Great family resort.. Everything you need for relaxation whether it be for a young family or a more mature couple..

Great food menus and several bars and restaurants to eat in..

Food is really good with lots of choice from fish to meat to vegetables or snacks. Great wine selection too.

This is a golf resort as well for those who like to play.

Also every Saturday you will be entertained by an international recording star who has had lots of albums and a few No 1 hits in the UK and Europe.. In the form of Miss Gina Carey who performs original materiel and her own versions of big hit and popular soul and disco/ motown hits.. She has people up dancing and starts off with love songs and ballads while people dine or relax.

Not to be missed every Saturday.. Open all year round.

Nice property, but I gotta say: the service is awful. On four separate occasions during our one night conference stay, I asked for a server, assistance, or some other menial request. The blue shirts would smile and say right away and then... they d disappear. No help. No follow up. As if the guests are invisible.

Recommendation to management: train your employees to follow through on what they say. It s the first rule of service. Under promise, over deliver. I get it if you re busy (which it was not), but be honest if you can t do what you say.

All in all, expectations not matched - time and time again.

Beautiful hotel ideal for celebrations such as weddings and special events, excellent attention from all its staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, but somewhat neglected in their maintenance. If they correct this, they would be a five star without a doubt.

It's been our go to place for 5 consecutive years. We are extremely happy with the service. I have 2 children who enjoy the lazy river, the pool side movies, and slides. We have been lucky to always get nice and clean rooms. The staff service is outstanding. You get what you pay for and it is worth every single penny. If you do not want to eat at the hotel, there are so many restaurants and fast food places around. There is a zoo 10 minutes away, movie theater down the street, it's at a great location.

They have low quality bathrooms, the toilet over flooded when I stayed. The shower was also a bit screwed up, and had hot water when I turned it to cold, so it was opposite. But otherwise it's a good place and has a nice pool.

Great resort! Really loved the grounds, pool options and it's within walking distance to some restaurants. The room could have used a refresh, but it was still nice. Also liked having a balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Basically spent our entire time in the toddler river. They had a few EV chargers, but could definitely use way more, so nice they were a hot commodity, or just as good would be a lot of 110v outlets at select parking spots. No need for fast, or even standard charging, you're staying here a long time, slow, regular 110V plugs are fine.

Accommodating, pretty resort. Comfy beds. Pools were nice. Lazy river. 2 slides. Very busy in the summer. Great for kids but i was with older kids, 2 teens, and we still had a fun time. There are other pools on the property for those adults that want more quiet time. Close to shops, restaurants, etc. The only thing I wasnt happy about was it was over $20 for 2 glasses of milk via room service! Thats crazy! So I didnt do it.

I feel bad leaving one star because there are some amazing, service oriented people working here, unfortunately the experience we had arriving and leaving ruined it for us. Not to mention that the place needs better updates and is not to the level you would expect for an Omni.

They told us check in was 4PM. Upon arrival just after 4PM, they had already given away our rooms and informed us we would not have connecting rooms. And this is after the hostess that contacted us for setting up activities told us she was making sure we had connecting rooms.

Upon leaving, I noticed our bill was unusually high. When I asked about it, the person at the front desk argued with me about it saying there was no issue. I had to get a manager involved. Going back and forth with her, they finally realized I was right and they had in fact over charged us by $1,700. Not a small mistake.

At the end, she said she hopes this does not prevent us from going back to an Omni. My issue is that this was a large financial mistake on their part and I had to argue with them to fix it. They made no effort to offer me anything for the issues they caused nor really ever apologized.

It is a shame because, like I said there are some amazing people working there, like at the concierge, pool and restaurants. However, the reception process and management of this place is bad enough that we will never be back.

It depends on how Omni handles our complaints as to whether we will visit an Omni again.

We recently stayed at this property and had another great experience. Everyone was so nice. This has been one of my favorite hotels for years. You never disappoint. We will be back. Thanks

We stayed at the resort for a work party 9/26/2019-9/29/2019... Our air didn't work the last 2 nights we were there! On top of that as we left our room with the door securely locked! Some entered our room and put a book on our bed that was requested by the company to do in everyone's room and helped themselves to my purse and gold earrings! I reported it to the staff that didn't seemed to concerned. I had to leave that morning to catch my flight so I didn't have time to file a police report! The hotel did contact me and told me that there insurance adjuster would contact me. Her name was Sheila! She called 2x and sent me a letter stating that they would NOT cover my personal belongings that were stolen from my hotel room! I have tried to call back multiple times and she has not once yet try to call me back! This is unacceptable! They keep telling me that nobody entered the room but yet the book was laying on my bed!

Omni Rancho Las Palmas is a great place to enjoy with the family. It has a great view. The beds are not firm enough, they are too soft. When you I take a shower/bath the restroom floor gets wet. There is complementary coffee. Pools are great.

The water was really dirty when there was alot of people in the lazy river on the weekend. But the next morning it was nice and clean again. The pool is kinda small, though we really enjoyed the lazy river because they have the baby/toddler tube which you can put the baby inside. The pack and play they provide was really dirty. Room closet and the chest of drawers had some musty/moldy smell. Not crazy about the room.

A great place for a mini family vacation. The hotel itself is a little dated, but it adds to the charm of the place. The best part of this resort is the outdoor facilities- 3 pools, snack bars, and Pete s Coffee shop poolside with a great alternative breakfast menu, if you do not want to eat at the restaurant. Outdoor seating by the main lobby will have you wanting to lounge all day. The rooms are pretty good, not fantastic, but also not terrible. Our room had a balcony opening up to a golf course and open land, which was really nice and quiet. I loved sitting out there in the mornings. The Spanish decor in our bathroom was really nice and gave the room some flavor. The resort is pretty spread out, so if you want to minimize your walking, you should definitely make sure you book your room close to the pool area(s). I am sure there are newer resorts in the area for the price you would pay here, but it is still a good place to relax and enjoy for a weekend.

