking to replace the car as the lease will be up soon and after scheduling an appointment that specifically included a test drive of a specific make/model I drive 45 minutes to find the sales rep is not there, the car is in "the warehouse" and not in a state to test drive and a complete and utter lack of customer service.

I long for the days when a dealership would look to keep customers over the long term and when you made an appointment it meant something. Transparency, communication and customer service is how you win life long customers and I can't say over 3 years of dealing with them that I have seen any of those things evident here. Try one of the 10 other BMW dealers in the area instead.

I had the best and most pleasant experience here at Open Road BMW of Edison! Not only do I absolutely LOVE my amazing new 230i Xdrive convertible but they gave me a fantastic deal! If I could give this dealership 0 stars - I would. I have had the worst experience and would not recommend BMW of Edison to anyone. The management is unprofessional, unapologetic, and does not stand behind their product. I purchased my vehicle from the CPO section on March 27 and it has been back to the service center 4 times already. I wish I would have read the other reviews before purchasing a vehicle from Open Road - lesson learned.

My car was recently Totaled due to flooding In Florida , I did some homework on the forums and saw that Brandon was the man to speak to about M Cars, I wanted one specific car and he got it for me in a day , Mailed the paperwork out to me overnight and the car is already currently on its way to me already in less than a weeks time. Been doing business with these guys for over a decade. They are knowledgeable about the product, know how to resolve issues, sometime issues even beyond their control. A few years ago I took over a lease. The person who owned the car before me added a titanium exhaust onto the car and while it sounded amazing, it needed to be swapped out before the car was returned. I had the original exhaust, but the tech prepping the car for return forgot to put it back on. The finance company charged me 4k for modifying the car. The dealer reached out to BMW financial and had the charges removed.

David Lutz did such an amazing job getting us the perfect car. I would recommend him to anyone! He was very patient and professional. Great selection and we found just what we needed!

Since the moment my wife and I walked into this dealership we had a wonderful experience, Bryan Villamil (our sales rep) was courteous and straight forward. We had a no hassle sales process and walked out with a great car at a great price. As far as service my opinion is the same, courteous, professional, friendly and understanding people. I recently visited Open Road to look at a couple of certified pre-owned BMWs. A sales representative, Robert Binyatov, accompanied me on some test drives. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and when I found a car I liked, he made the purchasing process as quick and stress-free as possible. I drove off with my car later that day, and I've received a couple of courtesy calls from Rob and others at Open Road since then. Overall, a very positive experience.

I have been to couple of dealers before I ended up here, apart from being professional they are very friendly as well when compared to other dealers. Eugene helped me out with walking thru the cars I asked for. Very nice person with lot of patience. Alex, the manager also was of lot of help. Very reasonable prices. After arriving here looking for service on some parts for my BMW, I felt like I needed to point out the great experience and customer support I received. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, especially the guy at the front desk, Santiago Piriz, who helped my mom with information since she struggles with English and only speaks Spanish. -apparently Google had the hours as open till 9:00 p.m. ,I work a very hectic schedule, got here about 8:15pm
- The Sales manager knew that Google had the hours wrong yet was reluctant to take care of me, letting me know that they were already closed, "yeah we had issue with google" he says.
-I'm still a customer who's actively looking for a car & I was treated like I was wasting his time, Sales manager, poor personality & poor customer service, maybe I didn't look like a customer after working a 16 hour shift? I sensed attitude the whole time : /
-A salesman named Santiago Piriz was very nice, but he couldn't save what the sales manager already destroyed.

Great guys in parts department once you actually get to their location. To bad you can never get in the phone as they are extremely busy.

Took my Bmw to this place after people warning me not to. I had to get a job done for my transmission I had an appointment booked and still had to wait awhile the whole process took around 5 hours. They said that they would wash the car too but there were some careless young employees backing it out to give it to me and my car wasn t even washed and had fingerprints and marks on it from when they were fixing it. They always overbook their appointments I cant even get a hold of the parts center department its like no one is ever near the phone. Terrible service you would have to call at least twice in order to get a hold of someone. Also called about a recall on my car as well had to call around 5 times to get in touch with someone was even put on hold for 30mins. I gave them my vin and they said they would call me back 3 days passed and I called back to complain that no one called me back and helped with my recall the lady on the phone took my vin and said they cant do anything about it what a waste of time they also charge more than other Bmw centers. Please take your business somewhere else.

Paul Moomjian made my buying experience very easy and efficient. In a matter of 2 hours Paul setup an appointment for my current BMW to get an oil change and met me at the service area with the Certified Pre-Owned car I was interested in. It was great to be able to get both things done at the same time. The balance of the buying experience was very easy and efficient as well. People at the BMW have been shuffling me around for last month. First, time I called them they said I need an appointment, so I made one. Then when I went in for my appointment they informed me, I have to leave my at service center for a day. I wasn't aware of this, so I decided reschedule it, and asked for an loner car also. They rescheduled me for early morning appointment at 8 AM. When I went there for a SECOND time, they told me that I couldn't get a loner car because I was under 21( and I turned 21 in 4 days), and when I asked for another appointment they said I didn't need one, and they don't give out loaner car for a recall. So, now I have to go in there again for the THIRD time. I get that they can't give me car as I was not 21 yet, but I have problem with, them not giving me all the information beforehand. If they would have told me I couldn't get a loaner if I am under 21, then I would have gotten appointment for after my birthday, and if they would have told me that I have to leave car for day, when I first called, then I would have made another arrangement.

April in the service department was outstanding! While on the highway mid-road trip, my low coolant light came on. After determining that Open Road BMW of Edison was the closest dealer, I called and spoke to April who told me to come right over. She and her techs took me right in, took care of my coolant situation and gave me a courtesy bottle on the house! Great service and would happily bring my X5 in for service anytime!

