Honestly, never written a review before and didn t write one when I got my Infiniti. But when I had issues four months after buying my car I talked to Frank on the phone. He was great, we worked out the appointment and pick up dates over the phone and he promised to pay for the service. He followed through, paid almost nothing for the parts and was on my way. Thanks bro
