This hotel is extremely outdated and is NOT a luxury hotel. I expected much more from a brand like Omni. This hotel is an eyesore. It smells, the a/c does not work in some rooms, the entire hotel is too warm, they do not offer complimentary WiFi, they did not clean our room until 5pm, the soap and shampoo are generic and terrible, the toilet paper is terrible, the shower backs up with water, the water pressure is way too much, the carpet is dingy and worn. They charge you $50 for a late check out. Stay away!!

We had a good stay. Only problem was at checkout. We were initially charged additionally for our breakfast on top of the breakfast package we had prepaid for. The manager did adjust our bill so all came out as expected.

It's in the heart of downtown right near the convention center. The rooms are larger than expected and well maintained. The service has been great except for one small exception during a time of very heavy check-ins. Will stay here every time I visit the city in the future.

This is the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at!!! The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable!! I came here with my significant other for a romantic weekend and my fiance and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff was very polite and personable. They had smiles on their faces constantly which makes the mood here very friendly and comfortable. Our room was beyond romantic. When we walked in they had a path of rose petals leading to the bed and a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on the night stand. I want to say thank you to the Omni Hotel for the most wonderful weekend I've ever had in Indianapolis!!

The hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed at. The employees were all fantastic, from the valet associates to the people at the front desk. My room was clean and organised just like the rest of the hotel and I would love to stay there again.

Room was spacious. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfy. Could use more outlets or even just USB outlets. Had to pay $10 to use Wi-Fi, which seems ridiculous. No on-site parking. Had to park in the mall across the street.

I was so excited to stay here, having stayed at the Chicago location and having the best experience... but wow, I could not be more disappointed. My partner and I stayed on the 5th floor. As soon as we walked in, the room was warm so we turned up the AC only to find out later it was broken. We found 3 long black hairs on the bed and a huge stain on the white comforter... YUCK! The bedside table had deep scratches all over it.. and there was black hair on the shower curtain. It looked like someone stayed and nobody came to clean after. We stayed only 1 night and after we left they charged us a extra $50 fee... never disclosing what it was for. Our stay at the hotel felt more like we stayed at the motel. We paid a 4 star price for a 1 star experience. Disappointed to say the least.

The linens were good quality, although some of the ones in our room had what appeared to be make up. The shower head is quite dated and completely unadjustable which kept the water pressure great for an adult, but uncomfortable for a child.
The 3rd floor has seen better days and its appearance left me thinking it was quite run down.
We moved to the 6th floor, it seemed better kept.

Each time we have stayed here, we have had an issue with housekeeping, which is disappointing. In this last visit, I requested the tub, which was visibly dirty, to be cleaned as I needed to bathe my child as showering for her was out, due to the aforementioned shower head. I trusted that it would get done, but alas my request was ignored.

Tl:dr

The hotel's double beds were quite small- think a small full.
The bathrobes were sumptuous and clean
The toiletries were good quality and pleasantly scented
Extremely convenient for Convention Center access
The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious
Good quality linens
Housekeeping issues
A bit dated.

Oh yes, there's a Starbucks in the lobby.

The staff at the Omni was very friendly and helpful. Any and all questions were answered cheerfully and completely. My sister was even comped a couple of Starbucks vouchers over a non-issue. First rate customer service.

I'm knocking off a star because "luxury" does not mean "not included". There is no grab and go continental breakfast option beyond Starbucks. There is no parking at the hotel. Your options are find a spot on the street that isnt metered and walk, park at the mall and pay $20 every time you leave, or valet for $40+. I'm usually an over-tipper, but I felt tipping a guy who left me standing in the cold for 10 minutes while he found my keys so that he could drive my truck 30 feet to the door after paying the hotel 40 bucks was a bit much. I would have rather paid the $40 and kept my keys so I could have warmed my truck up before I left.

For the most part, the Omni was a very pleasant place to stay on a business trip. I'll be back next year.

