Very impressed with the recent renovation at the Omni.

Horrible. Although the lobby is beautiful and the rooms were clean, the beds were small and very uncomfortable. But the main issue we experienced and why we will not return was the handicap accessibility issue we experienced. Completely unacceptable.

Location was wonderful, but not impressed with the rest of the hotel considering the $$$ we paid. Room was okay, but we had no view. Pool was small. Restaurant breakfast was too expensive and the wait staff didn't meet out expectations.

Great location and very convenient to get anywhere downtown. Parking is super expensive, as is the breakfast, by that's what you get in a location like this.

The staff here are excellent and very helpful. My main complaint is that you have to pay for wifi and the fridge we have in our room is meant for beverages, not food. If cheap hotels can offer free WiFi and a decent mini fridge in their rooms I don't understand why an upscale place like the Omni doesn't as well. But everything thing else good. The bed is so comfy and the sheets feel amazing. I love that there is a sky way to the circle center Mall! It is super convenient having that! There are lots of options for things to do in the area.

The staff was very friendly and the location is convenient but that s about where the positives end. Shower curtain was missing rings and wasn t wide enough to cover the tub. Someone had folded the curtain back on itself so it wasn t hanging rather than fix it properly by replacing hooks. The shower appeared a bit dingy. I was charged for internet service after I gave my email address after being asked by the front desk and promised I would have free service. The WiFi log-in isn t very clear so my wife even called the front desk for guidance. I received my bill with a $9.95 charge for internet. It was corrected when I brought it to their attention but how often does the hotel get away with charging people they shouldn t be charging. The bed was like sleeping on a trampoline. The valet service was the most unorganized operation I ve seen at any hotel in quite awhile. No system to get cars in and out effeiciently. Two lanes wide with people unloading and loading in both lanes 5 cars deep, 10 cars total. We sat in our car for over five minutes after we were loaded and ready to go. There are better hotels to spend your money in downtown Indianapolis. The rate was good, but there are hotels for essentially the same price in the area.

This is a nice hotel. The room was nice and it is within walking distance to lots of fun things to do downtown. Had an activity for kids while we were there. 4 stars because parking was not included and not easy.

The hotel staff are friendly, the space is nice, and the room works well enough. The bed and linens are comfortable. The towels are a bit rough. The toilet paper is soft and causes issues. I'd like to stay again.

Would be better with good wifi and a better job cleaning.

The front desk people were very quick to answer and very kind. We had asked them for some accommodations and quickly received them. The room was kept well stocked and was cleaned very nicely. Overall a great experience.

Superb hotel! Every where you look, and everyone you meet - is wonderful! This is definitely the place you envision when you think "chic and exciting".

Horrible experience checking in, waited an hour after check-in time, and still currently waiting to get into our room, I have seen multiple people come in and out that have checked in well after us and have recieved entrance to their rooms. I would not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place to visit. I went here on a work trip and loved everything about this hotel. The bed was heaven the food was amazing and the staff is so kind and friendly. I will definitely be going back with the family soon!!!!

Always a joy to stay at the Omni Severn. The City View rooms with the balcony are great in the summer. Everyone is always attentive and helpful.

For being such a nice hotel I was a little underwhelmed by the rooms. They feel a little outdated. The employees were super nice though!

I attended the Omni Severin hotel for a wedding. The reception and ceremony rooms were truly gorgeous. The staff was excellent, helpful, and fun to work with.

I booked a room did not realize it was a refundable room. Once I discovered this I called the hotel with over 35 days notice and they refused to refund my money back. The representative that took my phone call had zero compassion and told me tough luck - I should ve read where it said nonrefundable. Although that may be true, I have been part of this reward program for years and stay with Omni throughout the year. This is no way to treat a customer!

Went to a concert and stayed the night here. It was the perfect location, walking distance to the concert and to many great food options. The hotel room was perfect for what we needed and we would stay there again.

