PHENOMENAL service! Friendly staff who go above and beyond! Very nursing friendly for breastfeeding moms also. They put a fridge in our room free of charge for me to store my milk. Staff knew us by name and spoiled our son rotten for his birthday. We could not of asked for a better experience. We will be back! Thank you so much Omni staff!!

Quiet and upscale. Beds are comfortable and the staff friendly and courteous. Staying here for a business trip and very pleased. Amenities like internet and breakfast are an extra cost, so something to keep in mind if you're on a budget.

Great experience in the downtown Indianapolis Omni Hotel. Best staff I've encountered in years! Very friendly, polite and helpful. Stayed for 6 nights on a business trip. Conveniently located to everything downtown. Was able to rest comfortably every night. Older hotel with older hotel nuances and lots of charm. Great fitness center. Will definitely stay at the Omni on my next trip on Indianapolis.

Room was very nice/clean and large but noise was unbearable. Also, when retrieving my car in the morning, the valet brought me the wrong car 3 times before bringing me the right car and made me late for my job interview.

All of the staff were wonderful as we had excellent service everywhere. Our breakfast food at the 1913 Restaurant was very disappointing. All of our food was cold and my eggs benedict came out overcooked and extremely fatty, making it inedible. Our room was very clean but badly in need of a refurbishment. The wall paper peeled in many places, the bathroom sink was broken, and the carpet was coming up in many sections and frayed. Not worth the price of the room and certainly not up to the standard I thought of when I booked a room at the Omni.

I attended a conference at this hotel and stayed 2 nights. The location was close to restaurants and bars which was fun. The room itself was nice and spacious with good views, the only complaint was there was no actual mini fridge in the room, just a chiller which didn't get very cold. The conference rooms where our conference were set up well and the catered food was pretty decent, better than most I've had.

With over a century of history, the boutique-style Omni Severin Hotel is all about its beautiful 20th-century design and decor. Guests will find this sense of charm in the rooms, too, which are classically designed and boast large HDTVs and work desks.

Staying here means being able to sample regional food and drinks at the elegant 1913 Restaurant or enjoying a more casual place to eat and drink at the Severin Bar. Elsewhere, guests can use the 24-hour fitness centre to keep up with work-outs.

Location: Bankers Life Fieldhouse and the Lucas Oil Stadium are just around an eight-minute stroll from the hotel, while the Indianapolis Convention Center and the Circle Centre Mall are connected to the hotel via a skywalk.

I just traveled with 6 other friends for a business conference and all the requests were accommodated. The rooms were spacious enough for multiple people and our rooms were cleaned every day. The ease of obtaining extra towels or an extra room key was a plus!

On two different occasions I had to wait over an hour for valet. My shower water was cold. I was charged fees that were an "accident." What I love is if I did not check my credit card the accidental charges would have remained. I understand mistakes happen, but in my opinion the staff could have been a bit more accommodating.

Very good and convenient hotel. We found a great price for this luxury hotel across from the Union Station in Indy. I will go so far as to say this is going to be our go-to hotel when we visit Indianapolis.

Disappointed:( furniture scuffed up and stained in my room, someone littered in elevator. Looks like the ceiling in my room was damaged at one point, repaired but never repainted. Pool was very clean and maintained! Things we saw would take little effort to fix I think. Omni name and I guess I expected more.

If work wasn't paying for this I would immediately rebook a new hotel. Closet is in a terrible place and there's no place to hang clothes above your waist line. Light switches are oddly placed at waist level. Room layout is just weird with the closet in front of the door. Cardinal sin: NO USB charging ports on the light next to the bed. Seriously, what the hell is this nonsense? Bathroom is large but the toilet looks like it belongs in a truck stop. Shower is small and no place to put your shampoo, body wash, etc. No parking besides somewhere across the street but that makes sense since it is downtown.