I can say whenever I called for something, it was taken care of quickly. Requested a microwave when I made reservation and upon check in, but later that evening, I had to call for the microwave and was told they had no request for a microwave, but one would be sent ASAP, which it was. Had to call every morning for coffee and creamer because housekeeping did not replenish supply daily. TV, cable, and rooms definitely need an update. Overall stay was okay. Location is great which I assume is what you're paying for considering the price.

Absolutely The Best ! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The standard room was more than adequate. More like a small suite. Central location in the very heart of the city. Easy to walk or Uber to the attractions. Love, Love, Love this place !

Dont eat here. I ordered a Turkey club . Waited 20 mins . Never arrived. I then told my waitress if be back to take it to go as I had an event. Came back . Still no sandwich. Told the kitchen was working on it still. No apology. At which point I said Its too late to serve me. Still no apology. Instead I'm informed. Oh I better go cancel it with the kitchen and the Hostess! Walks away from me. I'd give 0 stars and warn everyone to avoid this propery with heinous customer support.

The hotel is beautiful and grand. We stayed in the loft suite and were blown away. The view and room are top notch. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. My only knock on the hotel is that it's showing its age a bit. The pool is small and shallow, and there is rust around the edges. The furniture and tvs in the room are out dated.

Beautiful hotel, well situated and very comfortable with plenty of in-house options. The thing that put this over the top for us though was the staff - the Omni Severin staff was the most welcoming, accommodating and cheerful group of people and we interacted with a number of different staffing departments during our week-long stay. We were greeted upon every arrival, offered assistance at every turn and made to feel like we were valued guests by each staff person we came into contact with. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to my next opportunity to stay at this hotel as well as other Omni properties in the hope that this is a brand-wide approach to guest services. The Omni Severin staff certainly left a positive impression for my group - thank you for a job well done!

As I lay in bed at 4:57am, not having slept in hours, I d like to recap my stay in this hotel. There was a wedding reception that shook the entire hotel from 8pm until 11:30pm. I thought I was trying to sleep inside of a dance club. If you are staying here, best to verify this info first. Lesson learned. I don t know if it s the location of my room, but this has to be the loudest f^*cking town in the USA. I ve never heard so much commotion in a city where there are literally 3 restaurant's and nothing else. As I write this, it sounds like a silver back gorilla is smashing in the side of a city garage dumpster. I only wish I was exaggerating. I will never in my life come back to this place or city. Hands down the absolute worst hotel stay I ve ever had.

We wanted to have one last family outing before the end of summer and we found the best deal with Omni! The deal offered one night at the hotel, 4 tickets to the children's museum, breakfast buffet and turn down service for the kids with cookies and milk! It was a very good price and the hotel was amazing! Everyone was very friendly, food was devine, and it was right in the center of down town!

I was in town for a business event staying two nights at the Omni. From the moment I pulled up I received excellent customer service. They were prompt and friendly at the valet. I was greeted walking in and was offered help with my bags. The front desk was jovial and kind, they set me up with the wifi without asking and were time efficient. My room was clean and on the second day left a nice note introducing themself. I needed to call the customer service line to grab something from my car and to ask a question, both times the representatives I spoke with were friendly and delivered excellent service. Bathrooms and ballrooms were clean all around the hotel.

As someone who comes from a customer service background from luxury to Disney-level; I really valued the level the Omni provided. It doesn't take much, but making your customers feel appreciated and genuinely welcomed goes a long way. Thank you all. I definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Omni. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in walking distance to many bars, eateries, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, and Lucas oil stadium. We parked our car and walked everywhere!

Stay here allot for Business Travel. Friendly staff, good beds, but facility is not as nice as one would hope for a high end hotel. Breakfast is fantastic, not a better one in the world, but ridiculously expensive for an omelet and sausage. Bathrooms are difficult to use, old tile, slow drains, small vanities, and weird light switches. Amenities / pool in the basement is not useful or fun in any way and closes at 10pm (really! It's not going to bug anyone, it's in the basement!) Valet parking is outrageously expensive (over $30 a night.) All in all worth about 100 bucks a night, cost way over that even with discounted corporate rates!