This motel is priced based on location I take it..amenities are less than remarkable..they dont tell you that parking is a extra 40.00 to park in their lot..so beware of the low rate..many things were not available during my stay due to the covid 19..I understand that but I believe a rate adjustment is only fair to the consumer..there was no breakfast or options for snacks..also the pop machine was out of order..by far one of my worst stays at any motel in a long time..bidwill stay elsewhere and I advise anyone else to do the same..

Very nice room with wonderful customer service. A continental breakfast, even something small and simple, would be nice for the price. But otherwise, great place to stay.

Probably the best location in downtown Indy. Walking distance to Lucas Oil stadium, City Center mall, and all the restaurants. Hotel food and service are excellent. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and willing to help.

The Omni Indianapolis is always our go-to hotel when Indy. The staff are gracious and efficient, the rooms always clean and well appointed. We always appreciate staying here.

The room looked nice and the staff was friendly, but there were several major problems with the room. First off, the shower water smelled strongly of mold, making my hair reek and my skin itch. The wifi is not free like I thought their website advertised and instead would cost me $10, so now I have a $15 data overage. The "fridge" is really a cooler that is apparently not safe to store food in but only drinks, and there is no microwave. The bed was pretty comfortable and I could adjust the room temperature cool enough.

Excellent rooms and the Breakfast at the restaurant was quite good

Alright, 4 stars for two reasons: very nice room and perfect location and 2: excellent service. We could not get keys to open our room door six times! And without raising a fit or asking for anything the service desk gave the three of us free Buffett breakfast for our troubles. We went for a concert therefore we dressed down and only stayed one night and were treated just the same as every other higher end looking guest. Not to say we were not high end but we certainly didn t look it lol! Also Omni always has the best robes!

Valet parking is really the only way to go at the Omni. Check in was handled courteously and professionally. The concierge was very helpful and personable. She emailed us the same day as the reservation was made with family friendly restaurants as well as instructions for getting our Children's Museum tickets (package deal with the hotel included). You could tell its a 4 star hotel. The only complaint I might have is the room was very worn. Some peeling wallpaper, scratches on the furniture, and desk chairs work down to the stuffing.

Needed a hotel room with a king bed and another bed of some type. Turned out they were overbooked and we got the best suite on the City View level facing the Northwest. View was fantastic! Valet service was excellence! The people at the front desk were very helpful. Pool could have been luxurious for the price. Although our group only needed to stay one night for an NBA game, this stay was one of the best stays in a hotel I've ever had.

Pros: Good location downtown Friendly staff Dry cleaning / shoeshine Cons: Mini bar: None. (Called front desk about getting bottled water and was given directions to a convenience store nearby. Also warned not to store food in the fridge as they don't get colder than 50F ) ended up ordering Amazon Now to the hotel. Slow internet: I've stayed in enough places to know not to expect fiber to every room but this place was struggling to push 56k to the room. Even after paying the 5$ a day upgrade our speed only improved to 1.6Mbps, essentially unusable for anything but very light web surfing or email. Room service: Surprisingly lmited selection. Not a major problem as there's a million other places to order from nearby but still annoying. Business center: A joke. 2 computers and a printer at a desk in the lobby. The rooms were serviceable. Bathrooms seemed to be recently remodeled. Rest of room a bit dated. 32-some inch flat screen TV. Linens were pretty good though the duvet footer hadn't been cleaned in forever (I couldn't stop sneezing until I bagged that thing and stuffed it into the closet.) Nice beds. Restaurants looked nice though we went elsewhere. It was ok. I expected more.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing and make you feel at home. You are walking distance from amazing shopping and dining options. I would give 6 stars if I could do so. Worth the experience.

We were there for a wedding reception. Ended up getting a room and staying overnight. The room was nice if not a bit small. Was never able to get the room cool enough for my wife and myself. Other than that it was a fine experience.

Spent 20 minutes on hold with reservations to get a question answered regarding parking on their property. Boy - are they full of themselves! Going to charge $40 per night per vehicle above the $226 room rate from Trivago. Oh - and there is a two night minimum!

The Omni is a beautiful hotel with tons of event space. The ballrooms downstairs are great for large groups with lots of restrooms and seating.