Went here to look at two new vehicles. Had no problem with the sales person. Unfortunately the Sales Manager was a total bone head with numbers. There are several BMW dealers in the area. If your looking to purchase a BMW, I suggest saving significant time and utilizing other dealers in the area.

Service from advisors (Tom) is amazing. This guy is a professional very knowledgeable polite and helpful. He has helped me several times with my service from the car! Really appreciate his kindness and constant service.
HOWEVER. ladies from the front desk are constantly upset looking. Very rude. Not good service from this part of the dealer. Manager should take a look at these ladies attitude. Good service throughout, negative closing of the experience. 5 star for service advisors only specially Tom.

Just leased a 2018 230ixdrive xdrive from Uncle Larry Stokes. Searching for a new pre owned bmw for months for the specific interior and exterior of the car I wanted. I purchased BMW X5 for my wife recently and I was extremely happy with salesman who helped me (Robert Binyatov). Price was very good, he didn't waste most of my day with the usual 20 times back and forth to the manager for "approval" and car didn't have any surprises (it was 2 year old car). I can't say enough amazing things about the entire team at Open Road BMW in both their service department and in their certified pre-owned showroom. I purchased a used 2013 328i about two years ago and it was easily the best car decision I've ever made. Paul (I believe he is a manager there now) was amazing to work with. Knowledgeable, personable and I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. He took the time to understand my financial situation and find me the right car. Most recently, I had to use the service department. I was driving home from work on a Friday when my check engine light came on. I was supposed to leave to go away the NEXT DAY. I called Open Road BMW and they had me drive right there. The service associate, Nathan, was incredible. He had my car brought in and set me up with a loaner car right away. He kept me informed and up to date on everything the entire time I was away. When I got back, my car was ready and the switch was painless. Everyone, especially Nathan, were professional, efficient and really eased my stress through the entire process. Thank you guys! You've made a lifelong customer here!

I bought my Bmw 540 from open road Bmw edison I had great experience with dealerships and my sales person Nitin gave me excellent service with pricing and picking right options I really appreciate his suggestions service he provided me.

Their service department sucks. I am been trying to talk to someone on the phone for last three days but it is keep going to voicemail. I certainty expect more form them.

I wish I could comment on my experience with OpenRoad BMW, however it never happened. I called to look at a car they had and was told it was too new and would need to wait 36 hours before the car could be presented to anyone. They told us our earliest appointment would be 3PM the following day on a Friday afternoon. Being a Friday in the summer, we left early to be on time, but unfortunately typical shore traffic delayed our arrival, we called and informed them we would be delayed. At 2:57pm we received a call from OpenRoad stating Igor was awaiting our arrival for us to look at the car. A second call was received minutes later at 3:03pm informing us the car had been sold. We spoke to the manager who informed us they were "first come first serve" sellers, which we were never informed of. Despite the inconvenient time slot they pushed us off to, I took off from work, sat in bad traffic only to have my time waisted despite the fact I informed them I am a cash buyer. In my opinion this is shameful business practices and I have no doubt that they used me as a ploy to push the other party into a quick sale.... I would avoid these people at ALL costs.

The CPO Manager Alex is a douche. The guy has no people skills and should be fired. I work in sales and managed and would never have talked to a potential client that way.

I just got my new driving machine BMW 2021 5 series Drive 40i. Mr Nitin Kalamadani as dealer has helped me so professionally that i got a very good deal. From the moment i entered the showroom, Mr Nitin is so consistent, focused and knows every detail of what I was looking for. He has so much hands on exp on vehicle and technical expert. The whole process of getting my choice of car should not have possible, If Mr Nitin has not helped me so well.

What a wonderful experience I continue to have at Open Road BMW! My X5 had a serious problem with EGR VALVE that needed replacement. On the 17th, October, I met a lady, Brittany Soto who was exceptional in her approach in helping resolve my car problem. She provided me with a loaner while the technicians look into the problem my car had. After driving home that day, my experience began with this lady and had continued since. She updated me on a daily basis regarding the status of the car and what they were doing to resolve the issue. Her service was exceptional and I recommend her 100% to any one visiting this dealership. She has an exceptional smile and an unbelievable work ethics. I will always look for her on any visit.

I had a water damage for my car due to flooding. They made me change the cluster,dampers and drying. Both my insurance and myself paid $4300 for the repairs. As soon as i picked the car from the parking lot my parking sensors were showing malfunction. They said the bulbs are gone and to replace it would cost $350, the cost of each bulb outside is $15. To my surprise the bulbs are working fine and something wrong with the wiring when they replaced the cluster. Now in just 3 months I have another flooding because of rain and this time they are pointing it as sun roof leak and it would cost more money to repair. The car is 2008 model and has only 80K on it. It is a ripoff dealing with Open road BMW.

Very easy process finding a car and deal that works for my budget and needs. Jon Leis was a wonderful sales person and went the extra mile to assure everything I wanted was included. I will make sure to recommend Jon and open road for friends and family looking for cars in the future.

Recently I had my BMW 5 XI serviced at Open Road BMW and my Customer Service Representative was Brittany Soto. Well what's there not to like about Brittany? She is the consummate professional: knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful and friendly. My car had to be worked on for several days and during that time, Brittany did an excellent job of keeping me updated which I really appreciated. If I could promote Brittany then I would. However since I can't, I encourage you do to so at the first available opportunity. Thank you Brittany and Open Road BMW!

On Labor Day I purchased another BMW 5 XI from Cameo Rollins. What more can I say about Cameo? I have never met a sales person like her!