Fantastic resort! Extremely family friendly. The customer service is phenomenal and everyone is very accomodating to kids. The food is delicious and affordable and the nighttime movies shown poolside is just magical. We LOVE it here

From the time I arrived to check-in until I checked out, I felt like I was a Rockstar. David in valet, Tarpin in concierge, Maria & Marcie at the front desk, Maria in housekeeping were amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate me during my stay.
The room was very clean & tastefully decorated. The ducks come right up to your patio door. The evening entertainment in the plaza was great. I highly recommend this place, it's family friendly but there is an adult only pool if it's a adult weekend or getaway.

Stay away from this hotel. Dirty, noisy (8 am on Saturday there's a gardener working outside) , you have time limit in the pool. They charge you for poolside room when you can barley see the pool not to mention that you need to walk all the way around few buildings to get to the pool. Bottom line this hotel doesn't worth the money

My wife and I took our kids there (7 & 8) for an end of summer get away. Wonderful pool set up with two large slides, a lazy river, water feature play zone, and normal pool. Good service by the waiting staff and they had a family movie on a big screen by the pool each night. Grounds are pretty and rooms are large. Kids get goodie bags upon request at checkin that have fun games. Food and drink prices weren't cheap though which is why I gave 4 stars out of 5. The lava flow drink is excellent if your in the mood for something tropical. Golf during the summer is free due to the heat but if you get out early, you can get a round in without overheating. Would definitely come back. The gentleman whom checked us in was named Don Diego and he was awesome!

We were so excited to stay at the Omni Rancho resort. We originally saw it through a youtube video (Daily Bumps) where a family came to stay and had a great time. My son really wanted to go so I made a special trip to stop here for one night on our way back to Arizona. Upon arriving we were happy that we could check in immediately around 1 pm instead of having to wait until 4 pm but as soon as we got to our room it smelled musty. We walked into the bathroom where the tub was full of water. EWWW! Then we headed over to the waterpark which was the main reason we wanted to come stay. It was super hot and so crowded! We could barely walk around the pool and find seats. Once we got in the water we were super disappointed to find that the water wasn't even refreshing. It was HOT! We stayed for a total of 2 hours because we were overheating. We are from Arizona so we are used to the heat but this was awful. We purchased a kids grilled cheese and waited forever for our waters to come out. We were practically done with our food before they even got to us. The food was ok but way overpriced. $8+ dollars for a small icee. For the price of the room which was $239 plus the resort fee, I was super unhappy with what we received for this price and would NOT recommend it to family and friends. :( The best thing about the entire trip was the air conditioning in the room! There are a ton of places to stay in Palm Springs. Spring on over to another hotel and don't waste your money or time with this place!

Very nice resort. The splastopia, lazy river, slides, sand area and pools were great! Lots of space to lounge. My teen loved the movie nights in the big pool. Life guards and servers at pool we're all friendly and seemed to love their jobs.

Great place to take your family for couple of days in summer. They have a relaxing pool, lazy river, and water slides. The pool side door is good, but it has went up in price this past year.

Great spot for kids. The pool was great, a couple large and popular hot tubs. Water slide was a hit. Kids need to be 42 to ride the slides, they check every time. Tons of lifeguards who are active. Almost too strict about playing in the pool. Great beach area for little ones, excellent shade provided in this area. Room was good. Food was a decent but not great.

Excellent place to go, surrounded by a great 27 hole golf course. The restaurant is fantastic, always something interesting on the menu, and the wait staff is very attentive. On cold nights they have several fire places outside you can sit around and relax with the cocktail of choice.

Absolutely. The. Best!!!!

Absolutely. The. Best!!!!

We are returning frOm a 4 night stay st the Omni Rancho Mirage. The beds are so comfy, our room has huge with a pull out couch, plenty of space for us two plus our two kids (preschool/toddler age). The shower pressure was good, the tub was pristine, and the soap/shampoo were nice high-end.

Goes without saying that the boys LOVED the pools, water slides, lazy river with its tubes, and the sandy beach, shady, where we spent the bulk of our trip. There are misters everywhere to keep you cool. Great staff, poolside food is a little pricey but not out of control. To be expected at a reality like this.

The walls are a little thin, but that s my only complaint. The view of the golf course and having your own private patio, reached they French doors, is lovely.

I lost my wallet somewhere in the pool area, and my husband called the next morning, to our delight it had been turned in overnight (probably by cleaning staff, I m guessing), and not only was every credit card, my ID etc still in there, but over $250 cash STILL IN THERE. If that s not integrity amongst Omni workers, I really don t not know what is. The incredible pools and hospitality will keep us coming back time and time again. This is becoming a family tradition trip for us, it s that good

Great spot! Accommodations are spread over several buildings so I found it very quiet at the back of the resort (beside the gold course) with convenient parking right outside my room. An amazing spot for kids with the lazy river, water slide and sand beach with sun shade. I especially enjoyed the adjacent cabana areas. Resort was clean and well maintained ... I will be back.

Don't buy beer flight from this place. The picture you see online is not the actual. It's half the picture, fault advertising. Add on top of that, voucher said four beers, but BluEmber give you three. Imagine if they can cheat you a dollar worth of beer, what else they can do. Totally stupid way of doing business.