I think the best way to categorize this hotel would be "historic." The building interior and exterior are very unique and beckon back to older days of luxury. This hotel conveniently has an on-site restaurant, bar and Starbucks. It even has a walkway to the mall across the street. Rooms were decent size but in desperate need of updating. Unfortunately, the historic theme continued on with the furniture and bathrooms, and not in a good way. Unfortunately things got pretty loud at night, with a shouting match happening a few rooms down around midnight and apparently a street race convention happening across the street around 2am. It's hard to fault the hotel for this though. Luckily service was friendly and the hotel is located in a great spot downtown.

Wonderful high end hotel if you have the money to spend. The only complaint is have is the lack of simple vending machines on each floor but I suspect that is to encourage the use of room service. Very clean and comfortable!

Beautiful hotel and great service. Easy access to downtown restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Easy walk down Georgia St to Bankers Life Field house as well as shirt walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented a suite for a friend's bachelor party. It was the perfect size for the six of us to relax and play some party games. It was very easy to walk to entertaining venues, such as the Escape Room and several bars. The hotel looked very nice, and the staff was professional. The only bad thing I could say about it is that the lobby smelled very strongly of soap.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. I felt the room was a bit shabby for such an expensive luxury hotel. The furniture was dinged up, needed restored a bit and the room was tiny. It is a pricy hotel without free WiFi unless you sign up for their program, and valet parking was $45.00. All of this considered it was a nice stay with friendly helpful staff who allowed us an early check-in.

Has multiple floors and Starbucks inside. Meeting rooms of various sizes help patrons have variety of options for whatever their need. I attended a conference and enjoyed the catered coffee/snack break selections and enjoyed lunch in the Grand Hall.

I would of given this place a 4 stars if it wasn't for all of the bird droppings that wasn't cleaned up all over the chairs and table on the baloney, on top of that we have called down to ask the staff if they can send someone to change the sheets because their was some weird yellow stain on it, they have replied ok but never showed up. Other then that I've enjoyed the view of the city and how they set up our room for an romantic Valintine.

Will stay here again! Very clean and courteous and a great location in the middle of city centre, surrounded by bars, across the street from the mall and down the street from the Banker's Life Fieldhouse. Stayed in a corner room, and felt right at home. They had a mini fridge that was completely barren - which was an excellent thing to have in my opinion, because it's not stuffed full of drinks and snacks for you to buy (been to ones where they notice if you moved them, you paid for them - which is absurd when you have an ice bucket or your own drinks and food). The one small downside, if I had to pick something would be that of the pool area. While the pool was very warm and had the place to myself and a friend that was with me, unfortunately, there is no hot tub/whirlpool here even though there's a space in the back that makes you believe that there is one. Also, the elevators were kind of confusing at one point because there's an elevator that has the button to allow you to go down to the lower level (which is where the pool is) but refused to go down, so you had to take the elevators across the way, which is fine; but then once you got down to the lower level, there were no signs to direct you towards the pool area (it's behind the fitness center door). Other than those little nit picks, I would definitely recommend this hotel. With it being a historic one at that - I will be coming back to stay here again!

It is always very clean, the employees at the front desk are always very nice and polite!! The gentlemen that park your car or help with luggage are always very friendly and very helpful!! Love staying at the omni!! We have been coming to the HWI hardware convention for 32 years, the omni had been the best hotel for us to stay in every year!!

Beautiful lobby and guest entrance area. Nice staff. Unfortunately in our room we had, the shower door was of the tracks and was old and rickety. After fixing that myself, the shower door handle came apart. When I go to a hotel with their reputation, I expect to not have to be their maintenance man. Everything else about my stay was fine, not necessarily spectacular, but fine.

Nice hotel in the Middle of Downtown Indy. Allot of bars and restaurants close. Try not to get a room facing the center as your view will be of the rooms across the way, unless you keep the curtains closed you can easily see in other windows, vise versa. If you stay on the Meridian street side be prepared for allot of street noise on the weekends, very popular bars on street level.
