I just recent brought a car from this company April 25 didn t drive it if the lot til April 27 they told me they did a oil change and a tune-up which I still took it upon myself to take it to a mechanic and he told me to take the car back immediately but I still gave them a benefit of the doubt I then took it to get a oil change because the car was showing the oil light, the engine light, and gas cap light also my air conditioning stop working after being told it was fully charged i always make my payments on time and I drop a list of diagnostic test off to them that showed a list of thing bad tires driver side had a slash, engine cylinder 2 going bad, a gas leak and some other things and I have a broken window that I was told they would order and I never got a call for that it s very hard to get in contact with them either they put you on long holds or they don t answer and their mailbox is full I brought this car because I m a mother of three and we needed reliable transportation to get us from point A to point B I m usually don t do this I usually handle it with the company but I ve been calling them since June 6 to try to get them to pick up the car to see what s the issue but they can t do that so now I m currently looking for a better company to deal with and I will be contact better business bureau along with contacting my lawyer because I feel like I ve been cheated out of my hard working money. Yes I understand at car lots the goal is to make a sale to get your money but also to keep more money coming you need excellent customer services and better cars because driving that car endangered me and my family anything could ve happened luckily it just cut off and not crank back up but they could have at least answered to try to assist me with the car I even contacted finance company but it was nothing they can do
