So this place refunded me a partial deposit which was great BUT they charged me $407 in sales tax. WILLIAM II C SANDIDGE contacted me after a previous bad review and offered me a credit of $407. I don"t want the credit I want my money back!
You can not charge sales tax when there was NO sale. I will be contacting the Florida Dept of Revenue tomorrow morning in regards to this issue. If at the very least they will investigate the issue.
